Week 2 of the flowering phase flew by 🌱💨. Unfortunately, I may have overdone it with potassium or kept the water level too high – the classic signs of clawing leaves were evident. Thankfully, they seem to be recovering now and are back under control 💪🍃. My IR night experiment is showing clear results 🌌: The plants exposed to infrared radiation at night stretched significantly more. This might be especially beneficial for this indica-dominant strain as it leads to better canopy distribution, improved airflow, and reduced risks of mold and disease. Plus, the light distribution is much more efficient now, which I’m excited to see pay off. On the downside, my Orange Sherbert turned hermaphroditic 😔. It’s hard to pinpoint the cause – overfertilization seems unlikely since I’m using only organic nutrients. I suspect it might be linked to an E-field experiment I’ve been running. To confirm this theory, I’ll conduct a new grow with a similar strain next year to see if the electric field negatively impacts cannabis development. Stay tuned for updates! Leider habe ich wohl etwas zu viel Kalium gegeben oder den Wasserstand zu hoch gehalten – die typischen Anzeichen von Adlerkrallen waren sichtbar. Zum Glück scheinen sich diese jetzt zurückzubilden und sind wieder unter Kontrolle 💪🍃. Mein IR-Nachtexperiment zeigt bereits deutliche Ergebnisse 🌌: Die Pflanzen, die nachts mit Infrarotstrahlung bestrahlt wurden, haben deutlich stärker gestretcht. Das ist besonders bei dieser indica-dominanten Sorte wahrscheinlich von Vorteil, da es zu einer besseren Verteilung des Blätterdachs führt. Dadurch verbessert sich die Luftzirkulation, das Risiko von Schimmel und Krankheiten wird minimiert, und die Lichtverteilung wird effizienter. Ich bin gespannt, wie sich das weiter auswirkt! Leider hat meine Orange Sherbert gezwittert 😔. Woran das genau liegt, kann ich schwer sagen. Eine Überdüngung halte ich für unwahrscheinlich, da ich nur biologischen Dünger verwendet habe. Ich vermute, dass mein E-Feld-Experiment eine Rolle spielt. Um das zu bestätigen, werde ich nächstes Jahr einen neuen Durchlauf mit einer ähnlichen Sorte machen und prüfen, ob das elektrische Feld tatsächlich eine ungünstige Rückentwicklung der Pflanze verursacht. Seeing how the results are, the big ones I made apical and fmi species or the one you cut 3/4 I think they came out in a few days, some just cut the leaf and sprouted, I helped the biggest one with its final production and all of them general the different techniques, although curious results for a beginner, the techniques were not done well, they were cut halfway or only the leaves and not the apex itself ahahahaha, it turned out but very good in the end I would say

Day 22 started to collect pollen Day24 2nd day of pollination. I see successful pollination. So I’m happy about that. Pollination is 4-6 days earlier than last time so hopefully chop week 9 but 10 is the limit.

Day 68 flower. I stopped using the Ripen on day 65. Since then I've been using Florakleen at 2tsp per gallon and RO water only for flush. Pineapple express is flushing at a faster rate still. I had to brace several colas because of the size so I'm really watching closely for any molding issues. I'm planning to hang her up at day 71ish. Rainbow cake is turning a little purple. It looks like its almost finished and I'm planning to pull around day 71 as well. London mint cake is finishing up nicely. I think she's going to need a little more time flushing so she might get pulled a little later than the other 2. Hope you like my pics and videos!

The plants have been getting only water from the start and still look healthy and beautiful, with nice color and steady growth. I’m trying LST on the Chemdoggin for the first time ever, and so far it’s looking promising. Btw. Last phase of flowering now reducing ppms to 1050, RH to 55% and next week will be lowering wattage from 380 to approximately 300 which will help lower day time temps which will bring out any colours if she fades that way. Smells of cheetah piss with a sweet following.

Week 2 (Jan 11 - Jan 17) Giving 2 more seeds a try. This time using the new water-only organic soil found at the hydroponics place where we got the advice to go organic and helped pick out the right materials that didn't break the bank. Fingers crossed, but feeling hopeful.

Got pretty hot in the afternoons when ac crapped out finished outdoors for the last 2 weeks Hang dryed for 7 days at 60°60% now bagged

10 weeks from seed to harvest. The nutrient line I was using didn’t give me optimal growth, for this strain and my level of experience. Had some great growth and veg time, about 4 weeks, but when flower kicked in they got beastly. I would say I had two different phenos of this strain, and the one pheno that is unique, had slightly looser buds than the other two. This could be because of the LST/super cropping of the main cola. The other two had nice rock hard frosty buds and have similar smells and profile. The other one has more citrus, and was a bit lanky, more sativa in looks. Overall, easy enough to grow, no major surprises, and decent enough yield for 10 weeks. This is a strain that could have been better had I not had some issues with either lockout/deficiencies.

They completed lfirst week of Flower. Decreasing Humidity gradually to increase VPD to 1.5. Heady OG turned out to be a male one so removed it :( But, the ladies seem to enjoy life and they keep stretching every day. They have doubled in size just in one week Humidity is fluctuating between 52-58%. Temp is 22-26 Celsius. VPD is relatively constant around 1.30 except for very rainy days where my dehumidifier gets info play. PPFD is around 900 uMol.

So finally the harvest has started. Branches are harvested from the bottom pair upwards. Looking thru the pics again to write this, I remember feeling in awe of this plant. By node 4 they were very nice buds. Massive and dense. Node 6 and above is silly. Never seen anything like it. I had to take these pics because the 9" to 10" circumference on the buds, nobody would believe me 😅 Still got the main cola to do, got sidetracked doing other projects. But it will be done in the next couple of days, then to dry it all!!! Main cola trimmed and drying now...................... Sorry this update has been a while coming, i promise it's worth the wait. Dry weights in now starting from bottom node pairs and working up the plant: 29.72g 45.85g 54.91g 126.28g 82.51g 112.26g 75.24 Total = 526.77g !!!!!!!!! This plant is totally incredible. All lower buds apart from the main colas weighed 9oz... I was thinking another 2+oz main colas and nice buds. Well they was over 9oz too. Over 18oz from a single autoflower plant. Incredible, just incredible.
