Update of the garden

We’ve now reached the third week of flowering, and I’m thrilled with how well my plant is doing! I adjusted the nutrients recently, and it’s definitely made a difference. The plant seems to be thriving, and the leaves are showing a vibrant green, indicating that it’s getting exactly what it needs. Even more exciting, the trichomes are starting to form all over the buds, and there’s no shortage of them! It’s amazing to see so many trichomes developing this early on, giving the plant a frosty look already. The overall growth is still going strong, and the buds are getting fuller. I’m really happy with the progress so far and can’t wait to see how things continue in the coming weeks. I hope this nutrient adjustment keeps everything on track for a great harvest!💚🌱

Just jarred up for the cure, and these flowers are already top 10 favorite all time. It's just full of chemical funk, and makes me high like I was back in HS. Holy shit. I can't say enough good things about the terp profile on this stuff. I can barely describe it in the state it's put my mind at the moment, wow. I wish I had treated her well during the grow, but I'm still learning. I will 100% be growing these genetics again. Given how good it is with my newbie skills, I can hardly imagine what it'll be like when I know what I'm doing. I grew two ladies in one 13 gallon RDWC bucket. Even sharing root space, they outgrew my tent and I spent all of her flower trying to save the run. Not much more I can write at the moment other than 10/10 wow.

Mezclamos 4ml x litro de Grow-Soldier by JUJU Royal BioBizz y 1ml x litro de Green-Mystic by JUJU Royal BioBizz. Total 10 litros, 5 de agua osmotizada y 5 de agua del grifo, mezclados con los 40ml y 10ml, de los fertilizantes. Ajustamos el PH con reguladores BIO, en el caso que sea necesario y regamos todas las macetas. 📋 Comments Lemon cherry gelato by MNSL Is a good plant to grow. She has produced some nice flowers and is a very forgiving plant. 📋 Data Seed to havest=113 days. Veg time=35 days. Flower time=78 days. Wet weight=917g Dry weight=104g 📋 Smoke report After 11 days of drying i trimmed half the plant (trim jail) and finished trimming the day after, it. Not the easiest to trim and not as dense buds as the other plant in the grow but damn this lemon cherry gelato is absolutely dripping with trichomes and has a really fruity smell. There is a decent amount of trim to run some bubble hash. This is an excellent smoke, quiet sweet with citrus/lemon and slight cherry or fruity taste to it. A-Week 9-(Day 67) B&C-Week 9-(Day 63) A- Loving life, she is fattening up, easily 3-4 inch round buds, about 8-12 inches long circling the plant. Lots of little nugs filling in the middle 🤩Tricomes are multiplying daily, still almost 50% clear, 40% milky, and 10% amber or so. Couple of weeks left, gotta keep air flow high and RH low with those dense buds 😎💨 B- After looking back on last weeks photos, she has really started to thicken up. She has big calyxes, and are stacking nicely. Tops on tops for this one. Her LST and topping created a very dense canopy, similar to A, but B stretched a little more. C-Done her stretching, she is now focusing on bud building. She is stacking nicely, and I said it last week, I’m pretty sure she will be the biggest producer if she fills in as thick as her sisters are 👀💥 No issues, no pests, not even Gnats. A tip I got from WTTGT, Woooooooooh! Was to store your soil/medium near the exhaust of your tent so it always has dry warm air blowing on it. I have not had any issues with pests since doing this before starting this run, and then adding another to the mix mid-run(my GG#4) has had no issues. The 975 ppm seems to be their sweet spot, I don’t want to push it as it has been almost uneventful with regards to issues or deficiencies. I’m very happy with the Indo nutrients line, and the addition of the Sensi CalMag xtra together have made this run super easy, considering Autoflowers are far more finicky than photo periods. The differences between each are drastic, topping and LST can be real space savers for those with small gardens, but clearly the un-topped, un-trained pheno is thriving and will produce fairly well 🌱😎💨 Happy Gardening All 👩‍🌾

Flowering kinda early buying a new stronger light so stems can gain some strength.

