Hello all! I am finally back online and so here is a proper update for the Queen! Citronella has suffered terribly during the house move and following weeks, a few days ago I took her lower third off and defoliated and removed underdeveloped nodes. I dried the popcorn I took off during this process and got 12g (dry). The rest I am leaving on her and hoping and praying those buds swell. The smell is absolutely the greatest thing ever, she is stunningly pungent - even the quick dried popcorn is really beautiful to smoke - so whatever I get from her, whatever little it will be, I will certainly enjoy. Anyway she is now being taken care of a bit more regularly and properly and moving forward until harvest I expect this to continue. Day 109: Fertigated 10l Day 111: The queen is maturing, but I am not sure her buds are going to get much fatter at this point. She is already struggling to hold them up, they must be really dense if they are so heavy this small. I am really at a disappointed stage with this grow, and I must do better next time I grow this strain. I am not impressed with this LED light, I think I need to grow a full tent under my better light and see how they do. Anyway she is trundling along and I don't think too far from the inevitably disappointing harvest.

The Guava Runtz continues to stack buds beautifully across the entire plant, with the flowers steadily swelling and gaining density. A noticeable frost layer is starting to develop, coating the buds and sugar leaves with an increasingly thick blanket of trichomes. This week I performed a defoliation after discovering some feeding damage on the leaves, and starting with the next watering I will transition from Big Bud to Overdrive for the final flowering phase.

She's doing well this week. 16cm vertical growth.

Week 4 flower the girls are looking amazing Zkittlez og auto flower..... Not the best strain in the garden... Well more like the worst so this will be the last crop with that strain in it had to crops now with it and I'd say I'm abit bored off it it takes so long to flower its unreal.... Plus I'd only give the smoke 5/10 Royal cheese fast flower......... This strain I got a bit later on so I've o LG given her 2 weeks veg and I've got 2 off this strain in my garden I've topped one and left the other to Grow natural,, and with only 2 weeks veg theses are doing really well... Critical...... This strain only got 2 weeks veg as well only one in the garden and she's doing OK growing well so no complaints... Now to the other side off the tent... There's 9 plant on this side so..... Blue gelato 41.... Unreal how nice this plant has grown in loving every bit about this strain 4 weeks in flower and she's already one off the frostyest girs I've ever seen 1000% keeping this strain in my garden..... Royal gorilla.... Omg this is the biggest girl in my garden with just as much frost as the blue gelato 41.. Im also amazed with this strain and will 1000% keeping this girl in the garden.... Bubblegum xxl..... Growing very well very heavy tops gonna have some big nugs of this one and finally... Northern lights... 2024-07-20 I'm focusing solely on the Indoor Girl in this report. The Outdoor Girl will receive a separate update once she shows more signs of flowering. This week's photos showcase the Indoor Girl's journey from start to finish, and she's been an absolute joy to grow - truly an easy-going plant. I'm fascinated by her structure, which boasts a perfect ratio of leaves to buds. Remarkably, I never had to remove a single leaf to improve light exposure. I only topped her twice to open up the canopy. She grew vigorously and effortlessly, requiring just some nutrients and top dressing to keep her happy during the transition to flowering. Her daily water intake was consistently around 1 liter minimum, with only four feedings throughout the entire growth cycle. The result is a plant crusted with trichomes - glittery and gluey, perfect for extraction. Harvesting was a breeze due to the ideal leaf-to-bud ratio. I've kept her remains and continue to water and feed her in an attempt to revegetate. Meanwhile, her outdoor sister is thriving in a hot and sunny environment. I adore her aroma profile, which features only the most pleasant terpenes. The scent is reminiscent of various citrus fruits - pink grapefruit, orange, mandarin, and tangerine - with a creamy touch that's reminiscent of a delicious dessert. There are also floral notes of lavender. I'll continue documenting the Outdoor Girl's progress here. I'm certain I'll grow this strain again, as it has proven to be stable, well-composed, superbly structured, and delicious. Well done, Seedsman!

Day 36# Day flowering 19# As for the autos, i'm changing the title to "dwarf" lol I was not at all satisfied with the vegetation, even less so with the stretching... as far as that is concerned the stretching is not much different from last week, they are only 5 cm bigger,streching is over,they also branched badly, although they were under heat stress almost the whole week, but let's move on. Yesterday was the end of their fifth week.

I'm sorry I'm 4 weeks behind here guys, it's been a busy period in my life. So here we have a mixed grow, as you can see everything is growing well. I've been LSTing these plants since day 1, the results are a nice evn canopy and plenty of tops. Used the biotabs lineup this time around with a light dose of micro nutrients for veg. The Ladies getting very Frosty and they like GLUE! A nice smell goes around every time i open the tent. It starts smelling like a little Candy Store with a Banana Touch its insane!

Hello. This is the end of week 11 and the beginning of week 12 of veg. The plants are filling out their spaces out nicely. I keep pushing down the branches, under the rungs and spreading them out. Still got a few weeks till I'm going to force flowering by closing up the tent at 8 pm and opening it at 8 am. The plant has a tangy smell to it when I work with it. OK. Keep Growing Straight.

Apologies for not updating last week, I have just been really busy! These last couple of weeks have been great - her growth is coming along very well. There are no signs of any deficiencies as of yet, what is your opinion! In regards to defoliating and lollipopping - what growth would you suggest I get rid off?

