Day 63 Well there’s not much going on. Just watering when dry. They seem to be doing better, but unfortunately the damage was done with the lockout. They are fattening up a bit more and putting on some density. I can tell by the fact that they’re leaning more. This is a 10 wk strain, but I’m gonna push it a bit longer til the trichomes are in a better range. They have a sweet blueberry smell which is quite nice. Not the frostiest buds ever, but we’ll see how it shakes out. We’re just on autopilot til the end. Probably a week or 2 more and they’ll be ready to come down. Happy Growing 🌱

Greetings fellow growers 🖖 and welcome to my first grow ever. This adventure actually started several months ago when I decided to stop buying flower from dispensaries and just grow my own bud. How hard can it be!? This is actually my second seed of this strain. The first bean sadly died due to over watering (sorry girl, RIP). I was literally watering the cube to the point where water was dripping from the bottom, then heavily sprayed the humidity dome and tray with the vents completely closed. Everyday. Multiple times. I never let the dome or try dry out. So after about 8 days of not sprouting, there was a funky smell of rot. So that was that. Later I learned that rockwool retains a lot of water and can easily drown seeds. So a wet/dry cycle is best for rockwool germination. So even after hours of researching and digging through forums and tutorial videos, I was still under prepared for this journey. Did not consider how delicate the germination phase is. Oh well. Lesson learned. Reset and try again! I hope everyone is safe and stoned during this corona crisis. Just like everyone else in the world, I want this pandemic to be over with. But in the meantime, let's grow some weed! 🖖 [START OF WEEK 01] Day 01 - Monday - 08/03/20 - Total Days: 001 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Light Schedule: 24Hrs/0 --- Soaked cube in 5.5 PH water for 10 min. Did not shake water out. --- NO NUTES! Only PH'd down to control the PH levels. --- Did not use the default hole (way too deep). --- Flipped cube upside down and made a shallow hole for the seed (less than 0.25" deep). --- Placed seed in and pinched hole close. No additional water added. --- Sprayed the tray and dome with straight water (5.5 PH). --- Vents are cracked opened a for ventilation (about 1/4 opened each). --- Distance between the light and tray was 53" --- AC was set to 80 °F --- Exhaust fan was set to 86 °F --- Room average temp was at 85 °F --- Dome humidity was at 85-99% when sprayed. --- Allowing to completely dry before respraying. - [2200]: Dome and tray were completely dry! Sprayed only tray and dome with more water. Day 02 - Tuesday - 08/04/20 - Total Days: 002 ----------------------------------- - [0845]: Sprayed dome and tray in the morning. Everything was dry. --- Hoping for the best! - [2130]: Everything was dry again, so sprayed dome and tray at night along with a light spray on the cube. Day 03 - Wednesday - 08/05/20 - Total Days: 003 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Everything was dry again. Resprayed dome and tray. Slightly sprayed cube. - [2125]: Hooo damn!! She popped! Am little stub is visible! Resprayed dome and tray again. --- Still going 24/0 for lights. - [+0033]: Just checked up on her and I swear she grew a bit taller! Getting excited! Day 04 - Thursday - 08/06/20 - Total Days: 004 ----------------------------------- - [0845]: Wow! Went from a little stub to fully sprouted overnight! Everything was pretty dry again so resprayed dome and tray. - [2200]: Tap root is visible! Over 1" long too! Just resprayed dome and tray again. -- Going to prep for hydroton transplant tomorrow! Day 05 - Friday - 08/07/20 - Total Days: 005 ----------------------------------- - [0930]: She keeps growing! -- Added a bit of CalMag to the spray bottle (8 drops to 650ml of distilled water). Resprayed dome and tray. Water was at a 5.4 PH with 141 PPM. - [1045]: Prepped the bubble bucket with 4.5gal of water. Water is high enough to reach about 0.25" above the bottom of the net pot. --- Added 3 drops of Superthrive --- Added 3.5ml of CaliMagic --- Added 2ml Hydroguard --- Then PH'd down to 5.6 --- Solution Strengh: 120 PPM --- Water chiller is set to 20 °C - [1100]: Transplant time! --- Filled the net basket 1/3 with hydroton. When placed in the bucket, air bubbles are not visible, but are slightly below the surface (slight digging will reveal the water/bubbles below). --- Removed plastic on rockwool cube and placed in basket, then filled around and covered with hydroton. Making sure to block any light from passing through the net pot and into the nutrient solution. --- Covered with a half-bottle dome sprayed with the CalMag water from earlier. --- Hoping for the best! - [1300]: Raised Bucket 5" higher. Now light distance is 48" to top of bucket. - [1820]: Lowered tent exhaust temp to 76 °F --- Lowered AC to 75 °F --- Raised bucket even higher so light distance is 30" to top of