Harvest time!? Around 10 weeks and a bit into next week, and the entire journey from seed to chop will be complete. I grew this strain four times, and all four turned out completely different. The first one was huge with rock-hard buds, then there were two smaller plants that still produced a pretty solid combined yield, and now this last one isn’t very big either, but the buds are hard as a rock. You can even see in the photos how the branches are bending under the weight. Now all that’s left is to let them dry, then it’s finally time for the smoke test. I saw a lights burning little bit on the highest colas. I downgrade lights on 75% now. I continue with fertilizing, i think that last 3 or 4 weeks to go.

I still found a few places with bud rot and I keep removing every spot I see. The plants have been doing fine beside that, they are looking and smelling great, they are super dense and I can't wait for them to be ready. Most trichomes are still clear so I am awaiting for the first ambers to show up, aiming for around 5% amber and 95% milky.

The Apple Betty Babies have been chugging along, doing their thing ❤️ The frost is starting! These girls are early producers, and seem to be responding well to the wind and light stress! The second trellis was definitely needed. They have been keeping to the same schedule of needing to be watered every 72 hours. I will be switching from cal/Mag to Mag/Sulphur supplements later this week. ❤️ how readily available these Advanced Nutrients are. The nutrient burn on some of the tips has not spread or gotten worse. The feed range seems to be the 700-750 range. Still keeping to the feed, water, feed schedule. I’ve increased the light intensity to 90% and will probably be stopping there. The temps have been getting as high as 81 degrees, and low as 73 at night. I’ve decreased the humidity to fluctuate around 50% , giving a reasonable VPD for most of the time, thanks to the automation of the in-line exhaust fan. Still have 4-5 weeks for these babies, I’m hoping they continue to plump up, they are showing some great promise. Happy Gardening 🤗❤️👊🇨🇦

6/19 Knowing it was going to be over 100° for the majority of the day I WATERED the garden with 3 1/2 gallons. I went to check around 4 and everything looked amazing. We got some hard rain from a thunderstorm at 4pm but it seems like these girls like it rough and did fine. The take a beating and come back stronger. Knock on wood but I haven't seen any problems on the plant I snapped amd dict taped.. Everything seems to have toughened up and the leaves are an awesome healthy color. They grow observable every day now. Tomorrow is supposed to reach 100 again for most of the day before weather goes back to semi normal. I took a video but it will take way to long to upload. Tons of other pics didn't upload either. 6/20 Another day that's going to be over 100°. Plants seem to love it lol. I can't believe what I'm seeing. Bags still had some heft so I didn't water this morning. I figure I'll check them around noon and then plan on watering tonight if they need it. Hopfully they'll get some rain from thunderstorms. This crop has been through a lot. I think that has helped them significant deal with this unpredictable weather. 6/21 We had a MAJOR thunderstorm with sheet rain yesterday. I missed it but it was intense. I saw some videos. First time dad seemed concerned. Fortunately there was no damage. I was going to water today but I decided to hold off due to the look of the plants and the "praying leaves" at 4pm and feeling some moisture in the soil. Bags seemed to still have some heft. I'll probably water tomorrow. Need to transplant the 1 gals and need to figure out what I want to do for nutes this year. So far I've put in much less effort and I'm still doing great. I just don't have as many plants as usual. 6/22 Rained last night. Not much but the bags were heavy still so I held off watering. Plants looked happy and I can fix under watering much easier. It will rain tomorrow. I'll check throughout the day and update but things are going good. I should transplant those 3 seedlings in 1 gals. 6/23 It Rained last night and is suppised to rain today. It was raining when i went over. Just the kind if rain the plants love. I'll check again before church but I'm eventually going to have to water them. Those thunder storms helped a lot. 6/24 Rained about an inch yesterday. Plants loved it. Bigger everytime I see them. One seedling showed a pistol and I'll transplant it with the rest. It was the only one I was worried about. I've seen a FEW leaf hopper punctures and some other bites that could be anything. Time to get the ipm 6/25 Looks like its gonna be a nice sunny day. 75° at 10am. Plants are doing amazing and growing at a rapid pace. Haven't done anything ipm as of yet but any damage I've seen is localized to "A" leaf on "A" plant. I'll be paying attention and watching for signs of deficiencies. As of now though they LOOK great. I'll try to transplant the 3 seedlings today.

This week I will maintain the same techniques from previous week. Noticed that main leafs got bigger during the weekend, both plant look healthy and happy and are now looking wider. Also to note that I have been rotating the vases so they catch light in different positions/sides. It does not replace the real sun movement however it will stimulate the growth in different parts of the plant. Hopefull by the end of this week we will have a new set of baby leafs.

Here we are in what it will be the final week... I am now at day 61 and I'm considering to cut at the end of this current week... in 2 days basically... I recently bought a scope that allows me to check the trichomes and I can see all milky ones, I also posted some videos of it, please guys let me know your thoughts... Beside this buds are hard like rocks and smell still pretty intense and I cannot wait to taste this short but bulky phenotype. I decided to give her few more days, so next week will be chopping her, this mostly cause I watered her last time on Day 61 and now I am basically just waiting for the soil to be dry. I count to put her in the dark for 48 hours at Day 65 and finally chop her at day 67, I cannot wait to update you for the harvesting part. Nothing special this week. I've defoliated the plants this week even though I've planned to to that next week, but it was just getting too messy. I'll need to defoliate even more later this week so that I can switch them to a 12H cycle on the 7th week, and not cause too much stress doing both things at once. Happy growing 🌿

Love how beautifully she is growing! She’s 12 days in transition now so 2 days away from 2 weeks in bloom basically (since I switched to 12-12) so interested to see where her stretch will cease! She’s no longer on raises now and is now climbing above the girl that was already in bloom! (Iced grapefruit) and now stands an inch above her when I started I had the plants raised to match her height and now it will be visa versa! And so many flower sites too! Amazing progress! I’m also done with pulling her ties anymore now as she’s also wide enough and has bushed out! True beauty!

Another week has gone by and uh, they are starting to catch their groove. I'm gonna give them probably another. Week or two, and then flip them... I want to get them done early so I can have variety... Sorry to all community if have not been updating for the last weeks. Day 56 of flowering, same strain exactly same set up two totally differents plant at the end. A little problem with a K over at the end that affected the right one. Beautifull big buds in both with nice tricohoms everywhere. Another week maximum before the cut. ❤️🌼🌼🌼🌼

Bola Mintz by Anesia Seeds Wet toiletpaper in ziplock bag method. Old recommendation from a fellow GD grower and works really good. Lets wait for germination, i will update the diary with pictures when it has some root going on. Also posted some pictures of my line-up for the coming months --update1- took 4 days to get a nice little root to transplant into the soil... So we made a nice video of the transplant from paper towel in ziplock bag to coco --update2 - 1 day later i noticed something was coming out of the soil...added some pics of it
