Hey yall! Thanks for tuning in this week. Had a great look under the microscope of my soil, I just ordered a camera for my scope so next week look forward to seeing and identifying some beneficial microbiology! Another round of compost tea, I added Kiwi 🥝 😋 Fermented Juice, to this round of tea. Also adding food for the bacteria (simple sugars) and for the fungi (complex carbs). I suggest using diverse food for increased biodiversity. The mycelium network is really established at this point. Which is why I highly recommend to keep reusing your soil, and the larger the pot size the better. I am in 10 gallons for now. Once I move into our house will be into living beds, 100 gallon + If you can't be in a bed, use 25 gallon. You will benefit in time. So at this point only using inputs I have made from organically grown plants, mostly grown in house. Anything else was wildcrafted, sustainably, so if I take something from nature I am replacing it with something else. Balance in all things. Added the fruit for pushing the flowers. Pistol hairs are growing. This strain is a sativa dominant, and thus my flowers are not as compact and "looser" than indica dominant strains I have always grown. Review on this sativa dominant cultivar is: harder to grow than most strains, longer flowering time is also a pain while increasing my costs with more days with the lights on. Getting COAs on the finished flowers and I will post on here, I am hoping for higher levels of THCv, let's get into the rare cannabinoids and higher terpenes!

2/10: I watered today with about 3/4 gallon each, plus cal-mag, signal, bembe, armor si, a little open sesame, and their final dose of endoboost. I took photos today, but forgot to snap a shot of the Soooperrunt. She's as tall as the short one now, just not as bushy. I think she'll make a fair amount of bud despite her sloooow start, smaller stature, and smaller pot. The tall one is keeping pace with the biggest plants in the garden. 2/11: Wife home sick today....postponing construction project to raise the lights....kinda scary....about 10"-12" from the tops now.. 2/12: I woke up to find the tallest of these bitches stretched another few inches and within 9 inches of the lights!!! I quickly drug everybody out of the closet and undertook the project. In addition to that project, I installed and hooked up my new AC Infinity 6" intake fan. It's pulling in fresh air from the soffit vent on the eave of the attic, and currently feeding the garden with 46f fresh air. I'm able to easily maintain daytime temps in the lower 70f's now. I am able to drive the nighttime temps as low as I want. The only issue is that the outdoor RH varies quite a bit, so I ordered a 30-pint dehumidifier to put in the top of the closet. It will battle with the evaporative cooler while the lights are on to keep it at 45% RH, but after the lights go off, it will lower the RH to 35% unti morning. After another couple of weeks, I'll kill the evap cooler altogether and try to maintain 35% RH 24/7. I'm optimistic that it will be the difference-maker in maintaining lower RH while I'm flushing all the plants during the last couple of weeks. That's usually such a challenge...especially with a bunch of 5 gallon pots. I also sprayed everybody with boomboom spray to try and mitigate the light burn damage that is likely to ensue. 2/13: Still stretching... about 12" from the lights again. I will wait to raise the lights until tomorrow when I feed them. I'm seeing calcium deficiency on a few plants, including a #9. Will up the dose tomorrow when I feed. 2/14: I fed them today with about 3/4 gallon each including grow big, big bloom, tiger bloom, cal-mag, signal, bembe, humic acid, and I switched over from Open Sesame to Beastie Bloomz. Raised the lights another couple of inches. I did some training on them and defo'd a little bit. 2/15: Installed the new dehumidifier and rigged the continuous drain on it...works great. 2/16: I rotated the edge plants and removed some old leaves. I added another 22w 3000k 4' bar light under the canopy. 2/17: I rearranged the garden and defoliated a little bit. That's it for week 8-

2nd week of the mimosas and they are going quite good, im not expecting massive buds considering that we doing a SOG under this 150w marshydro TS1000, excited to see the outcome and to compare the results with previous grows 😁 at the moment i must say that its going into the right direction

