12/25/2023-Germination Day 1
Merry X-mas 2023 I decided to start a run of SolFIre Gardens Hoodz Candyz S1. I am going to do a cup filled with RO water a touch of Hydrogen peroxide and let it sit for 24-48 hours until I see tap root then I am going to put it into a rapid rooter.. Tap root Down and put it about 1/4 of the say down the Rapid rooter.
I made some modifications to my basket on this run.. I have taken a few Pods that I use for my cloning machine and decided that I am going to try and use them as sure plants, so that I can take my water right up to the bottom of the basket this time and see if these can make my planting more consistent.

Tap root achieved Planting Commencing
12/27/2023-Germination Day 3
Misted the dome lightly misted the rapid rooter and added a little water to the bottom of the pan to encourage root growth to the pan.
12/28/2023-Germination Day 4
Ground Hogs day
12/29/2023- Germination Day 5
She is up, she has broken surface, I misted the root riot, and around the bottom of the tray to try and entice root growth down rapidly.
12/31/2023- Germination Day 6
Ground Hogs Day
1/1/2024-Germination Day 7
HAPPY NEW YEARS!!.. I did it I planned it out so my planting day would fall on New Years and it worked.. Yay!!!
1/2/2024- Germination Day 8
Since the roots are not to the water yet, I am pouring one cup of water lightly on the hydroton around the lady to try and encourage root growth down to the water..
1/3/2024- Germination Day 9
Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water.
1/4/2024- Germination Day 10
Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. I will just continue to top feed until roots are in the water.. Shouldn't be more than a few more days.
1/5/2024- Germination Day 11
Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. I am going to change the water Sunday and kick off Week 1, I will just continue to top feed until roots are in the water.. Shouldn't be more than a few more days.

Week 14
Jan 15- Jan 21
Flushing and preparation for harvest 😁 on Jan 15 feed girls for the last time with nutrients. It was reduced dose by 60% 5ltr no runoff. Following morning topped up with 6ltr of ph down and only fish shit. Runoffs PH 6.2. Second watering Jan 18 6tr and 7ltr on Jan 21. It was last watering. Week went very well. No white pistils hairs on Athena for a good while and barely few left on Xena. Many buds have different shapes and colours but all of them are equally hard as rocks, sticky and smelling so deliciously. This week trichomes development was just like I wish for. Just milky and amber in play Status on Jan 22. Mostly of buds 20-50% amber. It's just perfect for my needs🤤 On Jan 21 lights were on for the last time and girls will be harvested after 48 or 72h of darkness.

Did a lot of defoliation this week so while growth is still obvious, they are exploding. Getting the number of future colas up! Working on getting all the main ones level and outside of rings.
Lowered light a little bit and increased cal/mag this week.
I have a sunroom with ~200 succulents and buy ladybugs a few times a year to minimize any pests. Put a few in with the girls to keep them company.

It's been a great week for the seedlings! They've really taken off and are looking strong. I'm planning to transplant them into larger pots in the next few days, so next week's photos should show some impressive growth. I'm so excited to see how they thrive in their new homes! I've been giving them distilled water from the start, and I'm still doing that, but I just started adding 10 milliliters of Fox Farm Big Bloom and 1 milliliter of Fox Farm Grow Big. All of the seedlings are doing really well, and there's not really any visible difference between all the ten strains. I started all ten packs of each strain and kept all the best seedlings, so that's why they're all doing so well.

So I had some internet issues so I couldn't upload. But now everything is alright.
This last week I only gave her water 2 times. first time I gave her 500 ml water and the second time only 250 ml water only.
And I took more fan leafs off her as you can see I only had to hang her up without trimming or anything.
After she is dried I am going to weigh her and see how much I got.

As for grow report :
Blue kush is really easy to grow just make sure the temps optimal.
The buds grow really dense thats 1 of the parts I like about this strain.
She takes normal feeding.
Very strong genetics.
And she can take a few mistakes so this strain is perfect for beginners and in medium or expert hands she can get really nice with the colors and smell and taste.
Next week i will post the weight and the dried product.

With the males out of the tent, I have a little more room to spread them out. One plant is much different than the rest. It's short and squat. Another is pretty narrow, showing minimal side branch growth. The rest are similar, and I like the way they are developing.
I took the top fan leafs all the plants to open up the lower nodes. They all seemed to respond well, and I'm seeing good side branch growth. What a week!

Hope you had a great week because these ladies sure have! 😍
They're starting to get that sweet aroma this strain gives off, her aroma will be over powering my tent in full flower. Love it!
Pictures and info were taken on day 12 of flower.
I put 71cm tall because that's the average between the three girls.
CC 1: 78cm
CC 2: 68cm
CC 3: 68cm
CC 1 is killing it with the double main colas. 💪 💪 🤩
CC2 is my favorite. She's got a perfect shape, nice evenly distributed canopy. Took LST great.
For me that's the goal when I do LST.
CC3 doesn't fall behind in any way, she's looking great.
There's a bunch of new growth everywhere so after 21 days i'll be doing some pretty heavy selective defoliation.
Feeding 1,5L each, every other day. Will be increasing as they ask for more.
How do they ask for more?
When feeding if the soil is drier than normal I give a 150-200ml increment of water.
I do that until they stop feeding so much then i just maintain that amount.
I start reducing if it takes longer to dry.
That works good for me. The old finger in the dirt trick. 👍
Nothing like knowing exactly what your ladies need first hand.
They've got a lovely green lush color.
It's a delight growing this strain.
I'll have to get me some more seeds for next run because this is a strain that will always have a spot in my garden. 😍 😍

started flushing, plant should be ready in about a week
nugs are still fattening up a bit with some new white pistils
some of the trichomes on the leaves are turning amber, waiting for the trichomes on the buds to turn completely milky and then she should be ready for harvest

The week has been going very well plants are reacting good to nutrients and seem to be happily growing , haven’t fiddled around too much this week as starting to get the hang of things slowly ! The grow so far has been quite smooth And haven’t run into any Major problems all plants have been topped and will continue lst throughout I believe they look quite healthy haha ?
First timers luck 😉🤨 we hope so
Good end to the week next week I shall trim and see how that goes

Very strong plant with a taste similar to wine. Extremely potent and very resinous.
The smell and firmness of the flower are fantastic.

Still not given any food at 35 days since popping. She's growing well and I've put her in a 4ltr pot.
I've pinched the top out to slow down the vertical growth.

wow! this girl also took the fish shit i gave her last week and turned it into huge buds! I am going to do this every year from now onwards. No visible PWM either, just like the others. Will go out to the pot patch mid week after this leftover weather from hurricane Fiona clears to see how they fared in the high humidity and low temps.
