Hey guys ! Sorry if I deleted the week 7! We’re starting week 9 and buds are fattening up ! I recently moved the plants to a new bigger box and now they re under a 300w full spectrum led and a 250w CFL, so extra lights to the girls and they’re really enjoying it ! Can wait to harvest ! I will post some photos and a video, u think this girls are ready to harvest ?

09/06/2025, start of week 4, a bit annoyed with myself for overwatering as it's set me back by a few days at least but she's not looking too bad and can hopefully achieve a good stretch now she's showing some preflowers.

Nut burn on SB2 went a bit too hard on the pk Nice looking buds. Once the west coast OG is out the way I can stretch the branches out more

A big hello to all the cannabis growing gardeners...and all the other visitors that came across my grow journal. Just on harvest day I was summoned on a long quest...around 700 km. will be away for three days. I will update this diary as fast as i"m back. For now just the photos as no time for anything. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now cannabis smell is overpowering in my grow room I can finally write something about Spider Farmers 6-Inch Inline Fan with Smart Controller and Carbon Filter :) As my grow room gets really stinky at times i always invest in a top shelf carbon filter almost twice the size of the one provided by Spider Farmer, to my shock Spider Farmer carbon filter absorbs the smells wonderfully well. No smell leaks and that just when the fan is running at 5 out of 10 levels of output. The smart controller is something completely new to me, and had a lot of fun experimenting with it during the veg and early flower, when the smell began i needed it to run full time at level 4 or 5 to rid the fragnance. All in all the whole combo is a great deal. If you are not as keen on technology the set without the controller is awesome on it's own. But to have some extra options open, the controller at the device throws at you a ton of settings you can use to optemiase you grow enviornment. Chem OG is my first chem and i'm not disappointed at all, would have loved more yield but i vegged her for like 3 weeks so what do you want to do with that, in the end she took 11 full weeks to yield more than a zip dry and cured from each plant so who's got two thumbs and is not complaining. Looking forward to see how they do in the extractors, and tips welcome as always. Hope that you enjoy the vid, if you're in France once day, dont forget to bring some homegrown let's get high folks ! 🚀 Love testing out genetics thank you so much , next round incoming ! 🚀 So this grow clearly a very neat grow, kept right on top of things with VPD, always in the optimal ranges even if i had to manually tinker with the mister , the exhaust, the fans, the lights. Speaking of the lights i applied a "pumping technique" meaning moving the lights up a down : down going into flower, then up then down again towards the end of flower to trigger rippening. The smart proteins were used through out the grow meaning the veg went nuts, started smelling loud right out of seedling stage, then at flower stretch i think it does help give it a kick, mid flower though it makes the trichomes rippen quicker than the plant can put on biomass, meaning you get strong , ripe colas that come out a bit thin. Cut and harvested at 30% amber believe it or not, to me that's late but i couldnt believe it when i noticed the plant was ripe at 10 weeks so i let it go on a bit longer. wet trimmed and dried over 10 days, Jarred and cured for 2 months.

DAY 2 She's oh so slow to finish. Still more clear and cloudy than amber so i'll need to wait some more... I actually prefer the more amber type of high... I can wait... :) Maybe I'll need to feed her plain ph'd water one more time but let's see... Merry X-MAS to ALL! 👻 DAY 5 Wow... that was fast. She kinda turned amber in 2 days. The buds in the middle are now like a bit over-ripe, a lot of amber and the ones outside are just a little under-ripe. I'm done. No more waiting now. I thought about harversting only parts but I'm really done with this one. I'll leave her in the dark for 1 more day and then I'll chop her down. Luckily she's about to dry out completely so the drying process will work just fine... FINALLYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!! 26 WEEKS MUAHAHA.... Next: back to autoflower... LOL!

Aug 10: now done two weeks of force flowering in the garage. This was supposed to be an auto, but like a lot of other growers here, I found this didn’t autoflower. That’s okay and I forced flowering by putting her in the dark garage along with the other photoperiod plants. Hopefully these are just mis-packaged Overdose Fast seeds. Aug 13: overdose is making good progress with flower development finally kicking in after a couple weeks of forcing. Aug 14: added 3 tablespoons of a 50:50 mix of Power Bloom and malted barley as a top dressing and watered in.

Harvest week for atleast the BG’s. The motor breath looks like it could go a couple more weeks but won’t have the time so….. we rollin with it!

11.02.2026 – 17.02.2026 Canopy Adjustment: To ensure an even light spread, I’ve raised the Wonder Pie by placing it on a container. Now, all tops are leveled for maximum photon absorption. The "Draft" Hack: To combat the late-flower heat, I’ve implemented a new ventilation strategy. By opening windows in both the grow room and the adjacent room, I’ve created a cross-ventilation effect (draft). Temperature Drop: Success! I managed to drop the peak temperatures from 30°C down to a perfect 24°C. This drop is crucial for preserving terpenes and increasing resin production as we head toward the finish line. Current Specs: pH 5.8, PPM 1000. Stability is the name of the game right now.

It was finally time to harvest her, what good times we had with her. Amazed with how beautiful this plant is, how easy to manage and train and how rewarding Orange Hill Special is. So we said our thanks and goodbye, thanked her for all the joy she gave while growing her. I realize more and more how I love growing them even more than the end-product. It takes my mind of all going on for a while, in my miniature jungle world in the attic. Im sure all of you just sometimes sit there and watch them, in wonder, dreaming away with a good buzz on, watching them wave in the wind of the fans. So with a heavy hart I apologize, play them their last music, sit with them and feel them and smell them, watch the glistening of the cristals. In the end we had 209 gram dried Orange Hill Special, I will know the total of the grow, in a few days, since the final big whopper still has to dry: my XtraKush, be sure to check the harvest of that one *in couple of days) and see a one-dollar seed outperform two 10 dollar seeds. Very good week, got some low stress training going on, some netting a little bit of defoliation happen this week.

Per questa pianta non ho voluto usare nessun tipo di stress per vedere come cresce la pianta siamo all'inizio della fioritura l'ora della luce resterà per tutto il ciclo a 18/6 in quanto autofiorente non ha bisogno del cambio di luce, in più abbiamo aggiunto al terriccio circa 15g di guaino di pipistrello e 25 g di fertilizzanti rqs a pellet a rilascio lento vedendo già un miglioramento della crescita da 2/5 cm al giorno a quasi 7 cm. Dalla settimana prossima inizierò con i fertilizzanti b-52 partendo da 1 ml arrivando tra 2 settimane a 2 ml/L.

Over all was an amazing grow, super sticky dense nugs with smell of berries, highly recommended for everyone!!
