They made excellent progress this week, they grew a lot and slowly started to spread. This strain absolutely does not mind the heat, so it seems to me that it even likes it. This strain is simply a champion. I don't know why this strain hasn't won a cup, honestly, maybe Barney didn't exhibit it in the cups, but all the recommendations to Barney to force this strain in the cups because it has the potential to win some because this strain is better than most of the champions I smoked, and it's a real treat to grow, and certainly one of the easier strains to grow that I've grown, so I would like this strain to win a cup one day. :D It started raining today and it will be like that for the next few days, storms are also expected and cooling is expected, and in the next 10 days the weather will be much more normal and if this strain doesn't care, but literally. Today I added another layer of netting to this row and pulled the tops through because of these coming storms, and I will add another layer these days to grow through it(it will be in the next update). Temperatures in the shade 45, sometimes more, in the sun 60+, the forecast says 38 C lol Stay High and Keep Growing!!!

The watermelons are around one and a half week in flowering an they stretched a lot more than the fat banana, this is obviously a personal experience, but let see, at the moment we have quite some bud sites around the plant and she's nice and green

1/23/23 Well everything’s in flower now so I’m changing the journal to flower in the perpetual garden. Added humidifier. I top dressed everything w buildasoil top dress and build a bloom. Watering everything w the Q watering agent as well. It’s all taking off beautifully. I tossed a buncha lady bugs in there to help w the thrips. Also got spinosad but not sure if I can use it now with the lady bugs. We’ll see how it goes this week. Mandarin cookie Doing well, bushing out and up more. Stopped lst bc it’s getting very bushy and I need to defoliate. But waiting until there’s more stretch bc it’s a small little bush and I don’t want to take away too many fan leaves bc they have thrips. Would rather allow for more light to be absorbed. Head knock Looking like the best one after it was the safest! So much flower so many trichs. Fan leaves are all sorts of colors. It’s really poppin off. I defóliate da but so the lower flowers could pop through and they’re really colorful. I’d grow this guy again for sure. Might actually see it there are anymore clones avail. Headknock 2 We got big in veg. Defoliated a bit and got it to a great place before moving to flower tent. But ultimately I’m ready to flip it even if it’s kinda smaller than I’d want. Probably need a stronger light in veg tent to keep them up to par when moving to flower. Pre bloomed and moved to flower. Haven’t seen any trichs but it’s only been in flower since Sunday. Secret scone Finally looking like it’s supposed to with happy buds and flowers coming along. Thrips really. Did some damage to this guy and he went thru it with all the mishaps since September. Finally looking good. Sabowaka Tepremental little bitch. Starting to show trichs. Gave it too much water and it was sitting next to humidifier tube so old growth was not looking too hot. Cutting back in water bc he wonders drink fast enough. As Barnyard apples Got massive in veg just like headknock. Really happy with it and can’t wait to see how it flowers over the next month.

