Veg15, han crecido como 2 centímetros desde el transplante, aún no necesitan riego, desde ahora regaré cada 3~4 días, cuando el sustrato este un 80~90% seco, han estirado un poco desde que subí la distancia del LED y bajé su intensidad, mañana haré Main Lining. Veg16, hoy se torturaron las plantas con Main Lining, se cortó arriba del segundo nodo y se cortaron también las hojas de un dedo bajo el primer nodo, las plantas que tenían suficiente crecimiento de les hizo LST también, cuando se apague la luz se efectuará un spray foliar con B-52, y mañana un nuevo riego. Veg17, riego con 5.5 pH y EC 1.8~1.9, se regaron con 1.5 litros y no se obtuvo drenaje, próximo riego tendrá que ser con más cantidad de agua para obtener drenaje, el agua se calentó a 23 grados y se oxigenó antes de regar, mañana se ajustará el LST ya que siguen creciendo muy bien. Veg18, hoy solo se ajusto el LST, siguen creciendo bien. Veg19, ajuste de LST, nada más que anotar. Veg20, siguen creciendo, talvez hay que ajustar la cantidad de luz DLI. Veg21, tuve que poner una estufa para aumentar la temperatura en el indoor y bajar la intensidad del LED a un 50% para alcanzar un DLI óptimo. Hoy haré ajuste de LST y revisar la humedad del sustrato.

Aun no vuelvo a regar foliar con jabon potasico, pero basto con un riego para eliminar bichos de la planta. 2nd ever grow and first time using Fastbuds genetics. I'm running 3x Six Shooter, 2x Pineapple Express and 1x Crystal Meth. I'll be starting diaries shortly for the other 2 strains as I'm hoping that these plants might be good enough to enter in diary of the month competition. I was supposed to be going with 3x Shooter and 3x Pinapple express but unfortunately even though I germinated 4 of each, only 50% of my seeds sprouted. I know theres only 2 six shooter in the photo but a friend of mine has one spare from a batch hes germinated so has kindly given it to me. The Crystal meth was a free gift seed so I'm running that in place of the dud pineapple seed. I've put them in a little 1x1x1 veg box that I built this weekend. Made it to fit alongside my larger tent. Plan for these girls is to veg them in the box for 3 weeks under the cheap 300w LED with plenty of co2 then move them to the bigger tent where I have 4x 315w CMH lamps. All 3 will be topped and if I have space will go under a scrog. They are actually only 4 days old since sprouting but I do all of my diaries on a Sunday as I get chilled early and have time to take photos and do weekly reports. See you guys next week!

Vege lights - Mars Hydro FC-4800 Flower Lights - 650w 3400K 1900umol/s PAR, (3) 226w DIY 2900K 630umol/s PAR (678w and 1890umol/s), Substrate - 50/50 sphagnum peat moss and vermiculite in 5-gallon pots Climate Control - Luckily, the lights, winter and normal furnace use all equate to a decent temperature, though a bit on colder side in in vege phase, sadly. Humidifier is needed early and later a dehumidifier is needed when canopy develops. I only grow in the winter months. Irrigation - do not use the emitters in this diary. They suck a big fat dick to skip a line to suck a bigger dick. They come in different shapes, too. Basic process The little light takes care of seedlings in 2.5" wide seedling pots until first up-pot. The 1-gallon pots fit well under the FC4800 in a 4x4 tent until day 21 after sprout. I plant 150% or more of what i need, so i can kill the weak without concern. The goal is for every plant that makes it to the 5-gallon up-pot being capable of producing a minimum of 160 grams with a maximum of a 35-40 day vegetative phase. Third up-pot is into 5-gallon nursery pots and now under the 3 DIY lights and the 650W light in the big tent for a couple more weeks of vege. An irrigation system in the big tent saves a lot of time. One scrog for training and another for support, just in case. Reverting back to a more systematic approach to canopy composition moving forward. About 2.3 colas per sq ft and 8 primary colas per plant. Yields were similar when over-crowding and being less systematic, but the proportion of less dense nugs is greater and trim time is needlessly elevated because of that fact. I was very controlling about this the first couple years but got away from it for far too long at this point. Drying / Curing - Into mesh racks for 9 days. I wet trim and cut down to similarly sized buds for even drying. Temps are controlled around 68F and RH is set to 60%. Then into some 5-gallon buckets with gamma seal lids and (3) 2-way 67g boveda humidipaks (58% or 62%) in each bucket - 1 at bottom, 2 at top. Temp/RH probe confirms that they hold the RH steady at 60-63%. Cost - 0.33 cents (USD) per gram produced. This includes an accelerated depreciation expense for all equipment used, fertilizer, water, electricity for all equipment used, new filters and other yearly purchases - bti, ph strips, sticky traps, etc. I'm a finance guy, so these numbers are comprehensively accurate and purposely err slightly on high side of cost. The only facet not included is the cost of my labor.