bucket. - [2300]: Looking good! --- Sprayed dome and surrounding hydroton with more CalMag water. --- Attached timer to light! So new 18 Hrs On/6 Hrs Off light schedule. --- Lights On: [1600] (4pm) --- Lights Off: [+1000] (10am the next day) --- Decided to go with lights on during the evening/night and off during the later mornings/afternoon (the hottest part of the day) to see if temps can be controlled better. --- Please survive girl! Day 06 - Saturday - 08/08/20 - Total Days: 006 ----------------------------------- - [0800]: Everything was dry. Resprayed hydroton and dome. - [2000]: Here first night cycle seemed to go well! Get'n taller! --- Dry again. Removed the dome. --- PH went up to 6.5 so PH'd down to 5.7 --- Ran the top feed drip ring for a bout a minute to wet the hydroton and rockwool with the nutient solution. ---Too scared to leave the top feed on 24hrs (I don't want over water her and cause dampening-off). Will let dry before re-watering. - [2100]: After closer inspection, I think she's looking a bit yellow. --- Decided to add a bit of grow nutes to the bubbler solution. --- Added 2ml of Sensi Grow A --- Added 2ml of Sensi Grow B --- Solution strength after adding more nutes: 176 PPM --- PH went up to 6 --- I hope that the extra chelating properties of the 'PH Perfect' solution is enough of a buffer for proper nutrient uptake. Day 07 - Sunday - 08/09/20 - Total Days: 007 ----------------------------------- - [0800]: Water dropped a bit (mostly due to evaporation) so solution strength was at 190. --- Checked PH again. Was still at 6, so PH'd down to 5.4 --- Ran the top feed for a minute to wet the hydroton a bit. - [0915]: Since she's looking perky but still a bit yellow. So decided to up the nutrient concentration even more before lights out. --- Added 2ml more of Sensi Grow A --- Added 2ml more of Sensi Grow B --- Solution strength after adding more nutes: 199 PPM --- PH went up to 5.8 - [1700]: Checked nutrients. --- PH: 5.9 --- Solution strength: 202 PPM --- Added 4ml of Voodoo Juice --- Added 4ml of B-52 --- PH after adding more nutes: 5.9 --- Solution strength after adding more nutes: 238 PPM - [2130]: Decided to make a new foliar spray to address the continued yellowing. --- Started with 500ml of distilled water. --- Added 3 drops of CaliMagic --- Added 3 drops of Sensi Grow A --- Added 3 drops of Sensi Grow B --- Added 3 drops of B-52 --- Added 1 drop of Superthrive --- Solution strength: 164 PPM --- PH was at 5.9 and did not adjust. --- Gave her one spray. --- Also sprayed the surrounding hydroton. I'm watering her with 1g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.7 @74℉ and will continue to water her while she's in the dark (cannabis continues to carry on with it's growth processes even while in the dark) so that her medium doesn't completely dry out. Keeping her watered will also help to extend her drying time to that ideal 10-12 day target. This should be some epic smoke as her buds are absolutely crystalized with trichomes and her smell is AMAZING! 😛💚 9/10- Well she's been in the dark for 24hrs. now with 24 more to go. I'm keeping temperatures in the low to mid 60's℉ and the RH @ 45%. Tomorrow is 'Chop Day'! I'll be taking some pic's of her when she comes out of the dark and during harvest...Stay tuned, this is some 🔥! I am continuing to water while she's in the dark with 0.5g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.8 @67℉ to keep her hydrated. 9/12- Well she's out of the dark where she spent roughly 60 hours. I kept the temp's @ 64℉ and the RH at 45%. After I brought her out I shot a few pictures of her, then plucked off all of the shade leaves. I then cut her off at her base and hung her whole. I'll keep the RH in the room @ 50% for the first 24hrs., then raise it to 55-60% for the remainder of the drying. I have the temperatures in the Dry Room at a constant 65℉ to help preserve the terpenes. Hopefully she'll take 10-12 days to dry to the point that she's ready to be trimmed and jarred! Ну вот и закончился наш короткий путь выращивания сатива-доминантного сорта. К сожалению, размер бокса не позволил полноценно включить лампу, так как растение сильно вытянулось и стало получать световые ожоги, плюс еще сыграл недостаток кальция. Изначально хотел 8 больших, толстых и симметричных колл, но пришлось гнуть дополнительно. На фотографии видно, что все ветки закручены по спирали - это пытался решить проблему сильно низкого освещения. Давно не растил сативный сорт и забыл, что в начале цветения растение ну очень сильно вытягивается. В итоге, из-за LST во время цветения, нижние этажи тоже вытянулись и вместо 8 колл получилось в 3 раза больше. Все-таки мне мой метод больше нравится, чем ML, так как времени уходить меньше, стресса меньше, а результат такой же. Снял 607 грамм больших веток и около 100 грам всякой мелочевки. Немножечко пересушил. Так бы вышло грамм 200 чистых шишек. Придется чуток их увлажнить. Вцелом очень доволен собой и результатом. Спасибо что заглянули и порадовались вместе со мной.

