Growing Great

This is a great strain from a great seed company in Canada, 34 street seeds. I have had great results from germination to harvest with their strains and these Cookies are no different. Nice tight nugs, some great tasting hard hitting smoke 💨 They grew easily enough, no disease or weirdness that couldn’t be solved by proper NPK. This would be a great strain for beginners looking for an easy harvest, with some good bud to show. I definitely did not maximize the potential of this strain this go around, but I still have 2 seeds from the 5 and it will make it back to my garden again. ❤️🇨🇦😎💨

11 day dry mix of jar cure / Grove bag cure

HLG 260w Qb288v1 4000k; 20/4 light schedule. 24 inches from canopy. Temp range 72-81F. RH range 42-55%. LST has really brought out the potential colas on both plants. One is lagging a bit behind the other, but not by much. The light is so strong the plants are nearly flat due to LST - 5.5 inches tall Day 28 What should my nutrient schedule be this week? Using Fox Farms soil trio. Thinking 1/4 strength grow big and tiger bloom every other feeding. Hoping they get a good stretch, trying to get highest yield I can (my first experience not having to purchase cannabis from anyone!) Watering every 24 hours with 1/4 gallon pH corrected 6.3 well water ( no runoff). Entire smart pots feels light and dry before I water either plant.

Just come back to post a result for you guys, been really busy lately and we just open our own dispensary in Thailand. The coco grow medium just requires lot of work compared to RDWC and the yield is almost similar but just a bit lower paces. Keep on getting high, Cheers

A week full of adversities, lots of mold on the main buds. I increased ventilation and air exchange, but unfortunately it wasn't enough. I lost the biggest top of Baker's #1 due to mold, and to prevent the harvest and reduce plant transpiration (since I couldn't lower the humidity), I decided to remove some buds from most of the plants at the end of week 7. I left the most promising ones and those where I didn't see mold. I left the tent open every day and night to reduce humidity, but I still had problems with some moldy buds at the end of week 8. But it's all good, everything has been a learning experience so far. I've made good friends and continue to learn more each day. I have some clones that are revegetating and maybe I'll bring a new project. Thank you to everyone who dedicated some of their time to this diary. Another great week for the girls, I have not seen a single deficiency, other than the odd yellowed leave under the canopy, typically due to lack of light. I will come through soon and do a defoliation of both tents to allow for more light to penetrate, and perhaps get a good push for some girthy colas 😋. I have lowered the temps a bit in the tents by controlling my lung room temps, and they are maxing out at 77 degrees and hitting a night time cool of about 70. I have also lowered the humidity to hover between 47 and 52 %. Hopefully will start to get some nice colours as they finish. As I mentioned before, when I water is when I like to get under the canopy and check the stems and leaves for anything that shouldn’t be… and typically once a week after watering I’ll wipe down the tent and sanitize any surface I can. There is no reason to get lazy, that’s how you get Pests, Mold, and PM. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️

Getting thicker and denser by the day, and I'm getting really excited to see if my girl is going to push out some of the same gorgeous colors I've seen in the other grows I watch. I'll be well satisfied with my planning if I'm dry trimming by Thanksgiving weekend.

This week has been all about shaping the plant. I’ve learned from last that the colas weren’t the same height, because I let the plant do it’s things with just a bit of training. Now I know what to look for so I’m trying my hardest. I top dressed this week with crab meal, Gaia green all purpose 4-4-4, insect frass, kelp meal, bone meal, azomite, and covered it with a healthy serving of worm castings (about an inch to 2 inches). All of which was sprinkled on all the chopped and dropped leaves/branches. I believe in adding biomass to soil, especially for an indoor growing who is money conscious. Doing that can help save me money going back to the store for more soil.

Day 52 today Been a rough week , as was extremely hot 30+ in the tent for two days and the big SNS really dried out. I have given it some BAC organic PK boost to help it recover. The other SNS was fine as this did not dry out as much and the blackberry gum, was also fine. This has grown into a decent size plant resin has been developing nicely. The two sns smell quite different one sweet grape, the taller one and one really sour the short one. Cheesy is 10 days behind and is an odd shape. At the first internode site , it put one stem out on one side and two stem out directly opposite. I am happy enough the big greedy sns which is the ripest will get some extra iguana juice and another dose of pk booster this week.

Looks like they've recovered from the topping and transplant last week and are beginning to grow new nodes with haste! I'll start with a light 1/4 strength dose of veg nutes once the new growth gets to 3 nodes (at 1.5 nodes now).
