Another week of epic growth: the Haze sisters put on 20cm, and their myriad buds grew considerably, though I worry that I have allowed far too many buds to form - each plant has several dozen, which I suspect may stunt their growth?

Día 15. Las plantas ya alcanzaron un altura muy buena. Ya empiezan a aparecer los primeros pelos blancos. Por el momento me ha sorprendido la reacción de las plantas al bud blood. Si puedo voy a comprar bud candy para ayudar un poco a la mezcla. Por el momento decidí mantener el bud blood a media dosis durante una semana más con el big bud. Veremos que tal resulta. Día 17. El estirón siguió y las plantas alcanzaron 51 cm. Las pequeñas directamente quedaron tapadas. En este experimento se puede ver la diferencia entre tierra e hidroponia. La verdad que estoy sorprendido. Creo que los productos usados son los que han marcado la diferencia. Las plantas quintuplicaron la altura total que tenían al momento de pasarlas a floración. Y sospecho que van a seguir estirándose una semana más. Espero no tener problemas de altura porque no lo planeaba. Creo que voy a cortar algunas ramas bajas más, dado que se están generando muchas sombras nuevas. Seguiré actualizando. Día 19. El estiramiento continua, pero levemente. Ya alcanzaron 55cm. Estuve cortando algunas ramas y hasta supongo que podría cortar más. Pero a esta altura ya todo lo que hay recibe buena luz. La diferencia entre la madre que está en tierra y los esquejes en hidroponia, es cada vez más notoria. Si bien ya la he visto, tener una planta al lado de la otra bajo la misma luz, hace la parte alevosa de todo esto. De todos modos, he comprobado que el sabor obtenido en tierra, es más fiel al de la hidroponia. En hidroponia en principio, las plantas son mas fuertes en todo, pero el sabor de alguna forma, es demasiado afectado por los nutrientes. Incluso habiendo lavado dos o tres semanas, la planta sostiene un sabor constante en todas las variedades, que parece estar atado a la nutrición. Siendo que en tierra, cada variedad tiene su sabor distintivo, siendo una distinta de otra. La próxima actualización será en la nueva semana, ya que al quedar poca solución, la voy a cambiar antes y voy a poner 12 litros en lugar de los 10 que vengo usando. Las plantas vienen comiendo mucho.

She seems to be doing well. Her buds get fatter and more smelly each day. Weather turned a bit cooler. Temps in the day are mid 70s to mid 60s. Nights are in the high 40s mid to upper 50s. So nights would be cold for her. Plus she was getting severe mornings dew. So I bring her in the the garage at night. The temperature in the garage is 70. So she is going to have a warmer night than day. This goes against nature. For some reason I think she will like it. Today I took off all of her LST ropes. My thinking is, she may see the tension as weight. Probably should have taken them off sooner. Bruce Banner strain is a 9 or 10 week flower strain. So I figure she is about half way through flower. Day 100. She has a lot of lower leaves yellowing and falling off. The yellow is starting to move up the branches. This plant is almost all tops. Most coloas are top and 2 nodes under it. There are a few that have 4 or 5 nodes under the top, but they get the light for it. This strain requires a lot of food. This I read from a lot of reviews on the strain. I should have read up the Bruce Banner strain much earlier. Although I think I did a great job with her, considering this was my first serious grow. I did some gorilla growing in my younger days. However I had no idea what I was doing. I use to plant them, give them some water. Then in a few weeks top them and check on them every few days to few weeks. If they were lucky they got some Miracle-Gro. There was not a lot of information on how to grow. I was harvesting way too early. 9/23 1 gallon of water PH 6.2. It's not as hot, so I don't think she needs 2 gallons everyday anymore. Day 100 9/24 Fed 4 tablespoons Foxfarm Big Bloom, 12 ml Foxfarm Tiger Bloom, half a teaspoon Foxfarm Beasti Bloom, 2 tablespoons of Foxfarm Kelp me Kelp you, per 2 gallons of 6.4 PH water. Day 101 9/25 Cloudy day, no need for food or water. Day 102 9/27 Sunny. Made a tea worm castings, poop, some powder baby food and black strap molasses. Also 24 MLs Foxfarm Tiger Bloom, per two gallons. Day 103. Day 103 I see her first orange hairs, just a few. She smells great. She is making some beautiful buds. Very exciting time, she is getting close. She is a short plant, if she were in the ground, she would be about 3 feet tall. She is about 3 and 1/2 feet wide. I had her tied down most of her life. My goal was to keep her as short as I could. I prefer the neighbors not see her. This grow was by design, I wanted her to have as many tops as possible. I bent her branches and did not let them grow straight up. Not sure if I would get more or less if i let the plant grow up. She sure is going to give me many top buds. Either way Im going to have very nice buds. So if there is a weight difference in growing styles I have no way of knowing, until this plant finishes and I grow another style. The weight does not really matter. This will be more bud than I need, for a while.

First week of flower for this healthy and happy FFT. Really looking forward to Fastbuds releasing the names of these strains, because they all grow very differently. I'm guessing at #8 being cheese, but it will be a complete surprise on all the others. This girl is sitting pretty and taking up her designated space perfectly. A heavy defoliation on F1 opened up some tops to the light. There has been a massive growback in just 3.5 days of flower, as well as a massive stretch. I have all the headroom in the world, so I will let these maximize. All healthy, no spots or bugs, so these are just booming. They will get a final heavy defoliation on F21, and then maintenance plucking to maximize cola exposure.

This week whent ok a little bit slow but probably due to it being a photo period I've noticed there's a slight mutation on the leaf and it looks a little bit like a star which is quite interesting but other than that I've decided to stop feeding for a while and just use plane 6.5 pH water and may be a bit of silica and some master root because of high PPM in the soil. instead of doing a flush .because it is soil I want the plant to get some air too to the roots. I'm just going to let the plant eat it. it has showed no signs of being burnt. It's going to be in there for a while so we'll continue feed when PPM is lower. Semana 3 (1/8/22 - 7/8/22) Plantulas mostrando un buen enraizamiento. Se preparo una solucion de Elite 91 Myco Jordan iniciando la semana con: -PPM : 80 -pH : 5.8 3/7/2022 se transplanto a cubos de lana de roca de 15cm x 15cm. Los cubos fueron submergidos bajo una solucion de Mills Start R con: PPM : 100 pH: 5.7 En el transplante se uso Elite 91 Myco Jordan en forma de polvo para cubrir el hueco del cubo y cubrir las raizes de las plantulas para reducir el estres del transplante.

So this is the starting phase of the light schedule 3 days in so far after they sproutd from the soil in the 3" cups the light schedule is on 16hrs on 8 hrs off. Also there is strictly water being sprayed lightly on and off through the day no heaving water added at all. Дефолиация полезна не только тем, что открывает свет боковым веткам, но также огромные листьев не забирают важные гормоны роста. В этот раз не стал добавлять какие-либо удобрения, а пролил обычной водой с пониженным PH. Так же я подключил дополнительное освещенье полный спектр LED по 27W. She started out tiny but definitely surprised me halfway through. She doesn't really smell as a plant but in the jars and paper bags, she smells like berries and watermelons. Only been a week since I dried her in the fridge but I can't wait so I'm going to try to smoke some of her tonight. I also had to harvest partially as some of the lower buds are not quite ready yet which means I'm not done yet as of now. Will update more soon.
