Black Muffin Harvest Report The Black Muffin Monster really impressed me. She grew into a beautiful and strong plant with dense, resinous buds and an amazing aroma. Unfortunately, I suspect she developed a fungal infection, probably Fusarium, which forced me to remove about four side branches. Still, the rest of the plant stayed healthy and finished strong. Overall, I’m very happy with the results and excited to see how she turns out after drying and curing. It was a great experience despite the challenges.

Adding SLF 100 and Calmag to feeding. Although everything seems good, I'm going from tap to RO to have maximum control over my PPMs or TDS. Buds are really developing nice and she is still stretching. I appreciate any suggestions. ( Running CalMag, Photosynthesis Plus, and SLF 100)

The smell is really strong now she doesnt put on more weight She got flushed 5 days ago and will be harvested in 5 days. EC 0.6 only ripen PH 6.2

I put them to germinate on 03/09, and on 05/09 they were already in the pots. They don't have a defined breed, the weed was good, let's try. I'll use 5 seeds, but 10 of 11 germinated. 12/12 from seed 2 on organic pots 3 on inert pots

6/18/22 Today starts week 5, and the beginning of the mid-bloom nutrients, step 3. Jackie has had a little explosion in growth the last few days, and is now standing 16 inches tall. She is currently positioned 14 inches below the light at 100% power. She took half a gallon of water mixed with the following nutrients: CALiMAGic - 2 ml FloraMicro - 4.7 ml FloraGro - 3.8 ml FloraBloom - 8.5 ml Floralicious Plus - 2 ml Liquid KoolBloom - 2 ml The pH was 6.2, and was not adjusted. She had plenty of runoff with a pH of 6.0. The tent temperature was 86.9F, and humidity was 40%. Jackie is doing wonderful, and her small size is growing on me when all of her tent mates are giants! Happy growing everyone! 6/20/22 Jackie is doing awesome! She’s grown another 2 inches in just 2 days! She’s now 18 inches tall. I made a video log today, and I believe that I mistakenly said she is 19 inches, but I was incorrect. She’s 18 inches tall. No biggie, but I do like to be precise. I defoliated her today, taking most of her larger leaves off to open more space for light to get to all her buds. This little auto is starting to grow on me with the ease of growing that she provides. She’s small, but still looks like she’s going to produce a decent amount of bud. I’m still using the same level of nutrients as the previous note, so I’m not going to repeat them here. The initial pH was 6.2, and was not adjusted. Runoff was sufficient, and the pH was 6.1. The tent temperature was 84.2F, and the humidity was 52%. Things are going well in my grow room, and I hope the same for all of you. Happy growing everyone! 6/23/22 Despite my not giving her any attention for 2 days, Jackie is continuing to grow and develop her buds into pure goodness. At least I hope it’s pure goodness! She’s a new cultivar for me, and I’m looking forward to getting acquainted with her soon. Jackie has grown another 1.5 inches in the last 3 days, and is now 19.5 inches tall. When I attempted to defoliate her I guess I got too close to the main vein and killed the 8th branch, shitty. 7 tops it is The only video for all my diaries, don't have the time to wait for it to upload the video to every diary. Pretty disappointed in my strawberry but maybe she just wasn't the gal for me. She has one branch that never fully recovered from defoliating her. I'll try again next grow but maybe super-cropping and topping her is a better training route. I'm excited and kind of worried to see what kind of colas I get from a 9 week old plant plant with only 2 nodes on each branch. Please stretch...

10/10/2022 - 64 days since my little girl sprouted from seeds🌱 Fifth week of flowering for my Bruce Lemon Diesel 🍋⛽🌻 Nutrients: Jungle Indabox - this week I keep serving and adding Jungle Indabox Environ X - bud stimulator 🌼🌸🌼 Advanced Nutrients - Big Bud - I canceled the bud stimulator mix and stayed with Jungle Indabox because the girls got a little burnt, the classic brown color appeared on the tips of the leaves 🍃🍂 I stuck with Bud Candy, all my girls need plenty of carbs 🍭🍭 Atami - ATA Calmag - when growing under LED lights it is recommended to use Calmag and Atami is an excellent brand Training: With Orange Sherbet, I didn't do as much defoliation as with BCN, it wasn't necessary, I mainly cut off the large leaves that shade the light 🍃🍃 LST: some of the strings I used to attach the twigs to the edge of the flower pot loosened, so I had to re-tie them 🌴🌴 Light: Believe - the best light of sponsor Mars Hydro TS 1000 💡💡 In general: The plant is strong, manages nutrients well, absorbs as needed. The buds form along the entire length of the branches, they are dense and it is already clear that there will be many of them. She toppled over last night and needed some help to stand up straight. The timelapse video doesn't show it (that was another strain the same thing happened to a few days ago) but the pics do. Other than that she's progressing nicely. Hope you all enjoy my first attempt at a 1 week timelapse. An Tag 70 geerntet und im ganzen getrocknet. Die Budstruktur ist wie schon erwähnt, eigenartig. Zwischenzeitig erinnerte sie mich an Dr. Grinspoon in Purple. Der Geruch ist phänomenal und das Ergebnis ist auch respektabel.

