Girls looking very healthy and happy. Due to my short trip had to leave my 🍌💜👊 girls unsupervised for 3 days. Was stunned when opened my cabinet on the Dec 5th. Athena stretched like crazy. Good 3 inches. She better slow down as not much roof space left for her. May tie some taller branches to netting if necessary. Introducing blooming nutes for the first time this week on December 6th at smaller dosage and on the second watering as listed. Week 8 Dec 4 - Dec 10 Dec 5 Leaves tucking Dec 6 Heavier selective defoliation on both girls. Athena fully lolipopped and Xena at 75%. Watered with 8 ltr beetwen both with perfect runoofs PH 6.4. Girls were very thirsty 🤤 Dec 7-8 Just enjoying how my girls developing. Frost has landed and they are start showing colours. All is looking great. Dec 9 Second watering for this week 7 ltr beetwen both. Runoffs PH 6.4 Even with so much difrence in size of my 🍌💜👊 girls it seems that they are drinking my juice almost equally. Dec 10 Applied selective defoliation and tied 3 tallest branches of Athena to netting to avoid any potential burns on these beautiful baby colas. It's the end of the week! Had a slight deficiency and corrected it with a banana and molasses tea. Continuing to water with 6.0-6.5 pH distilled water. Check hour Mars Hydro and use code CGD2021 for a discount.

Planted seeds June 12th at 12:26am. While germinating the seeds and during the night time I will be keeping them all in a 2x2x5 grow tent under three 2 foot T5 bulbs to maintain a 24 hour light cycle. I am also using a seedling heat mat to raise the root zone temperature, along with creating a humid environment. Three seeds are visible from peat pellets June 14th at 8am. Last seed is visible through medium at 5pm. All plants sprouted with cotyledon leaves June 15th at 11am. Transplanted all the plants into 5 gallon fabric pots with pre-amended medium at June 17th. Three plants have first leaves forming, while one seems to be a little behind. Gave a light watering, along with heavy misting on the soil. Last plants first leaves started forming June 18 at 7pm. All plants are progressing well with minimal stretching. All 4 plants have their 2nd set of leaves starting to grow June 20th at 12pm. Put outside right at 12pm, then brought them inside at 9:30pm. Put outside June 21st at 1pm Watered them lightly twice with several hour gap in between. All leaves are praying up and all growth is progressing. Put inside at 11pm.

Well week 9 was fun 😏. I moved this fine lady into a 10 gallon pot. She will likely stay in it until sometime in July. It’s my custom organic Super Soil mix. It should keep her happy in a 10 gallon pot for a while! I will be cleaning up more growth in the coming week. I topped her a couple of days ago so she is at the point where I have 8 tops now, well once I clean up the lower growth. I am aiming for 32 at this point in the game. I hope this enables me to slow her down a bit and control her growth as she can double when she goes into flower. I have been making sure to treat her with Method 1 PPS (plant prevention spray) once a week. This keeps Andy would be moulds and pests the F off my girls! Onward..... 😎🍿

Really just a video from this week but I think I was a week or 2 behind anyways lol just so y’all can see some real color of my girls. Still haven’t named em but I’ll be doing that in the next week I’m switching em to 12 gradually within the next week to experiment with some stretching during the transition compared to a straight 12 switch

Day 71 Flower (Day 113) Today was the first day of week 11 of flower and another uneventful day. I took a couple of pics and gave the right girl 2.5 liters of pH 6.3 water. That was it. Day 72 Flower (Day 114) Yet another exciting day - open the tent, look at the trichomes, snap a pic, close the tent, repeat. The left girl is fading, but her trichomes are all cloudy. On the other hand, the right girl is hardly fading at all but shows some amber here and there. Day 73 Flower (Day 115) Today, all I did was to give each girl 2.5 liters of pH 6.3 water. Done Day 74 Flower (Day 116) Didn't do fuckall today. I'm so ready to harvest these girls. Already a solid month of overtime. I will cut in a few days I think. Amber trichomes be damned. 11 weeks of flower is enough! Day 75 Flower (Day 117) I gave the left girl 2.5 liters of pH 6.5 water today and checked the trichomes on both girls (again). That was it. Day 76 Flower (Day 118) Woohoo! I'm finally starting to see some amber trichomes here and there. The end is near! Day 77 Flower (Day 119) Today was the last day of week 11 of flower, and the grow is drawing to an end. I had a closer look at the trichomes, and they are showing enough amber to satisfy me. I think I will chop tomorrow on day 120. It's been a fun grow, and I have learned a bunch, but after over a month of overtime, I'm also ready to close down shop and have a bit of break.