Shout to everyone who've advised me to just whip it off and keep an eye I was just gonna throw it haha She's a short bushy thing for sure. Really compact. Started stretching nicely and throwing out more pistils each day. Had another trim today she was filling up haha

I have got a whole crew of four Bubble OG plants, and they're all doing really well. These plants are like quadruplets – they all look super similar, with the same strong smell that's kinda like a putrid skunk. They're all uniform in height and have the same spacing between their branches. It's like they're all following the same blueprint. Happy late turkey day grow diaries world!!!! It's now day 24 from seed for all the seedlings I have going. The past few days the plants have really started to take off. There roots have really started to dig in. Every other water I am still giving 2ml per gal of fox farm grow big. I keep having to tell myself not to add any more nutes other than that. I don't want to fry my plants but I also want they to start jumping. I'm quite excited for the coming week, I think the next 7 days or so is when the plant really starts to transform and look more like a pot plant than just some random little green thing. A few days ago I decided to move the plants from under my 55w cheep amazon light to under my spider farmer 100w newer version light with the good leds in it. The plants will hopefully be ready to up pot them here soon and get them in the large tent. Sometimes when growing multiple different strains it can be really hard to balance giving to much or to little light. You don't want the faster growing plants to get to stretched out waiting on the slower plants to catch up I spend Thanksgiving day morning transplanting the plants into 2gal pots. I am useing spme promix potting soil it's my 1st time tring this soil. It is actually doing really well the roots were all white and nice looking. I think next time I'm going to add some worm casting, kelp, granular mycos, and a little bit extra perlite. I just didn't have the money with christmas coming to splurge for all the extra stuff. I got rid of 2 plants 1 of the bubble og and 1 skunk apple runtz. There is only room for 10 pots in the 2x4 tent. I will peob only bring 8 of them to flower, always good to have back ups. Yesterday I also stuck the plants back under the 500w medicgrow mini sun 2 in my 2x4 tent. They did great under it the 2nd half the day I was happy they didn't get stressed. I had put them under that light a little early about 10 days ago or so. I am expecting in a week these plants will ge going crazy with growth

Nuestras power plant xL se han comportado fenómeno , recordamos que metimos 9 plantas de 3 variedades distintas y esta es la única variedad que perdimos espacio del indoor. Aun así sin palabras en cuanto al resultado. Planta con floración muy rápida, bastante vigorosa, lo malo es que al final tendrás que tutorar si o si, pero es por el peso de la flor. 56/59 días para cortar en floración, (y es Sativa).Se supone que tira 20%thc y su genética es South African sativa.

This girl is purpling out I guess because of the weather. She a beauty and she has seeds from the male Durban Skunk…these should be some amazing seeds I await her taste when she is ripe.

Super easygoing strain, and fun to grow. Looks like a nice yield but I'll have to update with weight after it's dry. This sweetie was grown in 6 gallons, from seed, under non adjustable lighting from seedling through harvest. Base nutes and cal mag. Ocean Forest/perlite in the bottom 3/4, Happy Frog/perlite on the top 1/4. Trained with a combo of scrog/lst techniques. The lights are two 50 dollar "1000 watt equivalent" Amazon LEDs, they say their max input is 280 volts though so I have no idea what grams to watts will be when the dry weight comes in. Flowers starting to form towards the end of the week, but first they were lollipopped at the beginning of the week. This was just the first of 2 leaf strips from under the canopy, to allow better air flow and to remove the lower, unwanted flowering sites. These would only grow into fluffy nothingness if left throughout the whole cycle, and would probably even shoot some nuts due to stress from lack of light/airflow, especially as im not using the most powerful lights 😅 Nutes increased with the adition of sugars and a slight pk boost to promote healthy growth now they're getting hungrier. All looking healthy and filling out nicely 🦊

Day 2; 48 hrs the Fat Bastard seed's root was long enough to go into soil today. I use Happy Frog soil for seedlings. The soil cup will stay on the heat mat insuring the temp is kept at 75°F. Day1; 24 hrs and the Fat Bastard seed has a visible tap root. I'll wait a little longer before putting it in soil. I like to see the root about a quarter inch before planting. Day 0; germination, paper towel method.
