Did some defoliation as well as more LST. They are all doing well Ultimate 1 & 2 are further in flower than Ultimate #3 but that is because she was stunted by the use of the Phlizon light at the beginning.

I guess I first have to extend a big thank you to James and the folks at RQS. The genetics of their “Northern Light” did not disappoint and this was a no fuss grow across all categories. This will be the only time you hear me refer to Northern Lights in the singular. It’s kinda like calling a “pickerel” a “walleye” - you just don’t do that up here😉. She took well to training, showed no signs of lockout or deficiency, and we were at the top limits of botanicare’s recommended feeding schedule the whole time. I’d call this typical NL - the scent wasn’t overly powerful, she grew somewhat squat and while I’m actually very surprised at the final weigh (thought it would be much less), the whole grow was typical of the strain in my experience. Possibly her biggest limiting factor was simply space constraints. The photos pretty obviously demonstrate that she got really crowded out by the neighbouring kush and I wouldn’t be surprised at all if she’d have done a little better with some more room. That said, what isn’t “typical” are the effects. RQS touts this as a cup winner and I can see why. Had the opportunity to sample a little and WHOA! She Hits with a lasting, cerebral and euphoric effect that starts as a light, happy high. Not a crippling or dulling effect at all. Just everything you’d expect from a well rounded strain in general. Perfect. I almost wanna describe it as a classic sativa but I’ve been smoking nothing but a pure indica for so many months now that anything different is gonna feel that way 😂. Harvest day was 89. Short: Frosty plant, density is lacking, lots of leafs, some mutation, slow growing but big in the end, smells good skunky fruity for now, will update after cure. I have to compare this one to my other plant the Ultra G13 and Brain Freeze lacks a lot. It grows kinda slow, buds are not nearly as dense, trimming was horrible, overall I would say 50/50 fluffy/dense compared to the Ultra G13 85% dense and 15% kinda but not really fluffy in the same system under the same conditions. Total wet yield is just fine, can't say anything bad about that, this is limited by my tent, would have gotten more with this plant as a solo one in the 2x4. Managed to get the Net Cup out of the tube compared to the Ultra G13 which I had to saw of. Overall I would say a plant one can do but nothing to chase for, might update that after cure who knows. Update: dried weight is 280g total, 50/50 dense and fluffy buds but all are frosty, smells like sweet candy, overall a great yield that I did not expect, was kinda stressed with this one since it only came to its potential in the last few weeks but it did came. Will not grow it again in the near future but maybe some time later. Did bake some brownies with it but didn't count how much so I did not add that to the total yield.

Esta semana notamos que los Led estaban demasiado cerca de las copas cuando los apicales mostraron un inicio de albinismo así que tocó alejarlos un poco, a 40 ctms áprox. igual poco menos. Las dos Amarettotarmac muestran una diferencia notable en la morfología de los cogollos pero de olor ambas afrutadas, cereza, fresa, algo muy rico y notable a larga distancia, que huelen mucho. xd

Veg30, las plantas crecen bien, necesitan una pequeña defoliación y ajuste de LST, quizás mañana. Veg31, este será la última defoliación y entrenamiento durante un buen rato, se puede decir que ya tienen la forma deseada, ahora solo hay que dejarlas crecer. Veg34, se regó con pH 6.0 y EC 2.0, el drenaje tuvo los mismos valores, entonces el próximo riego será con una EC mucho más baja. Las plantas siguen creciendo bien, se quitaron un par de hojas, ahora tendrán 1~2 semanas más para que estiren antes de pasarlas a 12/12.

Really happy with the progress. Not as full as others I've seen, but I've learned a lot in the process and will be better prepared from the start to grow big beautiful plants next time. Especially happy that Chonga has grown so much stronger and is now the exact same height as sister Chonga. Both plants have reached 21 inches.

I will not be giving the plants any lights before harvest. I will give the plants 3 days of darkness with temperatures of 55 to 60 degrees f, to shock the plants and help finishing off of there Tricoms. I will harvest then.