I have added a new light and am going to try a super soil grow for the first time. I have a Mephisto Genetics Double Grape between paper towels and waiting to sprout. The space is about 18 inches by 24 inches. The ceiling slopes down, so I don't have much room at the rear of the space. For medium I am using Fox Farms Happy Frog augmented with perlite. The bottom third contains 0.5 pounds autoflower blend of a "super soil" additive from Nature's Living Soil. (https://amzn.to/2PUHc6k) I am using three-gallon cloth pots. The light is a Horticulture Lighting Group 135W QB V2 R-Spec LED kit. NUTRIENTS Tap water pH’d to 6.5. pH lowered using 1.5 TBS unsulfured blackstrap molasses and apple cider vinegar. One-half TBS of vinegar lowered pH about 0.5 points. The medium was very dry. Slowly watered to allow the moisture to be equal throughout the soil ISSUES My while I have yet to put the seed in the dirt, I am concerned about temperatures. They are currently running at about 86F. I would like to get it down to about 80F. DAILY LOG DAY -2: STARTED SEED * Started seed in my traditional manner. Between paper towels soaked in 5% bleach solution, 0.25 tsp/0.5 Cup water. Temp 82F. DAY -1: ACTION *The smallest of tip has appeared. Will put in soil in a few hours. Day 0: SEED PLANTED. * Refrigerator filtered water. pH 6.5. 1 cup (250ml) added very carefully. * Covered with humidity dome. * Light from Soil: 32.5” * Temperature: 82F DAY 1: SPROUT The sprouted seed has shown itself above the soil. A nice Christmas morning surprise. Now I can start counting the days. * Watered with about 200ml of water at pH 6.5. Used apple cider vinegar to lower the tap water pH. * I was pleased to find that my tap water does not contain chloramine. I was reading bad things about chloramine and "living soil." It can kill beneficial microorganisms. All I did was ask my water company and they replied saying "we found no mention of chloramine use in the system:" Just what I wanted to hear. * After looking at other diaries using 250W LEDs, I moved my light down to 25 inches. DAY 2: NO WATER FOR YOU * No watering today. There is plenty of water in the soil and I want the roots to stretch and work. * Working on increasing the humidity and getting more control over the temperature. DAY 3: WATER PLANT, NOT POT. ADDED MYCORRHIZAE. * Following the GrowWeedEasy watering suggestions for Kind Soil * 500ml water at 6.5 pH, around the plant and not across the full 3-gallon bag. * The fan gently moves the seedling to keep it strong. * Had minor unexpected run-off. I hope to avoid that in the future. * Added 1/8 tsp Great White Mycorrhizae dissolved in 100 ml of 50 ml water/50 ml molasses mix. Did not pH as it is such a small amount of solution compares to the watering earlier today. DAY 4: NO WATER, NO PICTURE * Nothing really new. So no reason for a picture. * The soil is dry on top, but the bottom of the pot is still damp. So I will watch it, but I don't expect to water today. * Adding a small intake fan has dropped the temps to about 82F, I think they can live with that. * A humidifier arrives tomorrow and I think that will be my last step to improve the environment. DAY 5: 500ml WATER, LOOKING GOOD * The plant is looking good. The second set of true leaves has a bend, but nothing to worry about. DAY 6: 500ml WATER. NEW HUMIDIFIER * It wasn't really necessary to water today, but I did simply to stay on the schedule I am using. * Given the lightness of the soil and the moving air, I don't anticipate any problems. * Added a humidifier yesterday evening. It's bringing the humidity up, but I need to keep the space closed and I'm a bit concerned about having to provide it with distilled water frequently. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ WEEK ONE IN REVIEW ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ * Watered with 750 ml pH's tap water. Watered slowly to avoid any runoff. * The plant is looking very healthy. It looks as if the roots are really starting to work as the plant is darker green. * Balancing temperature and humidity is tricky, but I think I will be able to get it stabilized with a bit more work. * Target Relative Humidity: Seedlings - 65-70; Vegging - 40-70; Flowering - 40-50 ==> Beginning Next Week I Will Only Post Twice A Week, Mid-week And End Of The Week. <==

The temperatures, humidity, height, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil spread evenly across the top of the soil. Day 1 we had plenty of rain this morning with partly to mostly cloudy skies. The high temperature was 86°F Day 2 we had a high temperature of 91°F. Skies were clear but it was super humid. I defolated some more today. I watered 3-4 gallons from the hose. Day 3 we had a high temperature of 94° with partly cloudy to clear skies. It was super hot and humid. I watered 3-4 gallons from the well. I'm defoliating a few leaves here and there and opening these girls up. Day 4 we had a high temperature of 94 with average humidity of 94. Skies were cloudy and we had thunderstorms that produced high winds and heavy rainfall. Several of my 7 gallon pots that hadn't rooted into the ground were blown over. Day 5 we had a high temperature of 83°F. It was super humid today and we had a very heavy fog this morning. I watered about 4 gallons of well water. Day 6 we had cooler weather today with a high temperature of 78°F. Skies were partly cloudy and I watered about 3 gallons from the hose. Day 7 we had cooler weather again oday with a high temperature of 79°F. Skies were mostly sunny and I watered about 3 gallons from the hose. Overall this week was a success. Unfortunately all three plants have powdery mildew. They are being treated with a bio fungicide. I'm removing leaves a little at a time. I'm going to be more aggressive next week in trying to get this under control. This weather has not helped. We have had one of the wettest, most humid summer since I've been here. Powdery mildew is on several of the native plants along our tree line and yard. It's been an issue and typically fastbuds have had a lot of resistance. This weather has been brutal and I'll be doing what I can to keep this under control. I didn't feed any this week as the plants are showing signs of excess phosphorus and the feather meal breaks down to feed slowly.
