if u wanna skip details just read the CAP LETTERS day 29 - januari 2 waterleaves from under the stems got cut off, also trimmed the lowest branches because the leaves were getting too big the soil plant has gotten no trim or cuts at all day 31 the ph of the res was 5.3 i changed water , roots look brown, not rotten or slimy just brown. day 32 the hydro plant gets healthy growth after the water change. ph is still too low (5.5) im waiting for my *PH up* i ordered online. never tought i would need it lol. she goes well on 5.5 but not enough calmag is absorbed like it does on 6.2 The pictures of day 32 display the difference is very big in the stems, the soil plant only got topped while the hydro plant had already a litle trim on the lowest branches and the branches above (in the midle of the bush where i topped them) so she got more stress and still is bigger then the soil. day 33 i got no ph up (for now yikes) sooooo i took 8 liters out of the res and replaced it with pure rainwater and 170 ppm calmag in it without nutrients to keep the acid level a bit higher. it worked as u can see in the final pictures the plant gets new growth a bit faster. ph up should be here by end of the week. day 35: plant start to stretch finnally, while i was doing LST later in the evening one of the top stems just snapped off completely OOOPS 😆. theres still a lot of branching going on and a nice bush she will recover very fast from this loss as i summoned the Cannabis Gods into my room as the planets lined up and perfected my PH up to 6 by adding the purest rainwater from the universe the roots cleaned themselves back to pearlwhite and started absorbing the nutes faster then ever. in all silence i knew this was my destiny and the stems grew so fast i could hear them grow. the whole experience was too much as i collapsed to the ground and stood up left the room and knew... i would never see these ph and calmag problems ever again and went down the stairs with my new powers THE PLANTS BOTH GOT GERMINATED ON SAME DATE. BOTH GOT TOPPED ON SAME NODE. I WAS FORCED TO TRIM 4 BRANCHES OF THE HYDROPLANT BECAUS IS WAS BLOCKING TOO MUCH LIGHT I ALSO CUT OFF THE 4 BIGGEST WATERLEAVES ON THE MAIN STEM. THE SOILPLANT DID NOT NEED ANY TRIMS AS SHE IS NOT GROWING AT AN INSANE SPEED, HOWEVER THE SOIL PLANT LOOKS HEALTHIER AND BIGGER BECAUSE THE FANLEAVES ARE STILL THERE. IF U WATCH THE STEMS IN THE PICTURES OF DAY 32 U CAN CLEARLY SEE THE HYDRO IS WAY BIGGER. I NEED TO CORRECT MY PH SO SHE ABSORBS MORE CALCIUM MAGNESIUM FOR EXPLOSIVE GROWTH.

Day 69: Watered each plant with 1.5L with nuts 1379 ppm, 2951us/cm, 2.9 EC (1 purple punch, wedding Cheesecake) 1391 ppm, 2959 us/cm, 2.9 EC (gorilla cookies) 1L 319 ppm, 678 us/cm 0.6 EC (3 strawberry banana and 2 purple punch) (2L each) 3 different feedings for the 10 plants Still flushing all the strawberry banana and 2 purple punch with flawless finisher, 2ml per L. (1st week flawless finisher, 2L each, 2nd week clear water, 150L each pH tap water) Day 71: I've been struggling with the humidity, always around 70%, I can't turn the lights off at the moment. I lost one of the main fans during 2 days, and I found mold on all the tops on one purple punch and on the smaller strawberry banana as well. First timing having this issue! High humidity plus not enough air circulation equals this. Mistakes happen for a reason. Need to start rethinking my whole air circulation, exaustor, fans, etc etc. I removed the infected buds, I used a magnified glass to help me do the job better. I did everything like the book. Already have 3 fans on the tent, let's see how it goes. Day 75: Watered each plant with 1.5L with nuts 290 ppm, 617 us/cm 0.6 EC (3 strawberry banana, 3 purple punch and 3 wedding Cheesecake) (2L each) Day 77: Watered each plant with 1.5L with nuts 1811 ppm, 3810 us/cm, 3.8 EC (gorilla cookies) 253 ppm, 538 us/cm 0.5 EC (3 strawberry banana, 3 purple punch and 3 wedding Cheesecake) (2L each) Still flushing... Just did some pruning of the lower level leaves that were yellowing or about to fall off. Found one of those pesky army worms 🐛 on one of the ladies growing in a 1 gallon pot, wasted no time putting an end to his career as a cannabis connoisseur ☠️ ⚰️. Other than that everything's as normal as can be I guess.

