Lookin good, no more herms so far as I’ve tightened things up hopefully that’s the last of them for good. I installed a 4Inch AC infinity fan and filter as an intake so I have been able to close all of the vents. At this point the leaf strip has proven to be a solid method, I have nothing to compare bud size at this point but just the extra space it opened up is a plus. I’m sure the lowers will be a little more firm and the plants obviously haven’t had to be fed as often as usual so its saving time, water and nutrients. The added microbes have also allowed me to keep my ppm around 1000 instead of 1080ish without any sign of deficiencies. The Mandarin cookies x Dionysus has a little cal-mag issue but that was a trait from the mother which out of 10+ grows all had a cal-mag deficency. 4/20 Still having trouble getting seeds to grow! 4 out of 6 seeds from the initial pop have died, so I've popped one more Chemdogging and one more Sour Diesel. Placed the popped seeds directly in the pot they'll stay in for the whole grow per suggestions. Built a 30"x36" trellis out of 3/4" PVC pipe, will install a double trellis netting on it once I set up the Blumat watering system. Also added in a smart power strip that now has built-in timers I can control from my phone. Organized all my extra grow equipment and cleaned up the room! The little pots in the photos are some random seeds I'm starting off in here to give to some friends to grow outdoors. 4/25 - sour diesel popped up today! 5/2 Still no luck getting the Chemdogging to sprout, currently waiting on C-dog and a Blackberry auto to sprout in my other two pots. Set up some random plants from seeds I found in a bag of Black Lime and Cookies, put them in a separate room to flower so I can find out if they're female.

This plant that I harvested today I've only defoliated and she took well to that. I LST and defoliated the other plant and she is still ripening will harvest her soon. 285gramms of wet bud is quite good for first grow, so i should get about 60g dry, I'll update actual value when dry. She was in the tent with 4 other plants under the Skyline 1000 lights which pull 500w from mains. She filled the room with some sort of orange/lemon candy smell. Smells really nice. I'll update when I harvest the other Candy Kush and report on taste/effect once dried. ------- Day 79 I harvested the other Candy Kush, gave 280g wet, not much of a difference between the trained and untrained plants, although I think she could have gotten fatter had I left her longer. Looking at the buds now that they dried up they got much smaller :D Really loving the smell, can't wait for them to cure.

Flowering in full effect...still no need for watering because of rain...found some molasses so it a sweet treat today.

summer has arrived in germany. the little one likes it very much. she is reaching out for the sun's rays to grow. she is doing well so far and i am confident that she will really step on the gas in the next few weeks.

Big bush and beautiful dwarf All going well. Really interesting to see how different they develep Strawberry cough starts to develop dark leaves. Pineapple gets really nice and fat buds with a lot of frosting.

6/7 flipped to flower leafs lil droopy due to over watering a lil bit but it’ll bounce back and everything else looking good tho I think the flowering stretch is going be wild haven’t grown one this tall before going have to move the light up some more soon

What another great week it’s been , today is Day 39 from seed an the lil ladies have jumped into preflower 😍! Yesterday gave em the trim up of the unders , kinda popsicled you can say to each one, cause we want to focus on them colas ! Fin de la semaine 5 de floraison

Day 78 Hey growmies, The girls received 2 liters of water with fertilizer and Cal-Mag today. Before that, I defoliated them for the last time – I hope it wasn’t too much, but I wanted to try a more radical approach to hopefully get an even better end result. Unfortunately, some of the Pink Gelato's leaves are showing clear signs of heat stress, but so far she’s still growing well. I hope the terpenes are okay. Day 79 The girls are doing well so far. Unfortunately, the tips of the Pink Gelato are a bit burned, and it's supposed to get even hotter in the next few days. I hope she survives the heat. The other two ladies don’t seem to mind it. The smell and the buds are getting bigger and bigger. The carbon filter is managing to neutralize the strong smell. Now we're heading into the final days of flowering

D56 - Today is the first day in the eighth week of veg for #2 and the seventh for #1. This will be the final week of veg for the girl as I'm ready to flip in a few days. I did the last heavy defoliation by removing most leaves and branches except the tops. I aim to get the girl to put all the flowering energy into the tops and hopefully result in big colas without popcorn nugs or larf. I did keep a few clones from each girl, though. After defoliation, I sprayed down the girl with my chili tincture to combat the thrips. I took great care to hit all leaves on both sides. This tincture is harsh to work with, and I was coughing like mad, and I damn near filled my N95 mask with snot (yummy!). After all this snot, drool and coughing, I just wanted to be done for the day, so I stressed checking out how my new scrog frame fits. The frame, of course, fell and broke one of the tops clean off. Ugh! I tried to fix it with some tape but the break was in a weird spot and it didn't work. Not a massive deal as it was a corner top, and there will be 15 other tops. Still annoying, but hey, it's my damn fault for stressing. D57 - The girls have bounced back nicely from their heavy defoliation. I just snapped a couple of pics as I hung a blue sticky trap in the tent. I always have regular yellow sticky traps in my tent to monitor pest pressure. However, thrips aren't that interested in yellow but are attracted to blue. D59 - I flipped my lights today from the veg mode to the flower-inducing mode. I have no idea how much these girls will stretch, so better sooner than later. Also, I finally got around to start training one of the tops toward the middle of each girl. (About damn time!) I've thought about it for quite a while but have been ignoring it. The lights are flipped now, so we are almost out of veg time. Now or never! D62 - The girls look healthy, and I can't see any thrip damage on the newer leaves. Fingers crossed that the buggers are gone! I gave each girl around 2.5-liters of water @ pH 6.3.

Journal de culture – Semaine 4 de croissance (fin) Je ne suis vraiment pas satisfait de la plante, que je trouve faiblarde et manquant de vitalité. Son développement est lent, et je suspecte que la température, qui descend peut-être trop bas la nuit, pourrait en être la cause. Cependant, même le pied-mère de cette variété n’a pas une croissance exceptionnelle, ce qui me fait penser que le phénotype de cette variété n’est peut-être pas très bon. Pour ne pas perdre trop de temps, j’ai décidé de la passer en floraison aujourd’hui, avec un cycle de lumière 12-12. J’ai également changé la soupe et préparé 20 litres avec les nutriments nécessaires à la floraison. Sachant que cette variété a tendance à beaucoup stretcher, j’ai pratiqué du LST (Low Stress Training) pour recourber les sommités. Cependant, j’ai accidentellement cassé un apex, laissant seulement trois apex au lieu de quatre. Bien que je ne sois pas satisfait de cette plante ni du pied-mère, je vais finaliser cette culture et passer à une autre variété ensuite. 🇺🇸Cultivation Journal – Week 4 of Vegetative Growth (End) I’m really not satisfied with the plant; it seems weak and lacks vitality. Its development is quite slow, and I suspect the nighttime temperatures might be dropping too low. However, even the mother plant of this strain doesn’t show great growth, so I’m thinking the phenotype might not be very good. To avoid wasting more time, I’ve decided to switch it to flowering today, setting the light cycle to 12-12. I also replaced the nutrient solution, preparing 20 liters with the ingredients required for flowering. Knowing this strain stretches a lot, I applied LST (Low Stress Training) to bend the tops. Unfortunately, I broke one of the four apexes, so now there are only three left. Even though I’m not happy with this plant or the mother plant, I’ll finish this grow and move on to another strain afterward.
