Weekly update for these girls. They got a defoliated and lollipopped this week. Also went full on into preflower showing pistols and flower sites everywhere. Over all they're growing like champs. Happy Growing.

Been a good week explosive growth first signs off early stages of flower few plants come out with spotting and few yellow leafs tent is starting to get cramped tried to spread um out as even as possible with the space we have , first dose of nutrients solo soil nutes we’ve gone with as recommended by the local grow shop

The week is over, I was a little behind with the updates... the 13th was the harvest day, it was very resinous and very fragrant, now I'll wait for the drying and curing process to give my feedback in the next update.. 🌱✌️

Another good week. Watered them twice. I'm not planning on feeding them again. A little defoliation. I definitely think they are in the last 2 weeks before harvest. Still seeing some nutrient burn developing on the leaves. I don't think I watered enough through the whole grow! I'd love to hear opinions on this! Took some videos of the buds with an iPhone 12 at 6X magnification. Decent quality! Otherwise, still looking to successfully harvest these plants! Thinking about the next grow. Probably going to be Auto Strawberry Cheesecake and Auto Anesthesia. Peace!

Week 12 JUN 9 Switched the smallest girl to the middle now. Still haven’t top fed or watered since switching to the reservoir. I accidentally added too much bulky b (double the amount) so I’m hoping the leaf discoloration is from nutrient burn, will keep giving just water for another week. I moved the bar lights up as far up as I could to max out space. Any tips how I can fix leaves and prevent? They starting to get real funky. The tallest on the left I think could be trainwreck, smell like the power of pinesole baby. Too early to say for middle. Still not sure on far right, smells citrusy though. Loving how this geek turning out so far

Lollipoping/defoliation completed at the very beginning of the week. Some will argue that’s too late. But I find I get better yields if I wait till the last minute. They will be left alone for the rest of the grow. Started mid week bumping up to 1250ppm as the stretch has stopped. That caused a little nuit burn, so dialled back to 1150ppm.

Mild defoliation throughout this week. Flush imminent so will leave the remaining fans as nute banks. Next run with these genetics I'll be running a monstercropped clone under this scrog and will go heavier with the defoliation earlier on. I was advised this on here this grow and did a bit but have learned I need more! Forever learning. Looks like it's gonna be an epic harvest. These girls smell absolutely dank. Testament to the quality of these Madame Grow Fertilisers. Harvest just get better every time! Also big shout out to my bro at NatureDelight.co.uk providing some awesome organics to add into the grow schedule. Used The Active Sugar Boost all through flower at 3ml per litre this run and I think the results speak for themselves. I cannot implore you guys enough to go check this stuff out. It's unique and you wont find better customer service. Lots of vids and content this week as we all love bud shots <3

End of 6th week. Switched light set up around yet again. Think we got the golden sweet spot with this light setup finally, it's a short tent the cobs were just too intense so it's now in the big tent, using three lights we originally got for supplemental lights. Not a clean set up wires everywhere, not overly happy about that. But very cool and explosion of buds. Did LST the tall guy everything is coming in nice and even now. Gonna be a beautiful turn out. Colors Already.. Super stoked for that first smoke.

Hello growers day 56 in the garden with the blue monster auto she’s a beast I love it the weather has been banging she’s loving life I just keep feeding her every 2 days at the moment I’ll give her another week of feed then start flushing her from there that’s it until next week be safe and happy growing 👍

Die Mädels gehen ab wie Sau, ihnen gefällt das Beet super und sie gehen richtig schön auf. Nun gehen sie auch in die Höhe nicht nur in die Breite.

Super Woche, jeder Tag Sonne. Das sieht man auch. Die Blüten der bananas schwellen an, die ersten (3+5) werden als erste fertig. Sind schon schwer und vor harz triefend...sehr aromatisch. 2/3 der trichome schon milchig. Die sweet zz 2,3,4 sind in blütewoche 3, Nr.1 hat jetzt erst angefangen.die is super gewachsen und hat die meisten äste. Nr.5,die kleinste zz mit 27cm ist weiter als ihre Schwestern, in blütewoche3. Die critical ist voll im Wachstum. Hat das toppen und training gut angenommen und verzweigt planmäßig. Die special queen #1 wächst langsam, aber sie wächst. Hat wohl nur schwache Wurzeln bilden können. Ich hab sie getoppt, um sie etwas zu mehr Wachstum anzuregen. Mal sehen, sie hat noch 5 bis 7 Wochen Zeit zu wachsen . Läuft super, bis nächste Woche ✌️

