The Sensi Seeds Research breeding project has created eleven cannabis seed varieties. How? By combining new cannabis cultivars with a selection of strains from their long-established cannabis gene bank. For the first time in thirty-six years, they are opening the doors of the Sensi Seeds Research and Development Department. Week #5 Plants are doing well, there’s not much to do except to let them grow. Roots are filling the pots, I might transplant them in their final pots (18l) during next week. The Mars-Hydro SP250 has done a very good job during these 5 weeks. The plants need more space to grow, I will have to switch on the HID next week to give some more light coverage. Giving them a light feed during the week using Cellmax BIO 8-2-2 (not listed) and not Organic Grow ☝️ In my quest for plants science I have found something interesting about the Dr Cleve Backster 😊 but apparently controlled experiments that have attempted to replicate Backster's findings have failed... weird isn’t it ? 😳 (I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)

🌸 Sundae Driver — Week 9 Flower / Week 12 From Seed When the plant decides it’s time… you listen! Another beautiful, crazy, unforgettable week in our Sundae Driver adventure! The tent has been full of aromas, colors, and emotions — and this week brought a little surprise twist. Our Pheno #2, the bold one, the heavy one, decided she couldn’t hold her own weight anymore and literally bowed to gravity. When I arrived, half of her was on the ground, saying: “It’s time, my friend. Harvest me.” And honestly, she was right. Perfect trichomes, perfect colors — it was exactly her moment. So, we harvested her with love, laughter, and respect. Sometimes, nature tells you what to do, and all you can do is listen. We didn’t dry her whole as we usually do — since she broke herself in half, we had to go with a different approach this time. A reminder that every grow has its own personality and surprises. We took it as part of the adventure and had a good laugh about it — because in the end, that’s what growing is: learning, adapting, and enjoying every step. Meanwhile, her sister Pheno #3 is still standing tall and absolutely shining. She’s thriving under the LUMATEK, with her buds swelling beautifully, trichomes sparkling like sugar dust, and her structure holding strong (for now!). 🌱 Nutrients & Environment This week we’re keeping the mix balanced — still using the Plagron PowerBuds, Sugar Royal, Green Sensation, together with Aptus Regulator and CalMag Boost. Our pH sits nicely around 6.1, EC around 0.7, and the soil is still rich enough to carry the girls through these final stages. Temperatures hover around 28°C, humidity slightly high at 60+, but both phenos have been adapting beautifully. 🌿 About the Harvest For Pheno #2 — the early harvest wasn’t planned, but it turned out perfect. The trichomes were milky with just a few ambers, the aroma intense, and the density incredible. This shows that sometimes the plants truly know best. Her colas were so heavy they couldn’t stand anymore — that’s a good problem to have! 💪 Super Crop & Structure The earlier super crop training clearly paid off — the buds on the bent tops were some of the thickest and frostiest of all. It’s beautiful to see how resilience leads to strength; those stress points turned into power centers for growth. 🧠 What to Expect & What Not to Expect • Expect Pheno #3 to keep maturing beautifully over the next week or two — trichomes are developing wonderfully, and aromas are getting more complex by the day. • Don’t expect her to rush. She’s taking her sweet time, and that’s perfectly fine — every flower deserves her full moment. • Expect me to keep double-checking the branches — after what happened with #2, I’m making sure no more girls decide to “self-harvest” behind my back. 😂 💬 P.S. — About Holding the Weight For those reading this — always support your branches properly during late flower! When the buds get heavy (and believe me, they will), the stems can only handle so much. It’s always better to tie, stake, or net them before nature makes the decision for you. Still see nitrogen toxicity so im going cut biogrow down to half dose and see how it goes! Besides that all looks well Smells are stepping it up in a couple pheno! On the Chocolate Marshmallow side we have a intense sour fruity pebbles on a pheno that is just unreal And on the double d side we have some rotten tooth chem smells coming through!

August 25th Buds are getting more dense and picking up their trichomes nicely, only issues have been temp swings from 87F-72F and RH from 32-45, adjusting the setup to have smaller ranges

Gave the 2nd dose and flipped to flower on 22/06 Kinda heavy defoliation on 24/06 🤞🏻

Day 21: A great week for these girls considering my nearly drowning them with a high res !!!. Aside my errors and the recovery , all been good. Wedding Cake has had an excellent stretch period giving her a really nice size to flower with. She didn't blink with the over filling as she was the top end and didn't suffer . Buds are forming up really nice on her all over and below the main canopy is just as full. She will get so.e lower small growth removed for air movement but as she is happy and vibrant I dont want to upset her now. lol The Ghost O.g did suffer a little with her main growing size but has put out some very tangible mains now. She has so.e very big fan leaves on her too. Gorilla Glue#4 had the worst of the drowning and her leaves are showing the signs of damage now. She is a good size and typically GG but I think recovery has slowed her down a little. Overall I am happy with their survival in such a hostile situation. good genetics . Be sane and safe Growmies.

Week 9/12 - 15/12 Huge drop of temperature this week

Had issues with one of my mars 1600, seems some leds are broken or burnt out already and the light has only been used for 8 months. Talking with my supplier to see about switching it out or repair.

No complaints, I like just letting the plant do what the plants wants to do. She lets me know when to feed her. She has been drinking close to a gallon of water a day.

Still no flowers, foliar calmag, silicate, proroots. Still problems with Calcium. Matterhorn is unstable genetics!
