12/25/2023-Germination Day 1
Merry X-mas 2023 I decided to start a run of SolFIre Gardens Hoodz Candyz S1. I am going to do a cup filled with RO water a touch of Hydrogen peroxide and let it sit for 24-48 hours until I see tap root then I am going to put it into a rapid rooter.. Tap root Down and put it about 1/4 of the say down the Rapid rooter.
I made some modifications to my basket on this run.. I have taken a few Pods that I use for my cloning machine and decided that I am going to try and use them as sure plants, so that I can take my water right up to the bottom of the basket this time and see if these can make my planting more consistent.

Misted the dome lightly misted the rapid rooter and added a little water to the bottom of the pan to encourage root growth to the pan.

12/29/2023- Germination Day 5
She is up, she has broken surface, I misted the root riot, and around the bottom of the tray to try and entice root growth down rapidly.

HAPPY NEW YEARS!!.. I did it I planned it out so my planting day would fall on New Years and it worked.. Yay!!!

Since the roots are not to the water yet, I am pouring one cup of water lightly on the hydroton around the lady to try and encourage root growth down to the water..

Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. I will just continue to top feed until roots are in the water.. Shouldn't be more than a few more days.

I notice her Ovules are very large in size. Quite unlike any plant I have seen before. I don't know if this is a 'primative' strain but it's quite unusual.
So far: 147g wet
Day 77 - Staggered harvest started. When I see a couple of amber trichomes on a bud I will harvest it and leave the rest.
Day 84 - The other colas are getting there slowly. I don't know if it is the heat stressing her out 30 c in tent. We have a heatwave here right now....
Day 84 - 2.11g dry ground up
Day 89 - 1.72g dry ground up
Day 91 - What is left of her. She looks a mess lol.
Day 94 - Final harvest trimmed up and drying. Final dry total to follow in a few days.
Day 100 - Final weigh up. Well we got 72.46g on the scales today. I never did wet weight after the first harvest so dismiss that. In total I got 74.57g. It is a very small harvest for me but I don't think this plant has the genetics to be a big yielder.000

Bottom left I forgot I mixed with coco as I didnt have enough livingsoil left to fill the pot. Showing some signs of fading but giving it a dose of biobizz tonight and 50g 2 8 10 amendment to each. Watering 2L each every 2days still. Weekly microben feed at 5ml per L
25/10/25 - Added 55g of 2 8 10 amendment to each pot and mixed then watered 2L 5ml per L microben Ph6.8
27/10/25 - Watered 2.5L each Ph6.8
29/10/25 - Watered 2.5L each 5ml per L Dr organics microben terra actus

The plants had a good watering, they're all still drinking a lot. Which is great, as that means growth, which, at this stage, we desperately need!
I went ahead and gave all the plants a thorough watering each with:
2ltrs of dechlorinated water, PH'd to 6.5 with:-
♡ 4ml of Xpert Nutrients Bloom Booster
♡ 4ml of Xpert Nutrients Cal-Mag amino acids
♡ 4ml Seaweed extract liquid
I don't know how this scrog net is going to work out.
I think the squares are too big. It's elasticated, which I like. However, I'm extremely cautious with watering and moving the net. It's only a matter of time before I break more branches. It's such a hassle with it in there, honestly. I can't get in the tent properly to even check the weight of pots, as it's all weaved through, and again, I will snap branches.
I did have a free net with the tent, which I think was smaller squares. I think I will use some other training next run.
It's really not my kind of setup. I'm too interested in moving things and inspecting the plants constantly.
The net is driving me up the wall. 😣 I'm considering removing it and trying something else, but it's also a bit too late for oldest plants.9.2.25:
Gave the plants another good soak.
I used 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4. It contained the following nutrients;
♡ 4ml of Xpert Nutrients Bloom Booster
♡ 4ml of Xpert Nutrients Cal-Mag amino acids
♡ 4ml Seaweed extract liquid
♡ 0.5g of Ecothrive Biosys.
The plants are undergoing explosive growth at this stage, which I'm thrilled by!
Purple Lemonade is turning purplish hues.
Pink Mist has so many bud sites and is looking very healthy.
Do-sì-dos is growing vigorously and looking promising, especially considering all my unfortunate mishaps! 😅
Watermelon also has considerable growth. However, my training has made a mess out of the structure. Which I consider another valuable take away.

Hello there!
This is my first time trying to grow Fruit spirit.
I am beyond excited to try out this strain from RQS.
I have learned a lot from previous grows so I hope this girl will turn out beautifull.