09/02/2022 - Everyday raining . No water and no fertilizer. She still look fine . 09/04/2022 - Transition from Vegetative to flowering Fertilizer this week 1) General agricultural fertilizer{ (N-P-K) 21-21-21} 0.5 ml per liter of water. 2) Monopotassium phosphate (KH2PO4) 45.7 grams with 500 ml of water + Mono-ammonium phosphate (NH4H2PO4) 45 grams with 500 ml of water. Mix both together and use only 5 ml per liter of water. 3) General root stimulants 1 ml per liter of water. 4) 4 eggs mixed with 1 tablespoon brown sugar + 4 tablespoons curd. Mix together.then lived it for 1week .Then used 2.5 ml per 1 liter of water. 5) Calcium nitrate {Ca (NO3) 2} 3.5 grams, mixed with 1 liter of water, set aside. Prepare a mixture of 3.5 grams of magnesium sulfate and 3.5 grams of boric acid mixed in 1 liter of water. Then mix all 2 liters of liquid The ratio used to put plants is 3-5 ml per 1 liter of water. 6) EDTA chelate 1 ml per 1 liter of water. 7) 0.5 grams of amino acids per 1 liter of water. 8) Fish manure.

Beginning of week.. Mandarin Cookies seems to be a little ahead.. I've been watering till runoff every 2 days.. Seems like I could even go 3 days in between with better results.. More oxygen to the roots.. And I just read on GWE website that overwatering can cause seedling leaves to be kinda.. Wavy 🌊 ... I always just shrugged it off.. But I would also get algae on the top of the medium.. Always just shrugged it off.. So wtf.. How do people use frequent fergigation?!?.. 6 times a day?!? That's insane.. Maybe in like 20% coco 80% perlite or some shit.. That's just crazy to me tho.. This run, I'm gonna do the best I can to make everything as perfect as possible.. I have been testing the runoff.. I water till I get alot of runoff too.. Like 1L of runoff.. So when I test it, The TDS is coming out great.. Just where I need them to be.. Infact they are both hovering about 20 PPM from eachother.. Awesome.. But the pH has been going in a 6.3.. But coming out at 6.0 and 5.9.. This is reused coco.. Mixed in with some coco/perlite I premixed a few month before.. But never been used.. So my goal is to get the runoff pH the same as it goes in.. Sometimes I have to run water at 6.5 pH just to get it to bump up a little.. So I may have to do that. It's still in a good range for the ladies.. And it should help bring the pH inside the medium up as well.. And hopfully STAY where I need it at.. But as for now.. I am cutting out the Floralicious Plus.. The MYCO+ has all the same shit.. So I am going to use the MYCO+ for veg and Floralicious Plus in flower.. Makes better sense to me.. But yeah.. These girls already have a different branch and leaf structure that Ive been seeing lately.. They are beautiful! Lol.. Oh yeah.. And I have also lowered the light down to 26" from the ladies.. Keeping it at 25% power.. They weren't stretching too much as far as I could tell.. I'm wanting them to grow into the light about 18" - 20" still keeping the power at 25%.. See how that works out.. I'm trying to avoid using 50% power until flower for now.. To help keep the heat down.. This light doesn't get very hot.. But the warmth it does give off and the size of it does kinda help the tent stay a little warmer than my smaller lights did in my 2x2 tent.. It was eaiser to control the heat I guess.. Plus I could probably upgrade to a 6 inch exhaust fan while running a carbon filter.. But I am very excited to see what these girls do! Mid week.. Runoff pH is still a little fucked off. This morning I ran water pH'd to 6.5 and the Mandarin Cookies runoff came out a 6.3.. But the ETHOS Cookies runoff came out at 5.8 still.. What the eff.. The TDS is good.. Going in and coming out.. Not sure wtf to do at this point.. Maybe just keep doing what I been doing.. But the growth on these girls is insane.. I cant wait till next week when the growth explosions happen! They are both already spitting out some nice, promising branches. I got a cheap PAR meter coming in tomorrow.. I hope it works as well as the $500 meters.. But these plants are looking good... for now.. Almost end of week... My PAR meter came in!! Hells yeah! So my light gets about 200 - 250 PPFD at 20 inches on 25% power.. This should be perfect for now.. As for the pH issue.. Ugh.. I'm gonna just have to run some 7.0 thru the medium or something.. So frustrating.. The Mandarin Cookies is showing some slight pH fluctuation spots on the lowest leaves.. I also removed the first set of leaves and branches.. They were just waaay too tiny.. Now she doesn't have to waste energy on them.. As for the ETHOS Cookies.. She's showing alot less pH issues on her leaves.. Some.. But kinda hard to notice.. This is really frustrating.. May ask a question for this grow... End of week.. The Mandarin Cookies seems to be getting the wavy shit.. Ugh.. Just the very bottom leaves.. But they are also beginning to yellow in spots.. I think I need to up the nutes a bit.. They are already beginning their growth explosion! I love this part.. Everyday you can notice alot of growth.. And eventually, you can sprout 1 set of leaves a day! The branches are sprouting out quite a bit as well!.. Its hard to not water every day, but every 3 days.. I'm gonna have to go to watering every other day, I guess.. I can already see roots coming out the bottom of the pots.. Wow.. I may use some Hydroguard for a few weeks.. Just to help the roots even more.. The ones I see coming out the bottom of their pot are already MASSIVE and WHITER than white!!! I think this MYCO+ stuff really does some magical things with these roots! I just watched a detailed video on how myco (not even gonna try to spell it) spouts its own root.. Which finds the nearest plant root and basically takes root inside the plant root.. Which then spouts out its own root system and is able to get nutrients over 700% or 700× better than without mycorhizae.. Crazy.. And it even works in hydroponics.. Somehow.. Idk how.. Cuz I would think you wash away the myco with each water change.. Maybe not.. Again.. Idk.. But yeah.. Crazy shit.. Anyways.. Gonna bump up the nutes a bit and water every other day (water, feed, water, feed, etc.)... On to the next!...

