Greetings, fellow cultivators! Today, I'm thrilled to share the grand finale of our journey with the remarkable Big Cheese Auto from Seeds Mafia. At day 81 from seed, she reached the pinnacle of her splendor, and the harvest was nothing short of spectacular.
As I gently snipped each ripe bud, I couldn't help but marvel at the beauty and resilience of our Big Cheese Auto. From the moment she emerged as a seedling, she embodied strength, vigor, and an unwavering determination to flourish. Now, as she hangs upside down to dry for the next two weeks, I'm filled with a profound sense of gratitude for the privilege of witnessing her growth.
Our journey with the Big Cheese Auto has been nothing short of extraordinary. Hello. This is the beginning of flowering.
I've got a 10'x10' tent in the greenhouse going for another diary, and I'll put this plant into it to force it into flowering.
The plant has reached the top rung of the tomato cage, so, that's when I usually force flowering. That's what I like...
I took some clones from this plant, and it didn't have many side branches to chose from... It had some but not alot.
I put my clones in a opaque ice cream bucket. With a thin plastic moveable lid. And a tsp of cinnamon mixed into the soil.
A couple of inches on soil into the bottom and press the peat pellets about 1/3 into the unpacked soil.
Cannabis like 90% to 95% rh for the first week and those domed plastic lids for the black trays let out too much rh out and the plants/clones wilts.
Leave the light on for the first week too. Plants need to store their energy in their roots to sleep. So, with no roots, leave the light on.
The second week you can give 80% to 85% rh, move the lid back a bit, and 6 hours of dark.
Spray with 1/4 strength nutrient and use RO water for all your soaking and spraying.
RO water is low in rot root fungus, so you have a better chance of succus.
The plant is doing well and growing good.

Chopped today, not enough room in dry tent to give her 48 hours in dark prior. The 4 tops didn't develop as well as hoped. It was the first time I topped an auto twice and still ran out of room. On the plus side the plant developed more uniformed. Buds were dense, hard. Hung 4 candelabra looking tops, the rest hung in bread wire chains. Great colors, decent gassy smell. Updates on weight and smoke in about 3 weeks.

7/18 so even though shes been flowering for only 5 weeks(starting6) shes looking closer to being done than I had expected. Shes been losing alot of yellow leaves and most of the pistils are orange now. I checked the trichomes as best as I could today and on the main/top cola, I saw some amber but very little. But the rest of the buds were mostly clear I believe. I still want her to keeo going another few weeks but we'll see as time and trichomes progress. I added some extra flowering nutes and a product thats got good stuff like kelp and molasses and crab meal and stuff besides NPK values to help the plants put on some extra weight hopefully.
7/19 just took pictures/videos and checked trichomes
7/22 checked trichomes. The very top nugs have some amber on them and the rest are mostly cloudy. Wish I wouldve been checking the trichomes sooner so I couldve started flushing sooner. I wish i wouldve stopped using open sesame sooner as well. Next time im gonna do some things different with these plants. Once the soils dry probably gonna chop

Impresionante, mirad que flores se están formando aquí , Zambezaseeds si a echo un buen trabajo con estas candy caramelo version fast flowering.
6 semanas de floración y ya no queda casi para cosechar, Añadi esta semana overdrive y retire big bud de advanced nutrients.
Las flores no son muy grandes pero si se ven flores muy compactas y con mucha resina.
Ph controlado 6.2 , humedad entorno al 50% y temperatura media de 26.5 grados, que cara al verano no está mal.
Todas estas flores fueron logradas gracias a una buena iluminación (ts-600 mars hydro) y vaya resultados.
Estas semanas sigo actualizándoos todo , sin más novedades me despido, un saludo fumetillas y buenos humazooos 💨💨💨

Day 22: did nothing today 👌🏻
Day 23: looking good and watered again🌊. Watered with rain water, 1 ml/l Cal Mag, and 1 ml/l Green Sensation. Transplanted into a bigger Pot👌🏻
Day 25: looking good and watered again. Watered with rain water and 1ml/l Powerzyme, 1 ml/l Hesi Boost, 1 ml/l Cal Mag, 1 ml/l Bloom Complex and 1 ml/l Green Sensation. EC at 1.0 and a pH of 6.4.

Hi everyone !
Water change today, only tap water with adjusted PH.
leaves color is now light green and some leaves are dying. Buds are solid and the smell is awesome.
Last week of flush...Will harvest in the late week

6’-4” & 5’-8” as of today, 6’-0” average height.
These ladies are beautiful! Everyone who comes by the house just stops and stares when they get near my garden. So do I 👍🤣
I had to move some plants outdoors from my indoor grow due to losing the battle to high heat and humidity. Two are super close to harvest, one might get cut over the weekend. Feel free to comment and let me know what you would do. Thanks!

