This grow has been very educational and new. Change in Nutrients and Grow Style by only defoliating once. Very dense harvesting. I used 4 Crop King Seeds Jack Herer Autos. My #4 plant did not look anything like the other 3. It grew out more like a Gelato plant. While harvesting it smelled of Grapefruit! Wonderful Plant to Harvest! For Drying I am using my Black Dog Kit again with putting all buds on drying discs in the Tent. I then exhaust out humidity >60%. Being it is in the middle of summer, I run a dehumidifier in front of the Fresh Air Intake into the tent. That helps keep the Humidity below 60%.

La verdad para ser autos es que me han hasta sorprendido , buena estructura, resistentes , fáciles, huelen fuerte y están llenas de resina. Qué más puedo pedir? 8/19 - Start of week two and so far everything is going smoothly. Just watering each day w/ RO water and organic black strap molasses. 8/21 - I think I may have two phenotypes going here. It seems I have two of the faster growing/taller pheno and one of the shorter, slower growing pheno. 8/24 - Doing a 24 hour brew of some compost tea for all my plants. I think these new seedlings will love it. 8/25 - Watered all with compost tea. They seem to be coming along nicely. No issues so far!

The girls have been doing great this week ❤️ lots of fattening and stacking. They are giving off a greasy kerosene smell mixed with sandalwood at the moment and are stinking up my house whenever the tent is open. I have had to run my exhaust fan at level 10 for the past 2 weeks so that the smells aren’t overwhelming when you walk in. Temps have been consistent, and I haven’t had the need for added humidity, it’s been steady around 55-60% I have turned the fans up to ensure good airflow, hopefully we can just ride her out to some fat colas !

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Fantastic week. Lots has changed. Plants are stacking something fierce! I cut out the nitrogen completely this week, qnd that's how it will stay for the duration of the rest of the grow. I have found with autos, i have had the best luck when I push them hard with nitrogen up until this stage in growth. I then cut out the nitrogen completely and up the bloom nutes quite dramatically. For the rest of the grow I will feed every watering. Water at a 6.4 ph. Gro- 0ml per gal Micro- 10ml per gal Bloom- 15ml per gal Bug bud- 5ml per gal Very much looking forward to watching this batch swell!! These Hubbabubbasmellascope are a strange run! 3 plants look one way, the other 3 look totally different. But stacked with bud sites nevertheless. Next week I will add photos of them side by side. This strain is coming along nicely, with a strong smell of double bubble!

The Fat Banana plant focuses its energy on bud development within the minigrow box. Buds start to form, and we closely monitor and adjust the lighting and nutrients.

Hello everyone week 4 has passed 😎 They are very well growing at fast pace and with a beautiful green colour on the leaves🤩 I’m so impressed with the roots structure😳⚡️ For the nutrient my homemade fertiliser 100% bio🌿 For the light schedule they spend around 16 hours outside full of sunlight☀️ Some LST🔗 Its the last week before 12/12 I will force the plants to flower in my garage 100% lightproof😎 See you next week…

Day 57 the plant has been growing healthy and fine but she is a slow grower . I know that most of the growers in this platform and elsewhere do defoliate and trim down all the lower branches of the plant so that the plant can concentrate all its energy into the higher bigger and better buds .and I do not do this because I drive the plants very hard with nutrients and those lower branches with small buds always give me the first sign of anything going wrong with her and that's why I leave them as a buffer zone to protect the bigger buds and that way I can push her as hard as I want. not much to mention about her thank you for reading I will continue to update have a happy grow