17/11/2019 - Pot feels light and the is bottom dry to the touch time to water, gave her 1,5l of water PH 6.2 with 0.5ml Grow, 1ml, Bloom and 0.5ml Max Biobizz reduced the dosage from last time, watered util some runoff appeared.
18/11/2019 - Mixed another batch of Alg-a-Mic 2ml per liter to spray on lights off PH 6.2

Not too many changes, starting to lower the amount of nutrients and just adding bloom, just watching the birds fattening up getting ready to do a flush in about 2 1/2 weeks, hopefully end up with some good quality flavorful bud

she is almost ready ... she has 141 days in the outdoor ... I think she will cut it at the end of the month when she has 100 days just of flowering ... she has already started 10% amber in her ... with a typical smell of .a indica ... mint ... to earthy wood ... under a little temperature and a little cloudy ... but patience.and there is little left ... if I would cultivate it again it is obvious that if .. She will be very generous in her buds ... and she continues to feed herself organically ... and these are her results ... I am happy

New week begins, in total it is the 11th week if you count the germination week.
I think it will also be the last week, depending on how they continue to develop.
most of the flower stalks are turning amber.
the small trichomes do not yet look milky to me under a jeweler's loupe.
the soil was dry, both plants were watered with 1L of water (without fertilizer) per plant

Everything looks good.
A few of the trichomes are slowly starting to turn amber, but most are still transparent to slightly milky.
The plants are now watered every 2-3 days as soon as the soil is dry.

Compared to the last update last week this has been the easiest first grow so far using the Vinsun grow tent. I’ve been having a blast watching her grow so fast. Most of my questions have been answered thanks to you guys and I look forward into continuing this journey with everyone. If anyone recommends starting LST on my first grow or to just leave it as it is then I’m all ears!

As we wrap up the first week of vegetation for our Watermelon Candy F1 Hybrid by Zamnesia, we've observed that despite being a mere seven days behind, these plants are making their mark with remarkable uniformity. They might be smaller compared to their peers, but they're growing with a precision that speaks to their strong genetics.
Their identical appearances aren't just skin deep; from their symmetrical leaf patterns to their sturdy little stems, it's as if they were meticulously 'copied and pasted'. Their compact nature is a characteristic of their breed, suggesting a deliberate breeding choice for a smaller, more manageable plant.
The same attentive care provided to their companions in the tent—comprising the Orca, Rhizotonic, and pH-ed water blend, administered every three days—has been extended to these youngsters. And they've responded in kind, with a vibrancy that promises much for the weeks ahead.
Even in these early days, the Watermelon Candy plants are showing a resilience that bodes well for their continued development. As they embark on the second week of vegetation, we’ll be keeping an eye out for the unique traits they'll undoubtedly begin to express as they grow.

Hi guys,i have some news for you and of course we are celebrating 👻🎃
1)Now the lamp works at 50% plus we are testing the sunset/dawn function. In fact, it simply reduces the power by 25% two hours before turning off and the same with turning on. I don’t know what this will give us, but the understanding that we are closer to nature warms the soul☺️.
2) It turned out that all the time I pour increased psh 6.4-6.8. The point here is that I prepare the compote in advance, respectively, I also lower the psh in advance, and for some reason in my sick head I was completely confident that Plagron ph down would keep the psh at the value I needed, but I was wrong. (Now it’s worth thinking about which of us is still down). Because of this jamb, we have a couple of unpleasant things, the first and most unpleasant thing is a delay in development, as well as all sorts of dirty tricks on the sheets, which they kindly told me that I was doing something wrong. Photos are attached.
3) Changed the composition of the compote. StartUp was removed. It was replaced by the Plagron Coco a+b and Fish Force base.

This is my second grow. First grow indoors. Happy Frog Soil. No nutes until around week 4 when I first started seeing flower. Mixing Flora Nova at about 1/4 strength. Guy at the hydro store recommended it. I’m a little surprised it’s not on the list. First time using it so I wanted to be extra careful not to burn the plants. They responded well but I think I can dial it in a little better next time. Won’t be too much longer before harvest. Need to purchase loupe to get a better look. All in all, very happy with this grow.

Had major issues with the mildew lost London Mint Cake, Cookies Kush, Bruce Banner and Cheetos…
The last standing planta has no problems with the mildew.
Malasana Cookies and Gary Payton are finished and now they are drying.
I will give an Update when all is dry and smokeable.