2 GIRLS IN 1 CUP:
This round I have decided to grow the BANANA KRUMBLE from GREENHOUSE SEEDS. It is a cross of Banana Punch with the original OG-Kush and said to have a very strong effect, which makes it a good medicine against my chronic backpain! In the catalogue description of Greenhouse it says the buds grow compact with big colas and get a purple coloration. Since I LOVE PURPLE VARIETIES OF CANNABIS I decided to give this strain a go. 😃
I planned on doing 4 plants in a SCROG (=screen of green) with longer veg time to train the plants into my trellies, but all 10 seeds germinated well and grew into healthy seedlings, so I decided to keep 8 instead of 4 plants and do 2 plants per pot --> hence the title of the diary: 2 GIRLS IN 1 CUP ... 😉😜
In my HOMEBOX Ambient R120 growtent I use four 20 liter pots filled with soil amended with BIO TABS nutrient tablets (3 tablets per 20 liter container plus 100 gram Startrex, 6 gram Mycotrex, 2 gram Bacterex) and watered it with Orgatrex (5 ml/liter water).
The Bio TABS nutrients are VERY CONVENIENT, after amending the soil I only need to give pure tab-water for the rest of the cycle, which saves me a lot of time. Since the soil is self-regulating with BIO TABS I als do NOT need to measure the ph- or EC-value of my water and adjust the ph-value. No mattter what, pure tab-water is all thats needed from now on...yiiippie.
During veg. (4 weeks after germination) I use two SANlight Q4W-Gen.2 LED lamps, which are dimmed to 40% (=no green light on dimmer ON) for the first to weeks and then increased to 60% (week 3) and then to 80% (week 4).
At the beginning of flowering I add one Q3WL-Gen.2 in the center of my tent and increase the dimming slowly from 40% to 80% over the next few week.
The spectrum and the light intensity of the SANlight LEDs are OUTSTANDING and PERFECT FOR GROWING CANNABIS!
Unfortunately I didnt take any pics before week 12, therefore I described the setup here.
Now in week 12 (=week 8 of flowering) all 8 plants have developed HUGE colas, which are GLISTENING with TRICHOMES and already show a BEAUTIFUL purple coloration. 😍 You can see an nice overview in the video above.
The plants have a sweet smell (like cinnamon with banana) with a gassy and fuelly undertone from the Kush...simply DELICIOUS!

7/29 (Day 42)- What a fun and exciting experience this has been so far. I’ve already learned so much and the ladies seem to be doing well. Handling all the defoliation and LST I have been doing and bouncing back in no time. The growing climate has been great and super steady the last week, I’m switching over to my bloom nutes Monday when I flush and clean. They are definitely stretching now and the back left plant seems loaded with bud sites. I’m going to do some research and watch more videos on using a trellis net, I have on ready to go but unsure if I’m going to attempt it or not.
7/30 (Day 43)- Did some more defoliation and leaf tucking today, just trying to keep the canopy open as much as possible, but its a never ending task. They are really starting to stretch though and the back right gal is a bit ahead of the others and its showing more and more. Tomorrow is flush day, and I'm going to be be switching to the bloom nutes. All environmental conditions have been steady at 78 degrees during day and around 71 at night and my humidity is around 60 and 55 RH for day and night. Water temp is 68 and ppm around 900 now.
7/31 (Day 44)- Changed out the water this morning and started the bloom nutrients. They drank all day and are up to drinking about 4 gallons a day. They are really starting to pack on the size as well. All conditions are staying very steady and no issues at this point, hoping to keep it that way from here on out. Fingers crossed.
8/1 (Day 45) - These gals just keep growing and growing. I did a bit of defoliating two days ago and it already looks like it needs it again. Im going to give them another day or so unless it looks like airflow and no light are able to get through, but I worry about constantly removing things. I will wait and see how things are looking tomorrow afternoon and decide then. Everything seems to be in check and running great.

This grow was so amazing!! The purple punch’s came out super sticky dense nugs, super frosty , an a huge smell of blueberry muffins! Super fun grow along with the Forbiddin Runtz definitely one of the sweetest berry smelling strains of ever grown, highly recommend everyone to try out the purple punch’s, you will be highly satisfied!! Stay tuned for next grow!!

Week 8:
What can I say about this lady?
The beefy colas are now gaining the resin that gives this strain it's name.
Super thick and dense.
I pulled lowers on the cola away from the stem to avoid the possibility of bud rot(see video)
It smells like honey and berries... maybe a touch of grape in there.
Super smooth smelling!! Can't wait to smoke it!!!!

Wow oh wow 🤩 to start I’ll say I’ve been very careful watching the feeds timing them almost perfectly! Also was a struggling week with humidity! Lucky I have my tricks to keep it down (no dehumidifier) 😊 I use air control 😉 (in the house) air control in the tent is perfect or next to perfect anyway! The aromas are continuously getting stronger and I am in for a treat! This time is my best time! It just shows! But every next time is my best time as I only get better at this!

Hola a todos!!
Esta semana he regado con fertilizantes (dia 52)
con 1 litro de agua y 1.5 ml de Top auto - top bloom -top candy
Ph 6.4 ec 600 y 1 litro solo de agua, manteniendo ambos valores de ec y ph respectivamente. Y al momento de drenar seguía alto el ph (7.8) y ec 980ppm.
El dia 55( ayer 07/10/25) volvi a regar pero no controle drenaje, regue con un ph más bajo 6.1 y ec 600ppm.
La planta esta bastante resinosa.😋😋😋.
En cuanto a su altura no creció más, solo se dedico a engordar los cogollos.

Day 64, 22nd of November 2021:
Hi there! Here we go..... so basically pistils are appearing stronger this is the 2nd weeks since they started producing pre flowers.
The plants getting a bit light might be some air circulation problem? However they look good and of course closer to the end the gettin' older so the leaves also die.
Set up and timing is the same since flower season started.
ViparSpectra XS2000 is on full power which is 240W so 100% capacity.
Ventilation: 12 hours period when the lamp is on it switches 1 hour on and after one hour off mostly to keep the temperature and of course because of fresh air flow. When the lamp is off it switches on in every 2 hours for 15 min at the same time with the extraction fan.
The extraction fan is on 12 hours when the lamp is, and then it switches on in every 2 hours for 30 min.
That's all a bit more water for them from today also. Humidity quite the same approx 50%, temperature as well approx 26-27 Celsius.
Fertilization remains the same since last week, the BioBizz family raised up to be 2ml/L each so it is like 2ml/L of BioGrow, 2ml/L of BioBloom, 2ml/L of TopMax... see the ratio above.
The schedule of the fertilization has not changed happnes 2x a week except epsom salt just 1x a week.