It's been a wierd week. Found evidence of herming but some of what appears to be balls have pistals? Anyways, have ensured all light leaks fixed, removed any suspect balls and pressing on. This is bagseed so maybe genetic. I've ordered some seeds for the next round to ensure solid genes going forward. Worst case this becomes bubble hash. :)

~ FastBuds PAPAYA SHERBET Photoperiod~ Well here we go on another journey together through 'Canna-land' and this one's kinda special... forget that, it's VERY special because this is FastBuds newest surprise for the community, a FEMINIZED PHOTOPERIOD STRAIN!🤯 I was fortunate enough to score these seeds, of which only 1000 were available and can't wait to see what this strain can do! This Papaya Sherbet, according to FastBuds, is a hybrid with a 9-10 weeks flowering period. For a more detailed and accurate description of this strain the following from FastBuds says it best: "Combining the massive stature of Papaya (Oni Selection) with the strength and resilience of one of our best keeper cuts (Sunset Sherbet), this strain develops into a big, expansive bush adorned with numerous bud sites that later transform into a generous harvest of medium-sized buds. Sounds like an epic strain and I personally cannot wait for this lady to strut her stuff!😍 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod indoors as our weather is still a bit too chilly to put a newly sprouted seedling outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 40's℉). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. Let the fun begin!🤪💚 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 8/3- After eleven weeks in veg the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod has finally stopped stretching and I think that this girl's getting ready to transition into flower thank goodness! Our weather has moderated somewhat with daytime high temp's now in the 89-93℉ range but it still remains very dry requiring the daily watering to continue. 8/5- Today I watered the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod as usual at sunset with around 8g of well water from the garden hose. 8/7- We finally have some much needed rain on the way in the way of a tropical system which will be bringing on and off showers from today through the 9th. As a result of this gift from above I will not have to water the rest of this week! I am going to add a 7 foot support stake next to the plant to help support her if we should get any high winds. 8/9- I'm thankful for the support stake that I installed next to the plant, then tied the plant to it as we encountered pretty strong winds yesterday and I think that without the stake, the plant may have gotten knocked over! The rain is supposed to end this evening and be sunny tomorrow so I'll be outside first thing in the morning to check on the plant to see how she made out through the storms. Hopefully next week the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod by FastBuds will be shifting gears and then the fun can begin!!!
