Another demanding week for these ladies but they have reached a milestone. Week 8, and my custom fit SCROG has been installed! ❤️ At Day 50 I separated my 7 gallon girls and my 5 gallon girl. Once done, I began the very easy process of adding my “floating” SCROG. I use ratchet straps, just like the ones that come with lights to secure the four corners of the screen to the top of my tent. This allows me to adjust the screen height as necessary when 1) first installing and 2) once the full stretch of flower has occurred, I can tweak it a bit to balance the canopy as best as possible. It’s not 100%, I still get some over achievers, but I find it useful as another option. I like to do a major defoliation before I set the ladies in. Typically till this time, I have done almost no defoliation, just LST and some HST techniques. I adjusted the ladies placement to allow growth out all sides of the screen, set the screen height and began tucking and bending. The defoliation and bending allows light to penetrate all those side shoots that would have amounted to nothing, and they become top shoots as they grow up and form an even canopy. I don’t like to weave, it can damage the new shoots and cause growth problems, but the goal is to get as even a coverage as you can while allowing for plant growth in all directions. Once complete, I will give the girls about a week to recover and grow those new shoots. I like to have about 80% coverage of the screen, before I change my light cycles to flower 12/12… and if they are healthy and strong. I’ll decide this weekend if it is time ❤️👊🇨🇦😎 Happy Gardening!

Beginning of week 10. At the point now, where I really need to start checking trichomes more closely. Some branches are clearly weeks behind, so I will be doing partial harvests. Planning on chopping the first part in a few days. (About 15% of one plant that was always ahead of the others). On day 65, I partially harvested one of the plants, I would have liked to wait longer but these were clearly done. Still most of the plant remains, will see how she responds! A few days later now. The now exposed buds from the partially harvested plant are loving all the new light, very glad I used this method. Nothing notable otherwise, all the rest are just packing on more weight by the day

