So fat banana finally got the chop. Started off well then had an influx of heat around mid flower, not a major problem as I dealt with it, just could have gone smoother. She flew through veg with no problems or complaints whatsoever. She was resilient and would grow her again. She smells so loud, covered in frost.. I have a few more pictures of the chop to upload but will do it in a little while. Such a unique scent from her, definitely tropical and banana peel type of aroma and taste(from test smoke). Hello there and welcome to week 12, or the beginning of it anyway. Week 11 is now complete so please check that out! We start the week with 5l fertigation and some nice photos. Now that Bertha is gone the tent smells Karenish. See you tomorrow! Day 78: Added several more carnivorous plants to the budding collection. Enjoy! Day 79: Fertigated 5l. She's starting to mature now. Frost developing slower, buds fattening and ripening faster. Were maybe two weeks away here. Night 80: Added tent photo and vid. Day 81 update later today. Day 81: Added a lot of media. Got a cheap digital microscope to try and get better micro shots. As you can see Karen is nowhere near yet. Day 82: Things are moving very fast, just look at the difference today. I am certain were with 2 weeks of harvest. Does anyone have advice on flushing/not watering. Fertigated 5l. Day 83: At the current rate of maturation I think the end of next week maybe be harvest time. Height 51cm Day 84: Karens smell is really strong now it washes across your face when you open the tent. End of week summary: A full week of nothing but bud swelling and maturation. I still think she needs another 2 weeks. Unfortunately my living situation has rather abruptly changed and now I have a tough choice to make: harvest/destroy or move plants. There is a strong chance I will chop Karen at the end of next week if she is ready or not.

The girls are smelling really nice…turned out a seed project but I sure would get some fire smoke. I’ve been feeding her 3 gallons of water daily preparing her for some charcoal ash…

No more upwards growth. Buds fattening up now very dense already. Has a little smell to it at this point its quite fruity and sweet not the usual gassy smell just yet.

Flower week 8 - She grew so much this week, less growing up but more layers. week four of flower I have a feeling these are going to be monsters. I have never had an Auto flower this big before all my other grows with then they have been on the smaller side. so far, they look like they are going strong adding bulk and one is starting to fade in the fan leaves using up the N as the plant needs it. I did do some defoliation. on some fan leaves bigger than my hand this was the warehouse for the nutrients it has been grabbing from the soil. I might do 1 more round of Bloom booster and a Cal mag. the stems are pretty strong and are holding the weight of the buds well. nothing needs to be supported at the moment. cheers all P.S, Roll 2 fatties.

New week starts. ☀️14.09.2023 I watered my plants with deminerised water + TA Pro Roots in a recommended doze yesturday. Today I'll do nothing exsept water-spraying them. Special Queen 'Zombie'#2 (with a round milky leafes) shows a small green 'needle' inbetween them. I think it would live. I have 9 of them total. ☀️16.09.2023 Bough of my Special Queen Zombie's are growing. #2 is pulling out its firat leaves (two weeks after its germination). I bought liquid fungi 'Orca' and I'll start to use it tomorrow (watering time). I'm using deminerilzed water till now and I prefer to use it as long as possible. ☀️17.09.2023 Watering with 'Orca' fungy.

Ran into a problem toward the end. I ran out of coco with 2 pots to go. So I will probably do another transplant after going to the store today and getting another bag of coco. In dieser Woche wurde die Düngemenge Hesi Coco auf 4ml/l erhöht. Der EC Wert steht somit auf 1.0 Ich habe die Ladies in dieser Woche 1 mal austrocknen lassen und dann mit der erhöhten Menge Dünger stark gegossen (aber nicht geflusht). Das Wachstum hält sich in Grenzen.... ca. 1,5 cm pro Tag, das ist nicht sehr viel aber ok wenn Sie jetzt hoffentlich noch 1 Woche etwas weiter wächst. Da es draußen immer noch scheisse kalt ist, keine aktive Zuluft sondern nur aktive Abluft nach draußen. Temperatur zwischen 18-24 Grad. Luftfeuchtigkeit könnte ein bisschen besser sein... ich werde aber noch nicht nervös. RLF zwischen 38und 45 %. Die ersten Blüten treiben aus und ich werde bald noch ein bisschen mehr füttern. Blätter sehen gesund aus, keine Mangelerscheinungen. Die Lichtmenge der HID Lampe wurde von 500 Watt auf 530 Watt erhöht.

Week 10 started and I decided to do the flushing on day 71 because I will probably have to chopp down in 10-15 days time max. I hope the thrichomas reach the state that I am aiming for. Its winter so i connected a air hose to my 45watt fan and i blow in warm air, the other side of the hose is right above my gas heater downstairs. The out fan in the tent is on 65watts my tent stays 20celcius and humidity under 50%. I dont think my plants like this “warmed air” as my seedling curl up completely if i put them in the same tent. Its either this or let her freeze. My yield will suffer as it does every winter but hey spring is coming in a few months then its back to party hardy, or grow hardy in our case.