Week 1 of the latest cycle and starting out with some new hardware and an expanded grow print👍. We’re running 4 autos via a recirculating Dutch bucket system. First time on a dutchy so it’s gonna be interesting to see how it stacks up against DWC. I’ll give a full rundown on the system I’ve cobbled together on the next update. So far - all seedlings have germ’d without issue using the standard p-towel method. Why more people don’t use this method on GD is beyond me. It’s so reliable that some breeders even warranty your seeds if you use this method and more than 1 seed fails to crack. We’ve got little sprouts coming up now and it’s all just waiting for those first couple fan leaves to come out and those roots to run to the bottom of each bucket. They’ve been placed in root riot cubes (essentially a version of rapid rooters) like most of our runs and I’d recommend their use with all autos. Time and stress on young autos is key so they need the absolute best start you can give them👌. End of week update - looks like we got 4 quality little seedlings here👍. Alls good other than battling a ph issue for most of the week. Keeps spiking overnight for no real reason - hopefully it’ll even out and isn’t the early sign of a major problem🤞. Background The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. Let’s just hope that she’s not a dud like the last bean. The new digs for this run are courtesy MarsHydro👊. Their 2x4 single grow tent, paired with a shiny new 240w QB courtesy ViparSpectra. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru. Good stretch this week, I haven’t lollipopped at all, not even in veg. It’s fairly leafy everywhere and I want to get in there and defoliate bottom 1/3 soon. A lot of dead leaves I imagine, just been so busy and been neglecting the grow. Funny, how when you first start out and you’re overly micro-managing and then as the months go by, it starts to become a chore. I ordered a light from China, a Meijiu (HLG)550 V3. HLG Canada didn’t want to give me a decent discount so, unfortunately had to ship my money outside the country. Saved 50% for a quality light though. Might take a bit to get here, been processing in Hong Kong for 4 days. So far the leaves are healthy but last run they started to turn deficient after the stretch. In my defence, with the last grow, I was just starting on the dry nutrient regimen and made mistakes. Hopefully it stays healthy throughout bloom cycle with new changes and knowledge. New reservoir this week as follows: Partial drain, most of it gone, but 100mL RO added and; 40 gram cal nit 30 jacks 30 mag sulph. 100mL mighty bloom enhancer 100mL head masta 300 mL h2o2 25 mL Fulvic 40mL Humic pH ended up high with addition of bloom enhancer, added pH down to 5.8. PPM 1360. Wednesday-Day 10 Added water and some nutes. PPM 1200 pH 6.0 Started a small section of lower 1/3 defoliation Day 11 Did some more defoliation, added a video to show progress. Day 12 Finished lollipop on right plant. Moved some branches around. Added 20 liters and 20g cal nit, 10g of both jacks and magnesium sulphate.

Day71. ( 30 days in flower ) Going to PK 13/14. Feeding full Chart Canna Coco with boost and terpinator. Hit 1260 PPM and 1430 PPM with the PK 13/14. The plan is to PK for 6-9 days ( 3 or 4 feedings ). Had issues with lights so crossing fingers that they don’t hermie. 🤞 Everything else is good from Humidity at 40-45% to tempature between 20 C at night and 28 C day. Putting alot of work in theese 8 beautiful girls and hoping it pays off. 🚀 Day 72. Everything looking good, buds under the BlackDog are getting alot fatter than the ones under my ViparSpectras. This Grow light is really something!!! Did some defoliation to make room for light to reach the buds. Day 73. Fed them 2nd feeding of PK 13/14 at 1400 PPM. ( 15-20% runoff ). Things are looking good. Some of them have more brown pistils than others and will be harvested before. No signs of nutrient burn or hermies. 🚀 Day 74. Everything looking good , starting to smell real strong. Did alot of defoliation, probably the last I will be doing on theese girls. 💯🚀 Going to have to start using string and tie up the Colas so they don't get too heavy and snap. Day 75. Buds are getting bigger and bigger day by day. 💣💯 Day 76. Smell is getting stronger and stronger. I have one seedsman Jack Herrer finishing early. She’s showing alot of brown pistils and drippy trichomes. No amber trichomes yet. She really stinks and is going to be A small yield of strong smelling frosty buds. I give her about 10 more days before i flush her for a week and harvest her. I fed them their 3rd Pk 13/14 dose at 1350 PPM ( 4 L - 4.5 L each to get 400-700 ML runoff ). Day 77. Everything looking good. Little tiny Minor nutrient burn at the tips of some leaves on 3 of the 8 plants. Nothing harmful, I’m still going to feed them one more PK 13/14 feeding.