After a feed last Thursday, plain ph'd water on Friday, these ladies have been left alone, with impressive results, little vertical stretch and lots of side ways. They had a feed today, Monday, so I'll water tomorrow and leave until Friday, seems to work. hopefully I be flushing the little cheese auto next week and free up some space for the fat ladies to expand

On day 1 the reservoirs PH is 6.3. The rez is 483 ppm. The girls are looking good and nitrogen toxicity seems to have stopped. On day 2 the reservoirs PH was adjusted from 6.1 to 6.3. The rez is 477 ppm. Trichomes seem to be 10% cloudy so I still have a bit to go i'm thinking 9 weeks should be a good bet! On day 3 the reservoirs PH was adjusted from 6.4 to 6.1. The rez is 500 ppm. On day 4 the reservoirs PH is 6.2. The rez is 503 ppm. I lowered the ppfd so my tallest received 900 ppfd and an average of 543 ppfd. On day 5 the reservoirs PH is 6.2. The rez is 519 ppm. I removed some of the extra fan leaves blocking bud sites. On day 6 I changed out the reservoir with only tap water and adjusted the PH from 6.7 to 6.1 with a ppm of 249. The trichomes are maturing and I plan on harvesting on week 8 day 4 of flower. On day 7 the reservoirs PH was adjusted from 6.5 to 6.0. The rez ppm is 250.

D71/F24 - 11.29 - just a very beautiful happy purply lady <3 Recovered from defoliation well. D76/F29 - 12.4 - Chuggin along in her glorious purpliness. Unfortunately she gotta battle a littler for light given the size of her TCC sativa heavier neighbors. Maybe move her to the 3x3 soon so she gets all she needs. Such a delightful splash of color in blanket of yellows and greens <3

Day 40-47 (May 31st- June 7th) (Day 41) For the first time in this grow these plants are looking halfway decent. Smell is ramping up too. I finally feel optimistic about this grow. (Day 42) The two jacks and the chunky blueberry are showing early signs of N/Mg deficiencies. I know it’s late in flower but since I’m experimenting with this tent, I’m going to give them one final feeding of nature’s pride 2-5-5.5 (tbsp) along with a teaspoon of oyster shell flour and some rock dust. Everything else I’m going to give a teaspoon of rock dust and oyster shell. There is no way these amendments will fully break down in time to be used by the plant but they could at least use the pH buffering and trace amounts of minerals after their recent leach. Everything but the BAOGC is covered in pistils that don’t really match their bud size. I hope they fill into their pistils because an over abundance of hairs drops the bag appeal like crazy. Over the last few cycles, indoor and outdoor, I’ve definitely learned that different strains and phenotypes mature at different times. Sometimes really radically too. (Day 43) None of the plants are fading at all but they’re still looking good. Black garlic I know should be fading but remains dark green and toxed. I popped a developing seed out of the main bud too. I wonder if that blueberry herm branch pollinated it at all. It seems like plants don’t really like that Destiny dark matter soil by itself. I find it works better mixed with coco or promix 1:1. (Day 44) I’m starting to think I might be mixing up the TWOG and BAOGC. BAOGC took forever to fatten up last round and the 2 phenos I suspected already look done. I was thrown off by the similar terps. The beauty phenos are definitely TWOG (Day 45) God these Jack Herer’s smell good. Nothing but fruity funk. Almost like a vanilla or blueberry yogurt. I would say this stuff has the most overpowering smell in the tent now. I’ve noticed they’re starting to foxtail like crazy. Blueberry#1 too. I’m watering a final low strength feeding of seaweed extract on everything. (Day 47) Everything really fattened up this week. Even at the beginning of the week I was saying I didn’t think they would fill out. Jack Herer and BAOGC specifically made some big gains and nearly doubled their density and still have quite a way to go on them too! The smell has ramped up and finally, everything is looking happy and healthy.

Started LST on both girls don’t think i did it right it begin with lol. This is when i noticed the burnt tips of the ladies. This was a scary moment for any new grower. Freakin suckedddd