I’m actually Super happy they sprouted on the 1st it just makes keeping track of what day your on so much smoother l think, but I think one was having a hard time getting the shell Off so I helped just I tiny bit!

The aroma of wood and lemon is over whelming as I did a light defoliation during the start of the week, this will aid in finishing up the lower bud sites.. Super close to harvest now but she is still throwing out fresh white hairs so I know there's some fattening up to do. Counting these last fleeting days can always feel so taxing don't you agree? Anxiously awaiting harvest time now, patience in all good things. 💪

Started noticing nute burn on the tips of my leaves this week which have slightly worsened since, I feel this may have been an oversight in adding DRAGON FORCE alittle earlier than recommended. Have corrected the nute regime this week and fingers crossed she perks up. Buds are still growing pungent and sticky so no real major concerns.

Week 5 flower : upped the a&b to 2.5ml litre and steered the pk at 1.2ml per litre Blue cheese : they have completely outgrown the sunset sherbet . I’ve raised the light as the buds at the back of the tent were literally 1” away it didn’t do much harm although the leaves on them buds started to curl a little so I thought best to raise it now before it causes any stress . I’m still watering everyday to run off . I removed a few fan leaves but I am considering doing a bigger defoliation in a few days as the fan leaves have taken over . They are really starting to smell very sweet and filling out .I was worried about these seeds as I have grown Buddha blue cheese about 10 years ago and now they have changed the name to blueberry cheese and I was told they will be different from 10 years ago . So far I don’t think so as they look the same and smell the same at this point I can’t see any difference which I’m happy about as I haven’t had any good blue cheese for many many years .although they smell the filter is definitely controlling the smell outside the tent . Sunset sherbet : although it hasn’t grow very big it’s very frosty and starting to smell . I will carry on the pk for another 3-7 days and will start the flush about 6 1/2 weeks in for 2 weeks with plain water I will also defoliate about in a few days

Another week has flown by! The girls are doing great, cruise control this week as I have just been monitoring RH and temps. Trying to keep them as low as possible, I’ve been getting as low as 74 during the day and 68 at night. I finally took a look a look at the trichomes with my jewellers loop, lots of cloudy, and a few amber around the leaves and top colas, but still lot’s of clear trichomes. I’ve ordered myself a wireless/usb digital microscope to assist with the process, and looks like it will be here just in time to determine harvest day. 😎🎄 I started by eliminating the nutrients at the beginning of the week. I typically allow for 3-4 pure water feeds before I harvest, and at the rate they have been drinking, this should be enough to get through the 7-12 days they have before harvest. I don’t flush, but rather “rinse” with normal water amounts, allowing the plant to use up the remaining nutrients in the soil. This also allows me to recover most of the soil from my grows and reuse ♻️ with other soil mix. There has been great debate and a great deal of bro science out there for many years, but the recent studies suggest there is no difference in end result when it comes to flushing or using nutrients right until the end, if a proper dry and cure is performed. Took 2/3 plants down. Tried flushing but I used mostly organic slow release nutes, so the leaves didn't yellow much. Still letting the last girl finish up for a few days, her flowering got stalled... Took her top kola off so the under branches could get some more light and finish up. She's gonna be a larfpile but she smells good. The smallest girl turned out to be the thicccest... will update with full harvest soon ✌️
