After another weekend spent away from home, on day 26 both Opiums present at 30 cm height, having grown big and bushy. Their thirst increased, I will water them when their next day starts. And do some more LST. Not too long until I can install the scrogging net. I am really impressed by their progress. They developed a lot of branching side branches and look really healthy and bushy. In contrast to what I wrote before, I think I can stay a few days longer with the current 80% 18/6 lighting scheme. Leaf positions do not show signs of light hunger, so no reason to change. Watered them with 1.5 l each on their 27th morning, this time adding some flower fertilisers too. Compensated their relief with some more LST. I can see in timelapse video they are tmelselves compensating this stress easily; it’s amazing to see how fast they turn their heads. You’ll see soon too. For reference: Pot diameter is approx. 25 cm. So lady #1 spreads about this much, lady #2 is even about 10 cm more. Guess they’ll make a very dense scrog surface, but first let’s have them have their stretch. Day 28 evening revealed ladies are getting thirstier. The holey pots might be helpful in root development, but they are not when it comes to keeping the tent clean. Because of their structure, water runs out in respectable quantities each time they are fed, which takes a long time to evaporate and adds to air humidity of course. Which on the other hand is currently quite ok. Outside air temperatures are around 30 °C the last days, so a bit more humidity helps to keep the VPD in range. Which is quite ok as I still cannot complain about their growth – around 2–3 cm each day currently. Grow video for day 28 (sorry about the interferences! Due to the control hard- & software being offline I cannot silence the blower(s) when a photo is taken anymore) shows steady growth and very vivid movements again. Dropping of their leaves around their evening is possibly due to me watering them again as soil was surprisingly dry already. On their day 29 evening, it’s clear to see how much they are stretching: They really gained 5 cm since yesterday! Lights are close to 30 cm, so I think I’ll reposition things a bit when their next week starts. Attached video shows the day’s progress. They say you cannot scrog an Automatic but seeing the development speed and bushiness I decided to give it a try nonetheless. I guess the buds can profit from being a bit more apart from each other if I handle to fiddle them through the holes in time. I rearranged the lights to be at about 45 cm apart from the tops and set the lights to 100% at a 16/8 lighting scheme, waking them up one hour later than before and sending them to sleep one hour earlier. Last day of this week, day 30, shows that growth speed has even increased. Lady 1 crosses the scrog net already which is positioned at 46 cm above soil. Gave them slightly enhanced water again, 2 l each.

