The plant is doing well overall this week! 💪 To handle a few fungus gnats that started showing up, I introduced nematodes into the soil and placed some yellow sticky traps, seems to be keeping things under control so far. She's growing quite tall now, definitely stretching up nicely, but not really filling out much in width. A true lemony skyscraper in the tent!😂💚

Auto Purple Hulk Auto by MSNL Outside 👉Sponsored Grow👈 W11F7 8/24-30 After the hurricane, I decided to finish growing Auto Purple Hulk inside the tent. I watered twice this week, once at the beginning and today at the end. CalMag 10ml/g Green Sensation 4ml/g Recharge 2,5ml/g PPM 826, PH 6.2 temp 69.8. I brought Purple Hulk on August 19, 2 days before the hurricane. Let me warn you right here. First, do not be so anxious to grow outside. Before moving four outdoor plants into a tent, they were inspected for pests and mold, but none were observed initially. After relocation, the heat and lights in the tent created conditions for caterpillar eggs to hatch. Caterpillars began to appear gradually over several days, with 20 to 30 found during one inspection. Caterpillar coloring matches the parts of the plant they consume, making detection difficult. As a result, Purple Hulk will be harvested due to significant pest activity; trichomes are mostly milky with few amber tops. Second, it is also advised not to bring plants indoors without proper quarantine procedures, as caterpillars can migrate to neighboring plants via webs. This was observed with Tropicanna Poison XL, which was next to Purple Hulk in the tent. Finally, for plants grown outdoors at any stage, bud washing at harvest is suggested, as demonstrated in Jorge Cervantes's video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kkEYz8-YeUA. The proximity of Purple Hulk to other garden vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, and cabbage—primary targets for white cabbage moths—may have influenced the number of eggs found. Previous outdoor growing seasons did not experience similar caterpillar issues, though bud rot has been common due to humid summers in Virginia. Auto Purple Hulk buds developed beautiful purple hues from mauve to purple. They are big, dense ands sticky. Thank you all for your continued support and encouragement. May 11th As you can see in the photos, we're really running out of space now. Spiderfarmer suggest going no closer than 30cm in flower for the SF4000, and she has grown so tall that that gap between the main cola and the light board is now 25cm. Uh oh. All I can do is bend her over a little with some string, but so far there's no sign of damage or stress... yet. This is what I get for not topping I guess, but we live and learn. Even once might have been enough to avoid this. I've added a second fan on the other side to compliment the first, blowing upwards to get some air circulating around the main stem. The flowers are really starting to come in now, and although I can't smell much when I'm in there, the smell follows me outside. My clothes pick it up and suddenly I'm getting whiffs of it while writing this entry. Other than the new fan and the quickly diminishing head-space, there's nothing else to report. She's growing beautifully and I couldn't be happier! Fingers crossed as always.

Some of the buds/ leafs were starting to turn brown. It seems like it was a bit past it's prime, I harvested on day 60 of flower. The strain was 56-63 days Jack Herer by pHenos Nursery. The trichoms looked ready, I did have some issues that I've noted in previous weeks but it smells amazing and I can't wait for it to finish drying and curing!

All the plants grow nicely! The Gorilla Cookies #2 bent because of its stretch but I added a tutor and it recovered really well. I also added one to the Gorilla Cookies #1 to prevent it from bending. On day 56 my setup got another light. I took the Lumatek out and changed it for a second Mars Hydro TSL 2000. Now i can use more space in the tent and the light is spreaded way more even than before. I now got about 1000 PPFD at the canopy top and around 800-900 PPFD square. They are running at about 80 % atm. Each side is seperately dimmable and i can set the ankle relatively individually for each plant so i can better react to the different grow heights, which comes automatically with 4 different strains. She got a defoliation and another place to ripen up the lower part of the plant, just to see if it works. She has done her job as a crash test dummy extremly well, what a pleasure 😍

Plants are going into flower. I took night time pics so you can see them sleep. They are a all looking great. This girl and her sister at the moment is 24 inches. Very nice branching on all three plants. I should defoleate and remove some of the bottom branches now.