Another great week for these 2. Lots of new crystals forming on the left one. I lowered the nutrient schedule for one week as I didn't want to ignore those early signs on one of the plants. Truth be told, if I had made 2 different nutrient solutions I could have still given full strength to one of them. Nevertheless, they are looking great. The smell however is a bit of an issue. The situation with the autos was 100% under control, zero smell issues. Not the case with this one. I even installed a new air filter and it still smell a tiny bit. It really is a micro amount, but it's annoying. First time I've had to think about any smell with this IKEA setup. Also, so far these don't look much like the real Purple Lemonade. The autos became really dark quite rapidly, I'm not sure these will get as dark.

She's almost ready to come down and the flowers are pretty nice size, with good trichome build-up. She smells funky but creamy sweat.

Here we go! All three Strawberry Gorilla's continue to flower away with the #2 pheno still in the lead and looking the best of the bunch. The other two phenotypes have struggled constantly, but nevertheless have survived and I'm curious to see how they'll turn out when finished! I'm continuing with running the AirCube reservoir for 5-6 days between drain/refill, only topping off with well water and checking/adjusting the PH. The beginning strength of the added Plagron nutrients is 800ppm, and over the course of the 5-6 days it has only been dropping approximately 150ppm's. 12/8- Yesterday I removed the other three plants that were growing in this run with the Strawberry Gorilla's to get finished up. Now the ladies are only sharing the nutrient solution with each other, which hopefully will have positive results... time will tell. I'm continuing to monitor the AirCube reservoir, maintaining the solution level and PH twice daily. I have the HLG 650R set to 100% output now and have it hung 28" above the canopy. 12/10- Yesterday I went through the #1 and #3 plants and removed a bunch of shade leaves that were either blocking light or were damaged looking. The reservoir is beginning to stink so, tomorrow I'll be doing a drain/clean/fill on it which I'm sure the plants, and my nose will appreciate! 12/12- Now that I have removed the other three plants from their pots, I went ahead and pulled the #3 plant and placed it in the center empty pot giving everybody way more room to spread out. After moving the #3, I did some more LST on all three plants. Well there goes the 5th week of flower for the FastBuds Strawberry Gorilla's. Ok folks, gunna be one armed for another 6 weeks so I'm just the conductor the true heroes will go unseen. Everything is alive atleast, had a scare yesterday as things got so dried out everything went limp but an hour after feed turned back around. Noticed some yellowing and other coloring coming thru on alot of leaves so I bumped ppm up a little bit this last feed. They dont look like they have a deficiency, it's weird, they look beautiful but with a premature fade almost. I really like Green Buzz' line up/regiment I just have to dial it in which isnt easy since it's a multi strain crop and various size plants. It's very easy to use and makes me feel good knowing it's not poison. Did a minor leaf strip around the tent just to make things fit better. I'll copy and paste this to the diaries for the rest of the crop per usual but go into a little more detail on each plant individually. Pics and vids were taken on day 28 of flower. I'm trying to keep up with these as best I can from start to finish, the flip date was 6.10.19, today is 7.9.19. I fucking love this girl she might be my favorite. Reason why is because I know these nugs are going to swell, and the 1st pheno was such a good smoke but the buds didnt fill in like i hoped so this is redemption. Already has a skunky orange scent when Terps get on your fingers. This one also has dramatic coloring in the foliage must be due to lack of N I assume (could be wrong).