Nice plants

This was an interesting harvest. Everything was going great and the buds/trichomes were still piling on, when suddenly almost overnight plant "C" shifted to about 20% amber trichomes. So I harvested it, and because the other plant wasn't ready yet I decided to try water curing the first one for 7 days. Then at the end of the 7 days, I figured I'd hack down plant "D" and dry them both on the racks in the tent at the same time before moving into jars. The water curing was a huge success! After the first day, the water was cloudy with a slight green tinge. Second day was about the same. Then the water was just a little cloudy each change, no green tinge. Compare it to the diary I just opened around water re-curing some cannabis I bought from the government store, where the water is diarrhea brown :O On day 7 of my water cure, the water was perfectly clear so I decided to hack down plant "D" and get them both drying on racks in the tent together. While water-curing plant "C", I had its trim sitting in a bowl in the freezer. When I hacked down plant "D", I put its trim in the same bowl. After my typical wet-trimming, I hung up Plant "C"'s water-cured buds on the top rack, plant "D"'s buds on the 2nd rack for an old fashioned cure, and random trim from both plants spread out on the bottom 2 racks. The water-cured buds dried within about 24 hours and went into a jar with a 58% humidipack. The buds are SUPER dense and potent! Nice clean high, doesn't kill my throat. The downside is that the taste is really weak and not that great. But everything has pros and cons. Almost no trichome loss in the bucket during the water curing as well -- I was really worried about that! The other buds dried in about 36 hours and went into a jar with a 58% humidipack, where I burped it many times a day for a week. The smell and flavour are much more potent than the water-cured bud and it's a little harsher on my throat, but otherwise I'm not sure there's a detectable difference. However, you can SEE there's a sharp visual difference between the water-cured buds and the jar-cured :) Of course the jar-cured will mature more with time as well. Once the trim was completely dry, I put it in a bag in the deep freezer and dropped it to about -20. I didn't need to use a grinder this way -- I could just mash it all up in the bag with extreme ease! Sifted it through the kief screen, and pressed down 17 grams of lazy-man's hash! After processing the trim through the kief screen, I decarbed in the oven at 200F for 1 hour (this converts THC-A into THC or something to that effect -- if you don't do this, the edibles won't get you very high). I put the trim into a big mason jar and back into the freezer along with my bottle of Everclear. Once they dropped somewhere down around -20, I poured in the Everclear, put the lid on, and shook as hard as I could, as often as I could, for 5 minutes or so. I noticed that as I shook it around, the contents inside would alternate between solid and liquid which was kinda cool :) Shake it one way and it freezes, shake it the other way and it thaws... or something to that effect, anyway. I was able to use a double-coffee-filter to extract about 2 cups of dragon tincture! I threw everything in the coffee filter out -- next time I'm going to do a better job of it as there's a little pile of trichomes that forms at the bottom of the filter which I could put to use. Once I get that down next harvest, I'll have around 99% efficiency milking every last drop out of my harvests! White chocolate is so yummy, as are candy canes... I wanted to combine the two to make some edibles. Looking around for candy cane crush, I decided to check out Amazon. They had the same candy cane crush I was looking at from popular stores, for only a couple dollars more, so I figured sure why not have it delivered. I was planning to get some white Baker's chocolate, but on checkout of the candy cane crush I got a deal for adding on white chocolate Lindt bars for $1.25 a piece LOL! So I bought 10 of those. When the Amazon package arrived, I slowly boiled down 1/2 cup of my dragon tincture in a pot, then used a double-boiler setup to melt down 4 of the Lindt bars in the same pot. Once it was mixed well with the hash oil, I set it aside to cool for about 3 minutes before stirring in 1/8 cup of candy cane crush (plus I ended up adding maybe like a tablespoon more), pouring into a pan lined with parchment paper, and putting in the freezer for 30 minutes. So now I have a nice big chunk of white chocolate candy cane crunch stuff where a piece the size of my thumb gets me super high for like 8+ hours; 17 grams of lazy-man's hash; and 88 grams of bud :) And still enough dragon tincture left over to make 3 more rounds of edibles -- not sure what I'll make next! From now on I'm going to water cure a large portion of all my buds -- not just the ones I grow myself, but ones I buy from the Gummint too!

She's chugging along this week. A few more tirchomes on show and the buds have swelled noticeably. Had to add some scaffolding to support some stems.... On she goes........

Bisher läuft es glaube recht gut … Die kleinen wachsen brav … Habe mal 2 weitere Nutrients hinzugefügt und Versuche den VPD Wert irgendwie konstant zuhalten 🙈👍 Dank 4 Blumat Classic pro Topf reicht ab und zu bisschen sprühen aus dem Befeuchter… heute das erste mal die kleine Pflanze abgedeckt und ganz leicht von oben die trockene Erde mit den neuen Nutrients zusätzlich befeuchtet. Mal schauen was sie so bewirken …

4 weeks flower and half way done now! i took off some leafs that where touching buds to prevent mold, beside that pretty much straight up watering and waiting she looks a little diffrent on some of the pics because of the light i used, hope you dont mind the better lighting and some other perspectives to look at her 😏 day 3 - yesterday i chopped up a banana and put it into boiling water and let it sit for about 8 hours. now i use the extract as fertilizer just because i want to try it out for my next grow, the amnesia haze wich will be outdoors on the balcony. I use 400ml tab water for 100ml of the banana extract to feed her just for once now. maybe if she likes it i give her a little more. i think it might be a great natural addition to the organic fertilizer i am useing