Going for another run at drunken bitch slap. Last attempt HPLVD destroyed everything. So all new equipment from new buckets to new light. Which is the HortibloomLED Solux 350. I have it on at 50 percent. Virus is gone as far as I can tell after resetting everything. Plus extra sterilization I have been doing. So she germinated, and sprout well. Everything is looking pretty good at the moment. Week 12: Tangie Finish Line in sight Today, I checked Tangie’s trichomes and noticed that 20% have already turned amber. This signals that it’s time for a flush. I’m using pH-balanced water (pH 6) with an EC of just 0.092 ms/cm due to my extremely soft water. My goal is to stress Tangie a bit in these final days to boost trichome production. I plan to remove some fan leaves two days before harvest and let the soil dry out slightly. She has about 4-5 more days to go. The aroma has become incredibly strong, with a vibrant, fruity scent dominating the air. It’s amazing how much more potent this smell is compared to the pre-harvested buds, which are now in the curing process and beginning to release that delightful orange and citrus fragrance. I’m eager to compare the flavor, potency, and high between the early and late harvests. The finish line is definitely in sight and I'm happy that I could let her ripen entirely to she what she is capable of 😍 Update 17.08 (Day 82) Today I decided to finally harvest the rest of this lovely Tangie. The trichomes showed a good mix of amber and cloudy trichomes, and I don't want to risk letting her overripen. I opted to cut only the fan leaves again to ensure a slow and consistent drying process. This diary will be special to me for two reasons, one because I have the opportunity to cultivate some new and exciting strains from two of the TOP breeders in the industry! The second reason this will be special to me is that I will be growing these two strains in a brand new greenhouse that I put up! I'm super stoked to see how these two ladies turn out in this new setup. On to the strains: 'Tester' Strain A info: Hybrid (I/S) | 6-7 weeks flowering | Fruity, Sweet, Candy 'Tester' Strain B info: Indica-Dominant (90%) | 7 weeks flowering | Fruity, Peppery, Sweet I hope that you enjoy this run as much as I will... It's going to be fun and interesting for sure! ~GROW WHAT YOU LOVE, LOVE WHAT YOU GROW!~ ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: These beauties will be growing in a brand spanking new 10x14' greenhouse that I have equipped with automatic window openers, a complement of Hurricane fans and a de-humidifier/heater to help keep the environment as dialed in as possible. I started both tester in glasses of tap water, where they soaked for 24hrs. After soaking, they were placed directly into whole eggshells with just their tops removed to make a natural seed starting pot that I filled with a 70/30 blend of Coco/Perlite which was pre-moistened with well water ph'd to 6.2, then placed under a 50w full spectrum LED on a 24hr light schedule. Once, they both have their second set of leaves emerged, I plan on starting to put them in the greenhouse for 2-3 hour a day for a few days to help them acclimate and 'harden off' in the greenhouse. I'll be starting both off in 1qt pots, then transplanting them into to gradually larger pots until they're around 6 weeks old, then they will go into their final pots which are 25g fabric pots. I mix my initial medium using 3 tbsp/g of Gaia Green Organics 4-4-4 along with 1 tbsp/g of Gaia Green Organics Glacial Rock Dust for the trace minerals it provides, 1 tbsp/g of Down To Earth Kelp Meal, 1 tbsp/g of Trichoderma/Mycorrhizae, and 1 cup/g of Wiggle Worm Castings. I hand mix my amendments to ensure an even distribution throughout the medium. I'll be watering with well water ph'd to 6.2-6.8 and providing bi-weekly compost tea's throughout the run. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 6/1- Week Seven of vegetation for the two 'Testers' from Dutch Passion/SSSC and they are both taking off with vigorous growth! I have started to include TPS Plant Foods Trichoderma/Mycorrhizae/Beneficial Bacteria to my top dresses to give the plants some extra resilience to the heat that will be coming soon. I've had great success using this combination which really helps with heat stress and can also help to prevent other issues, such as disease and fungus attacks! 6/3- I have upped my waterings to daily, and am now giving the 'Testers' 2g of water a day, along with weekly Compost Teas. 6/5- I topped both plants side branches today, as well as removing some lower small shoots and lower shade leaves to help direct energy to the upper sections where it will needed most. 6/7- Well fam, there goes Week Seven of veg, the weather is getting hotter by the day and these two beautiful girl continue to explode with growth! Opium is maturing faster than the other 2 outside photo periods Fractal & Lemon Cake. Many of the feeder leaves are yellow and fall off at the slightest touch. The buds are dense and starting to be sticky. She is strong and resistant to our heat & humidity, and pests. Her tall lanky structure is true to a sativa. She had huge fan leaves and long internodal stretch. This strain would definately need topping or other high stress training to keep her short for a tent grow. Day 50, 5th of November 2020: Fucking hell in the second video i just broke the tray LOL.... Anyways... The lamp has been switchet to 12/12 for 4 days from now she is streching and has a nice smell :) No training needed just waiting.... Fertilization happens more often like every 2nd day and more of the BioBizz family raised up to be 2ml/L haha ;) Bye.

Leaf appearance: leaves are drooping slightly downward with a very light green tone, likely due to slight overwatering and previous pH issues. Feeding: 800 ml nutrient solution 0.4 ml/L Biobizz Grow 0.2 ml/L Biobizz Bloom (to support early pre-flower development) EC/PPM reading: ~430 Runoff observation: no runoff was produced with 800 ml, so next watering I plan to give at least 950 ml, possibly up to 1 liter, to ensure at least ~10% runoff. Environment: Temperature: min 24 °C – max 30 °C (average ~28 °C) Humidity: 60–65 % (planning to gradually reduce to 55–50 % over the coming weeks) Ventilation: installed an automatic oscillating fan to improve air circulation. Notes: despite mild chlorosis and the downward leaf posture, the plant appears stable. Main focus for the next weeks: correct pH, careful watering, and progressive humidity adjustment.

Just start week 10 looking a bit better for leaf color issue. Have no feed anyting.Just watering only. Have found some mold on BCN #2 i take out some mold bud that around 30% For problem of PH locked, I think it already fix. All yellow and brown leaf was change to green slowly and looking better.

The buds are coming on nicely now 😎 another week and a half and the overdrive starts hopefully they’ll fatten up good and proper ✌️🏻