Giorno 1 molto bene le ragazze sono in ottima forma e questa sarà l'ultima settimana di veg. Lei è veramente molto in forma😁 quindi ho deciso di fare su di lei un esperimento, cioè pizzicare il ramo e piegarlo nella posizione che voglio. È la prima volta che pratico questo quindi non so nemmeno se lo fatto nel modo giusto, ora vedremo se basterà e come reagisce. Ps:non ho tolto nessuna delle splendide prendisole!! Le ho soltanto spostate fuori dai coglioni Giorno 2 defogliazione e Lollipopping Giorno 3 stamattina la pianta si era già completamente ripresa🤬 quindi ho pensato di piegarla ulteriormente e per sbaglio ho finito per spezzare il ramo😤. Mi serviva di lezione dato che non avevo mai fatto questa pratica prima quindi va bene così. Ora lo fasciata a un pezzo di legno e speriamo che entro martedì stia bene per andare in fiore🙃. Experiment is going well we got pollen sacs way more on the og kush than there are on the gg#4 got clear plastic trays on the top of the pot to catch some pollen as I wanna pollinate a few strains with the og kush might have to do another pollen run as I wanna cross 5 different strains with the og

Such a stunning little beauty! She's almost ready for harvest, just waiting for a few more trichome heads to turn amber; aiming for a ~20%'ish rate. Buds are looking massive and dense and are accompanied by some pretty frosty leaves. The smell has developed into a rather tart and herbal aroma with most of the citrussy scents gone by now. So excited! Can't wait to chop her up and taste these fascinating terps :D Hopefully she's gonna be all ready in a week! Decreased the amount of nutrients we're giving her a bit further by fertilizing only once this week with overall fewer nutrients.

Have Big Gas Puff on my Behalf! 👽 Declaring on September the First, Im Setting officialy the photopheriod as 20/04 hours resting too, they start in midnight as they will help to provide an ideal temperature at night, and thats the reason why stick with covering most of the day yet respecting some time off the grid, as for both mary jane plant processes like foliar feeding or the transplant depicted below and electronics used requires a bit of resting as lifespam testing and recomendations tend to stick on ‘calm your tits homie’ even on autoflowering scenarios, last consideration is the electricity bill as can become bothersome in some countries too. Moving on plant growth , I personally consider up to this date , a healthy growth even when i changed the substrate it has quite a possitive impact and that’s on having a number of survivors above the mínimum of plants i want to be spread each on 11 lt of ’ Organic Life Light Mix’ for the most oustanding Killer Kush FV, by using the growth vigor & not stressed AF criteria , as it’s always good to do backups in case i had a strong damping-off or like a bad germination scenario. Notice the quirk of ‘Pot on Pot’ made the transplant a bit easier, and how can make some small upgrades if added in your grow , if its on your market and fits your style as well. Regarding to feeding, new transplant soil was watered with Hesi boost, Top candy and BAC Calmag’s 2.0 (I chose this Brand specifically as it present other useful micronutrients on its composition ), as they first ones show to have quite a stimulant and refreshing effect on the babies, considering the size of more than decent root samples took before being moved on their final containers. This experience also introduced me the carencies i must attend usually on these type of soils, who also i do consider that being this deal of too light substrate, is a deal of a trade off too , like, im saying this this Organic Life Light Mix it’s not a bad product at all but consider is way more needy unlike traditional soils or even fuck, this shit is more airy than other light soils compositions hhahah, so, final words here, like at the same time the speed gained plus not a total damping off on germination phase & good interaction with fertilizers i use as plant interaction shows quite a good evolution, specially being keen on carencies and disbalances are faster to present and faster to attend , it requires more handling specially on feeding like all shit that is making this grow go at super fast speed , as i took some pics of root mass and it’s development shows it’s quite advanced yet on the optimal point to transplant. PS: I will stay with the non finalists , the more pansy Killer Kush aren’t totally discarded as the point of having backups to have a better coverage regarding to uncertainity of germination and the fact that still fuck up things and shit my pants in the near future, as usual, im a shitty grower if not noticed ! 😂😂😂.
