I had trouble with my humidifier set up so she only took 5 days to hand dry . Fortunately I purchased a programmable humidifier so moving forward it’s all gravy. After everything was cut from branches & weighed she ended up yielding 20gs of some airy foxtaily bud. I knew this would be a disappointment so we’ll just wait to see what the smoke is like , what the smell is like , & what the taste is like .

Critical x Animal Cookies is starting to stack now. She is growing under the Hortibloom Solux 350. She was stunned at seedling. I had the nutrition too strong. You can really see how much of a difference it made in the video. Everything is looking good at the moment. Beside I need to install new air stones. Week 3 of the stretch is in the books and as with last week - smooth sail’n. We defoliated extremely heavy at the end of the week to try and turn out the overall final structure of each plant - 3/4 mains and only the best of the top shelf bud will be spared on this run. Still dealing with WPM issues on the NL but the environment is regulating big time now that we have the heat on in the house. A full 20% drop in RH should do wonders to combat the WPM. My patience has been tested having to run these plants again after the last cycle but I’m glad I did. Too many good strains in here not to make sure we got the grow right this time. The dutchy system and Druid Nutrients will go a long way to that end to. It a like the system and the nutes were made for each other to be honest🤟. Alls good this week - looking forward to some big time bud stacks so we can finally start taking the pretty photos 😉. Until next week😎. Background This ones tied to part 2 of the pollen chuck. An interesting discovery was made with this plant’s pot, I observed how having a row lesser of drainage drastically effected how I water this lady. Her grow medium swamps up if I maintain a 1lt daily water schedule, which would result in drowning the roots, luckily my grow medium has sponges up when wet, allow the slow irrigation to take place to avoid root rot. Luckily it’s spring time and in Mzansi(South Africa) it is hot enough to push my greenhouse’ temperature higher than the outdoor temperature, to encourage some form of evaporation and humidity, next week I will add pictures of the thermometers, and you can see the drastic difference in temperature.

OK, we’re getting pretty damn close. I definitely toasted a couple of the taller spears with a new lightbulb. The damage seems to be to the fan leaves and some of the sugar leaves, the buds seem to be spared of any damage. I reduce the nutrients to zero to flush yesterday. I’m hoping they’ll be ready to harvest in a couple three days. The tricombs are still Mostly white and clear, very little if any brown yet. I figure I’ll wack them at 50-50 brown Here is a question for some more experienced growers that might read this. I have read that when buds are light stressed they will make a bud on a bud. I’ll put a couple pictures of this here. Is this what they are talking about? Peace,Take care of each other, and give me the patience to last another week.