Medium: 🥥🥥🥥🥥 Coco remains as the most manageable medium in our arsenal. It’s simplistic, similar to conventional soil but as a nutrient neutral medium, it’s also much more tailored to the growers preferences in terms of feeding. It’s best attribute is excellent drainage and consistency - a lot fluffier than soil which definitely translates to faster growth rates. It’s a damn shame that this particular grower forgot the cardinal f$&@king rule when it comes to any grow - always water to run off and pay attention to the strength of the feed in relation to the plants growth stage. If we had followed these basic principles we wouldn’t have run into the serious late stage burn that almost toasted the whole plant. On the flip side of that, coco flushes out incredibly well and if not for this attribute, the whole grow would’ve been an unmitigated disaster. Method 🎚️🎚️🎚️🎚️ Uggghhh - hindsight f$&@‘n sucks sometimes. Best descriptor for how we grew this girl - imagine having the dinner table set with your finest china, a bottle of the most expensive red wine you can find, a brand new top-o-the-line BBQ, and then burning the absolute f$&k out of a $40 prime rib. That’s exactly how this grow feels... We were looking to scrog it the whole time and this went perfectly. The plant helped quite a bit with longer than expected internodal spacing. This allowed for a really even canopy/bed of buds. Again though, the vipar 450w (truly a 200w~) shit the bed mid veg. And we needed a replacement. Went with a 100w SpiderFarmer QB. While I truly am pleased with the purchase I do believe that we should’ve upp’d to the 200w model (or 2, 100w models) to achieve a similar output and result - @silverback_guerilla was right on point with the lighting advice (*again). Given the reduced yield it just feels like the nodal spacing and overall bud quality may have suffered with the reduced power. This, despite the better light spectrum and overall coverage in general. As an aside - an additional Fixture is now on the way😉👍. Worst part about this is we’ll never really know what the true limiting factor actually was due to the nute burning. Probably the single most stupid, rook mistake I could’ve made was not watering to runoff.... just too much shit going down in the world (and in life) these days and I started to treat the grow like it was on auto pilot🤬🤬🤬. The whole worlds a cluster f$&k right now so why should the grow be any different right? 4/5 for the method, losing1 point because the grower is a lazy moron. Yield/Harvest🌴 The final numbers are better than expected, 2.26oz of usable bud. Not overly fluffy and not overly dense. Not glazed in frost but not without a little shimmer. All around mediocre unfortunately. What it coulda? Shoulda? Woulda been??? Note sure 🤔 but we’ll take it👍. On a more positive note - There was still another new addition to our grow cycle. This time on the back end. Everyone knows that trimming just plain sucks. When we’re spitt’n out 3-4 plants every few months, the exercise is a dreaded necessity if were gonna maintain the vast array of choice that we’re used to🤙👌. The whole process just for one plant can take hours unless you have help. We prefer to wet trim too so for those that don’t require a commercial size trimmer, the only option to save some time is a trim bowl. We bit the bullet, dropped the cash on one - have NOT been disappointed at all! Not only did it cut the chop process from 2-3 hours down to a mere 45 minutes, the buds literally came out rack ready. There was no need to do any touch up trimming and the bud photos you see are as-is, right out the bowl🤩. Really coulda used this last fall and I would recommend this to anyone who chops more than a handful of plants per year. Just awesome and worth every penny!👌🤙👍 At times like these, we should all just be thankful that we still have both the opportunity and ability to grow our own✌️. A clone is obtained, in infancy constantly surviving the drought. Water were drunk its neighbours. What can I say - this is what you need to report to growdiaries! Of the known, only that genetics ... well, very strong! Likes moderate feeding and plenty of space for their territory-grabbing activities... Well, let's start feeding from the 3rd week of vegetative, transplanting to 25l volume, and...and folding the whole length into an "O" shaped format - something that you can see in the next week's report in the video demonstration!

Ok so finally decided to move the girls into the flower tent so switched to 12/12 also flowering under a 315watt cdm 3k bulb the new cdm light is doing wonders for the girls

Things are looking great, I've put them under the LED this week so they can get used to it... and to get a better video quality :D I'm mostly hand watering at the moment one time a day.

Was showing signs of nutrient lockout so decided to start flushing process.. amazing smell but this will be the last ever diary of disco biscuits as she has outstayed her welcome. Not as fat as I’d like her to be but still 2 weeks remaining before chop.

This ladies got pretty big for real, hands down the biggest autos I've ever had grown in 7l pots, excellent performance, and the flowers start to stink really strong, there is one pheno which is more developed than the other 2 phenos but the 3 have developed really good and they are producing a lot of sticky and stinky trichomes! Let's see how this will end up! Can't wait 🤤

No purple yet, maybe never. But still beautiful and smelling very good. Very good harvest coming. Buds getting fat. Given that the soil is organic with a wide variety of amendments I decided not to keep fertilizing with liquid fertilizer.

Did LST and topped Pheno 1 & 2, 3 is too funky to mess with. I think PH was just my issue and possible too high intensity light as I lowered to 60%, but also brought my PH to 6.5 so I'm guessing that helped too.

The weather is really bad for her flowering stage. All these rains may push me to an esrly harvest. I will have to clear up the land and setup a greenhouse with solar-powered fans for the humidity.