2018-04-10 Day 1 I gave the girls water and nutrients yesterday so nothing to drink today. Turned them 90 degrees today, to give my girls as much lightexposure as possible. The flowers get bigger and bigger for each day, Overall the ladies look really good, the colors are very nice, they look healthy. I am a little surprised over the difference in size between nr1 and nr2, nr 2 is 21 cm taller than nr 1, and the flowerproduction is awesome. Not that nr1 doesn't look great - she certainly does - but still.... Nr1 is huge, she decides how much all other girls needs to be risen to get their canopys at the same height as hers. 👊. For the last day of the year we treat ourselves to the story of a special little girl. Her name is Biscotti, her name already says it all about the potential of this young girl born in Holland with this beautiful Italian Strain Name, she is precious and full of style since conception. She looks like she was designed by Pininfarina who smokes joints. It's a bit as if Gianni Versace had dressed her, extravagant, provocative, truly flamboyant, if you have the patience to look at the thousand photos that I made clear that I literally couldn't stop taking. It's a journey I don't want to leave, especially when I'm in the middle of it. terpenes, please leave me there! She grew up quietly, with her small internodal distance you could see that she was beautiful even without flowers, but it was when she flowered that she truly gave her best. Already from the first weeks of flowering you can understand very very well that the girl has a bright color and she threw resin very early thanks to Power Buds, Sugar Royal and Green Sensation in my opinion. The flowers have an imposing shape, they really are beautiful little purple beasts just in the dry room, for a few days soon we will do an initial test and then we will wait to taste it without too much fresh taste. I’m about sure to have rated 10 stars the strain and all feeding 5 stars but i found the strain rated 9 stars and the feeding 4, not sure but almost sure. I often get sad when I cut it, I'm too sad to cut it, I always think I'll smoke it and everything, but it's so beautiful that it makes my heart ache to cut it. It's her life cycle, otherwise she would rot for goodness sake, it's a joke but I really have a moment of shock in her heart. She'll move on to the first vaporized one I guess. Technique used - She was worked with a. single topping cut but leaving the two branches lower than the cut, thus obtaining 4 main branches with the relative branches. I also did a bit of LST at the beginning but having space problems then I decided not to let it expand too much. Flowers are beautiful beasts for truly yummi. Fertilizers - We have to make a special mention of Plagron I wrote a review in this diary which only partially explains how good this line of fertilizers is. I feel like I saw with my own eyes the changes in the plants when I gave the additives, I really saw the plants push in resin and everything. For more information read the review, I don't like to be repetitive, I don't write the quantities, they are also in the diary and in any case very similar to those recommended by the manufacturer. Never exceed this with any fertilizer and always flush. Light and home - The light was provided by MarsHydro and the home as well, it is the SP 3000, a piece that is not of the latest generation but which I love for its length of around 110 cm which you can understand how it covers me super well, the 120 wide wide grow room cm, 60cm deep and 180cm high, always supplied by them with a better than average covering by a lot and fantastic windows from which to spy on the girls. *If anyone read through my GDP diary, this is going to be mostly the same stuff. So, sad day friends. I got spider mites and had to throw all my plants out. This is what I think happened: About 2-3 weeks ago I noticed some freckling on the lower leaves. I looked at it and thought it might be a cal/mag issue so I added cal/mag that week and went about my business. I saw it about a week later and it wasn't getting any better so I added more cal/mag. This continued for about 2-3 weeks until I finally took off a leaf and examined it under my microscope. I saw little bugs crawling everywhere and my stomach just dropped. My fiance did some quick research while I was panic ripping leaves off (see pictures) and she correctly diagnosed it as spider mites. I debated with myself and my close friend and ultimately I decided to throw all the plants in my tent away. I know that there are a lot of people who will say that there are things I could have done to make it to harvest but what it came down to is the people I take care of and personal pride. I consider myself a caregiver and I give away product for free that I am not going to use to my family and close friends. I thought to myself "Would you smoke this?" and when my answer was "ehhh, I don't know", I thought about how it would feel giving it away and immediately made the decision to destroy them. I take an immense amount of pride in my product and this hobby and if I am not going to stand behind it I would rather just start over. I grow from my heart (shout out to the Grow From Your Heart Podcast!) to help people and make sure my family is not getting unsafe product from sketchy people. To spray pesticides in flower that may hurt people and have little bug carcasses in there just goes against that in every way and is just wrong in my opinion if you are giving it away to others. If you are the only one smoking it then it is one thing to take that risk but not with your patients. I want my medicine to help people, not create or exacerbate health issues. It is also important to note that the mites had moved from my flower tent into my veg space and took over my auto berry as well. Damn things are crafty and fast. So that is why I made the decision to destroy them all after 3+ months of res changes, pruning, and manifolding on a slow vegging strain. Feel free to chime in with your opinion but I do not regret my decision. I threw out my new clones, mother plant, and auto berry I had on my veg side as well. Shout out to all the other growers out there that do the right thing by their patients. Caregivers > Cash croppers. For anyone curious, I removed everything from my tent and scrubbed it all with a 20% bleach/water solution. All equipment has been wiped down and stored in the garage away from any organic materials. I will give them until tomorrow (2 days) to air out and dry and then I will wipe it down again with bleach and wait another 2 days. Hopefully that will make sure everything is dead and will not come back next grow. That next grow should start in about a week. It sucks but sometimes it happens and you gotta be ready for it. Lesson learned. Never bring outdoor plants into your indoor garden even if it is after just a day or two. A bunch of people on here and Reddit warned me and I did not listen. The automatic Amnesia Haze started very well, the new leaves come out quickly and grow very quickly, the organic fertilizers seem to work, we have just started with Easy grow and we are very happy of the result.