08/30/2021 - Noticing more gnats than usual. Could be overwatering, anaerobic soil conditions, or both. - Going to set up fly traps, starve both the plant and the gnats of water for about a week. - Will observe any stress responses due to an extended dry period.

What a week. First off these girls are way to damn small to be 8 f'n weeks in. But I've delt with about 2 weeks of very hot weather eary on. The water temp got up to 85 that I know of. So it fried the roots. I discovered hydrogen peroxide little to late but it has helped. I really thought I was gonna lose a couple this week but they are doing much better. I got my new grow tent lights in. Using them on the main grow room until I get the other new light built but thatbwont be for some time. The other light is almost done. I've got the new pvc pipe frame made. Yaya I know cheap. But hey that's why I did it. I just ordered to more light setups. That puts me at $300 for this light alone. But damn it is so Brite. Right now with just 6 lights on high its at 283watts. I'm adding 2 more that should put me around 376 Watts for a 5x5. These are the large cog legs. I have 3500 wave length ones. I also built a cloner. Shout out to @icanthc for one of his videos that gave me the inspiration to build my own with improvements. I've had bad luck with clones so far so I hope this will help. I'm going to cut down CDG#2. She so damn far behind. I will get 3 cloned out of her. Fingers crossed.

+=+=+=+=EDIT=+=+=+=+ Found a bunch of mini pollen sacks on plant #3 [Yellow], only started looking for them after I saw what appeared to be a seed and in turn was a immature seed in plant #1 [Blue], I think I have #3 Yellow and #2 Red clones left so will have to kill off the yellow ones when I get to it. I left exotic seeds know their plant went off, will see what they say about it. +=+=+=+=EDIT=+=+=+=+ ok, not a lot is happening this week. Plants are doing well and bulking up. after checking this morning they are also much greener then yellow. So the top dressing and added calcium is helping. likely more so the immediate nitrgron from the calcium as its calcium nitrate. Hopefully it won't get to much from the other amendments as I added in more IF then before and less 2-8-4 I think they have about 3-4 weeks left now, so entering the end of its life soon. I definitely think I messed up this grow a bit, mainly when it was transitioning to flower I feel I needed to double the feed vs split it out over 4 weeks and add in some sulphur to the soil to keep the PH down when making it in veg, It does not matter how much PH down I am using they are still going high from the goal I am trying to hit. I just want it sitting more aorund 6.5 vs 7-7.5. Plant number 3 or "Yellow" is really the best out of them all. bigger plant, more buds, more frost and healthy looking. I think this might be because plant number 1 "Blue" was just a bit setback by some root issues but it still is not overly frosty its like 1 is worst 3 is best and 2 is a mix of them both. just bad to good left to right. I'm also curious to take some clones from the other plant back at my parents but I know I don't need em, just want to know if it smells any better then the current ones. I want to get strains that really smell and taste amazing. Having 2nd thoughts about making this all into bubble hash. Might save a oz or two for friends as buds to compare to the hash I want to make from this. Speaking of the the small plant I gave to my parents, it started to enter flower, they are going to have to transplant it into the backyard in full sun soon. so it will be going thought a weird reveg period then back into flower end of summer. If I go home and visit I will likely have to do this for them. They have it in the same pot that I sent it to them in and gave it a feeding of miracle grow 20-20-20 and that's great for some NPK, but it does not have any micros or secondary macros. Thank that's about it, last week had a bit more details involved and the music on the videos is a bit much but I am liking it. Video games soundtracks for the win. 07/15/2025 Started veg week by transplanting an AK 2.0 into a 20 gallon fabric pot others will be going into 3 gallon nursery pot. The 20 gallon fabric pot is in second year of growing, is amended with Carbon G (Lesco) worm castings and other organic stuff I can't remember, (Coast of Maine Stonington Blend 5-2-4) plant food and top pot off with Coast of Maine Stonington Blend soil, but I want to make it a no till type bed. I've also been watering pots with BIO-REMEDY to insure plenty of microbial activity in plants root zone and nemetodes too! See ya next week.