SATURDAY 8/25: I prepped WW#2 for slaughter..one more good flush and a haircut. She'll have one more day in the sun, then it's a dark day and the axe. She's got a few resin leaks that I can't quite get a good picture of..looks like a drop of oil oozing out of a calyx. Makes my mouth water... Seedlings are doing well. I transplanted two of them into tall 5 gal pots and they are doing fine. EM#2 will get another nutrient douche along with EM#3 and both Candy Canes tomorrow. I'm thinking that might also be CC#1's last taste of nutes. An interesting thing about CC#2 is that while her trichromes are pretty much all cloudy and/or amber, the majority of her stigmas aren't withered...I haven't seen that before, but I've never really grown any indica genetics before this grow. CC#1 is delightfully redhaired. I jarred up WW#1 into 3 x quart jars, EM#4 into 4 x quart jars, and EM#1 into 4 pint jars (barely). Bought more quart jars later today and will rejar EM#1 tomorrow SUNDAY: I did the harvest report on WW#1, EM#1, and EM#4 today. EM#4 is now is 3 x quart jars. I harvested WW#2 today...yowsa! (see pics) I mixed up a batch of nutes for EM#3, but after a close look at everybody, I decided to start flushing CC#1, CC#2..they are both suddenly ready. 15-20% amber trichromes. They'll get a few more days in the sun before meeting their maker. I flushed EM#2 again. I'm gonna harvest her tomorrow. She's at about 25% amber trichs today! Really oozing the good stuff.. MONDAY: (queue Metallica's 'Harvester of Sorrow'..) WW#2 got the axe today and thoroughly saturated the air with her odoriferous emanations. A wondrous bouquet! The big tent is getting empty, so I rearranged the remaining girls for optimized PAR and spectra. I really need those seedlings and clones to hurry the phuk up. WW#2 is drying nice and slow in the top basket and EM#2 is now right below her in the second basket. CC#1 will be in the basket below them tomorrow...she's ready. CC#2 will also be drying in the next day or two after that. That will leave EM#3 (Bush Bitch) as the last remaining original member of this crop. Besides her, there's the Pineapple Express gift from my other diary and that's it for my bloomers. As I said before, I sure wish I had taken the fine print more seriously and believed that they'd really finish so quickly. I should have started these seedlings at least 2 weeks earlier... TUESDAY: I harvested both CC's today. They couldn't be more ripe. 68 days from seed...impressive. I just wish they had packed on a little more size in the first few weeks so that these super-sugary buds were bigger. This stuff is far more sticky and stiNky than the WW or the EM, but I'll be lucky to get 2 ounces from each of them. When you factor that in with the fact that I only got 3 of 7 to grow (one in current batch of seedlings), the taste/effect will have to be completely off the charts for me to even consider ever ordering any more of them. WEDNESDAY: I recharged 50gals of soil and have it cooking up now I gave Bush Bitch some water and will give her nutes on Friday. THURSDAY: The video I added today is the total harvested bud for this grow, minus EM#3/Bush Bitch...I'm betting she'll be 4 quart jars by herself. From right to left, it's: 3 x 1-quart jars of EM#4, 2 x 1-quart jars of EM#1, the 2 purple lidded 1-quart jars are CC#1, and the tall 2-quart jar between them is CC#2...the two red lidded 1-quart jars are WW#1, the 2.5 gallon jar is WW#2, and the 1.5 gal jar is EM#2. WW#2 was dry and went into 3 x 1-quart jars. She weighed 90g..not too bad. EM#2 is still in the biggest jar with the lid off and some bovedas. CC#1 was about 70% dry so I put it into a big jar with some bovedas and the lid open, branches intact. CC#2 was mostly dry except for her main cola. She went into a big jar after the photo shoot with the lid off and some bovedas. I feel so stupid..I had my diary listed with "published wattage" rather than actual draw wattage. Que pasa familia, vamos con la novena semana de floración de estas Papayton feminizadas de fastbuds. Vamos al lío, el ph se controla en 6.2 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 25/21 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. El ciclo de floración puse 12h de luz, el foco está al 100% de potencia. Va madurando y marcándose unos aromas bastante dulces y afrutados. It’s been a busy few weeks! Harvested 2 of my Bruce banner autos. Also everyone is in full on flowering and dang my blueberry takes a lot of work! She’s my biggest plants by far at 56” y’all and 58” wide with being LST’d. She drinks 2 gallons a day. My purple punch autos are doing great as well, my giant is in full on flowering and stacking! My other one has been in flower and should be done in a few weeks. The other autos, blueberry auto and Bruce banner auto are all in flower too and doing great. After this grow I will be starting my first indoor grow and that will be a whole nother learning experience. Welp time to go water my girls. Let’s kick ass this week and get the fuck after it!!👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼

Another smooth week as the girls continue to do their thing, buds keep stacking up & putting on size. NL & DD-OG have some super solid, dense, sticky & Big buds. GG has done really well this grow, really bushy produced heaps of branches. Only problem with this strain is the thin weak branches can't support much weight & as buds get bigger the branch just falls over, I super cropped a few branches as they were over 3 + foot high & were hitting the light, this helped to strengthen the branch others bent over & grew horizontal, like they were in a scrog, which it would be perfect for. GG is getting some nice nugs, different to the NL & DD-OG not as dense , grow a little different but some nice super sticky buds😀👍

Más allá de las marcas de "excesos" en las hojitas( aunque está no tanto como las demás variedades), q no se x q x q no me paso y a pesar de que podría estar más altas y anchas ( fallo mío) la planta está DPM..🔥⚡🤯😱 está y se la ve compactada y tanto está como las demás, se las nota que pesan, que prometen y que yo no subestimaria x su altura, están muy bien y ya en la etapa casi final... Ya no les queda mucho, en verdad el calendario marca que ya está en etapa final, pero les falta aún más días, disfruten del paisaje que en breve se nos va 🙏🏻🙌🏻💪🏻💪🏻😎⚕️ 🇦🇷🤝🏻🇪🇦

Getting very close to the end now, lowering my night temps has definatley made the buds more dense, will be feeding her nutrients this week and start the flush from next week, unfortunately I’ve just realised the water pump was the case for my reservoir to be heating up, so I’ve probably messed up it’s nutrient intake, so my next runtz muffin run will most probably be a lot better

Zoap is growing up nice, she had a little discolored roots but still white might have been from being in the little starter pot for a few extra days too long. But she is doing good gave it a nice dusting of mycorrhizae. Till next time growmies ✌️07/17/23
