Another week has flown by! The girls are doing great, cruise control this week as I have just been monitoring RH and temps. Trying to keep them as low as possible, I’ve been getting as low as 74 during the day and 68 at night. I finally took a look a look at the trichomes with my jewellers loop, lots of cloudy, and a few amber around the leaves and top colas, but still lot’s of clear trichomes. I’ve ordered myself a wireless/usb digital microscope to assist with the process, and looks like it will be here just in time to determine harvest day. 😎🎄 I started by eliminating the nutrients at the beginning of the week. I typically allow for 3-4 pure water feeds before I harvest, and at the rate they have been drinking, this should be enough to get through the 7-12 days they have before harvest. I don’t flush, but rather “rinse” with normal water amounts, allowing the plant to use up the remaining nutrients in the soil. This also allows me to recover most of the soil from my grows and reuse ♻️ with other soil mix. There has been great debate and a great deal of bro science out there for many years, but the recent studies suggest there is no difference in end result when it comes to flushing or using nutrients right until the end, if a proper dry and cure is performed. The plants grow well in the first week I had 100% germination in the seeds, for a first-time sailor I'm happy. I added the humidifier to keep the humidity at 65%. Now in the second week I increased the quantity of fertilizers but always following the supplier's table and the plants seem to be enjoying their food.

Day 43 (August 9th): This weather is all over the place. Super cold nights, then super hot days. We’ll see how it holds up! Day 46: A male popped up beside her, doesn’t look like she’s in flower yet and I caught the male pretty quickly. Should be alright. Still just watering when dry. Going to add some top dressing once I see signs of flower

Added white foil in the back of the greenhouse to allow for some more light in the back. She reacted to this fairly quickly by rotating her leaves more upward rather than to one side. I also raised the camera more and adjusted the position of the pot for it to be more centered.

1- getting nice and thick with a stronger smell. Watered with flowering chemicals. Tent at 24.6°C and RH at 47% today Away for the weekend. Can’t wait to see how she will look when I get back 5- Came back to fairly dry soil and somehow forgot to turn my dehumidifier back on after emptying it. So the RH was at 77% when I got back. I got everything back within the range I want it now. 24.5°C and 46% RH. Watered plant with flowering nutrients. 7- Just amazed by how fast it grows. Seems like every time I look at it, it keeps getting thicker. I have some sort of fascination with the main cola. Just love taking pictures of it. I ordered a USB microscope that I should be getting today. Looking forward to see those trichomes magnified.

Trichomes are developing well, still mostly clear at the moment. The plant has finished stretching and is now focusing on bulking. I slightly increased her feed and hope she’ll put on more weight soon.

Harvested the Clones! I'm stoked how #4 grew out, I think she's the winner! With limited space in my grow, I'm only going to be able to bloom out the rest of the phenos clones to week 3-4.. The show must go on.. It's the price I must pay for using non-ideal cloning methods... Next round of phenohunting will have 100% cloning success, using my new aeroponics cloning machine.

I missed last week but the girls are looking so good and frosty now! Not much of a difference in them, from then to now. They're super sticky and they smell amazing. The best way to describe it would be, "a sweet funk". I actually had to chop one down 😓to make some room in the flower tent... it was btw. Other than that, I noted that the girls needed some calmag so they're getting some in the dirt this week. I am so excited, I can't for these to finish.

Hi guys, At the end of the story, I am very happy with the whole cycle and finally the outcome, I almost killed everything in there 😂 The Acid Dough is a great sativa strain, with a short flowering period. I did have problems throughout the cycle overfertilizing the plant. I toppped them, and then use LST training to help her growing wider, Probably if I wouldnt have messed up with the ferilizer I would have a much better final product, not even talking about quantity, but quality. The whole plants were dried for 18 days after which they were finished in jars for another 6 weeks, if I dont fell... I would like to thank Grow Diaries for this amazingly-organized community they have created, where we all can learn a lot, and share something we really love. Thanks to everyone who stopped by and looked at the diary, squeezed the like button or comment the diary. 13/12 I'VE MADE MY FIRST RUN OF BUBBLE HASH! Very very happy with the end result, did not weight anything yet because is still wet big time, I lightly squeezed it a bit, before let it drying on parchment on a cardboard. The smell it's just absolutely crazy. I can smell strong citrus notes in the 120µm but the 90µm and 73µm explodes with crazy-sweet note. While the 25µm (did not use the 43µm) where I did collect most of the hash, smell like good and sweet hash, nothing crazy like the previous ones but a very buttery like consistency that makes me want to eat it like this...dont ask me why...even though I know you all probably felt this way too... Anyway, the paper sheet says it all about timing, washes and µm used for the extractions, but just in case I'll explain it down here. I have done 3 wash with different timing. 1º wash: 5 min only to get the most brittle trichome heads 2º wash: 10 min stardard 3º wash: 30 min to stock up a bit 😅 I could have done an extra wash for sure and get more out, but I was running out of time so...I will update with the dry weight, it was not the only wash I've done, that were just too many grades to weight up..so I chose to do it once all dry! I started picking for forbidden fruits the day after last week’s post, checking the colas with the scope and only picking tops that were approx 10-20% amber. As I snipped colas I also removed a lot of upper fan leaves, this is to allow light to reach lower buds for a final ripening. Once picked, I placed approx 100g in each brown paper bag, folded the top and sat on a rack. I slowly rolled the bags around once or twice a day just so the buds didn’t stick together. Seems to have worked well, no dreaded hay smell to note and nicely dried. I think I’ll be taking some more colas tops off in a few days time and I’ll keep the plants alive for another week or two, depending on how fast they come along. I have 4 Mimosa EVO (no diary) about 7 weeks into veg at the moment and I think it would be nice to give them another 2 weeks as I need big plants to make clones from them, ready for the next diary coming soon... hopefully with successfully taken clones 😊

😍😍⛰️ Day 56. Hi, I'm back. I'll give you the photos of day 55. During the absence of the plants, they faced a root problem. I solved this problem by washing the pots and reducing the tds of the substrate to 500 ppm and using Azos in 2. Cycles.

Seems like I got about 2-4 weeks I guess, gonna just give it plain water and molasses rest of life until last week or two

Excellent strain of 70-80 cm, with a very abundant resin both at the top and at the bottom, trichomes as big as mushrooms. We also love it very much because in the end the leaves above take on colour. Super crossing d for sure! happy with plants at this stage. cant wait to see them bulk up. they are starting to smell a little now the sour lemon tart is alot more pungent than critical orange punch at this stage.

This girl has been my favorite since since I tried growing her outdoors this year but she got pinched . The aroma and the colour of the buds is great. The team at dinafem had some of the best genetics in the game I'm so in love. The plant was transplanted this week and she took it very well with lots of new growth and branches stretching all over . I'm going g to stretch her out some more this week can't wait to see her grow out ...
