77 days, for some reason, the girl is growing without me :( the vacation was unexpectedly long, I only managed to get these photos, I'll be back to see them next week on Tuesday, I think it might be harvest day :).

Hi all, My second week posting on here. Just to confirm that the plants are in London, in a basement. 38 plants in a room approximately 4 meters my 3 meter. It’s been a busy one! Lots of jobs done, tho not sure if I’m getting things right... if you’d like to comment please feel welcome to make suggestions, or call me and my ideas stupid lol SATURDAY At the start of the week I started pruning the plants. I removed all buds, leafs and non-main branches from the bottom 20% of the plants. MONDAY After giving the plants a couple of days to recover and so I was sure my pruning didn’t have a negative affect I started removing small buds and all of the older fan leafs from the rest of the plants I started a different watering routine today after learning that the humidity was too high. It was between 65-85. Cropping a lot of the leafs off the plants helped, so did installing fans to suck air in from outside. Also I stopped leaving buckets of water in the grow rooms. Yesterday I did not water the plants at all. So this morning they were all very dry, but looks good too. Today they had a lot to drink. Added more circulation fans too. Anyway, managed to get the humidity to 40 when lights on, and up to 60 when off. Still working on bring it down to below 50 at night. WEDNESDAY Finished pruning today. With half the plants I took off 65% of the leafs, stems and buds, leaving only the bigger bud areas and sugar leafs, plus a few fan leafs.

Blütewoche 8 – King Juice kurz vorm großen Finale Zeitraum: 10. Juli bis 17. Juli Blütetag: 49 bis 56 Blütewoche 8 ist durch und langsam wird's ernst. Die King Juice steuert ganz klar auf die Zielgerade zu. Ich hab diese Woche nicht viel verändert. Ganz entspannt gegossen. Temperatur und Luftfeuchtigkeit kontrolliert. Der Wert lag zwischen 50 und 64 %, also alles im grünen Bereich. Einmal hab ich leicht entlaubt, damit die Luft besser zwischen den Buds zirkulieren kann. Zusätzlich hab ich noch einen Mini-Luftentfeuchter in die Box gestellt. Nicht das die Luftfeuchtigkeit doch nochmal höher wird als gewünscht. Gegen Ende der Woche gab’s dann nochmal eine ordentliche Ladung Wasser, insgesamt 8 Liter und auch die Würmchen haben was zu knabbern bekommen. Die Buds reifen weiter aus, und unter dem Mikroskop sieht man schon was. Einzelne Trichome verfärben sich von klar zu milchig und zum Teil schon leicht bernsteinfarben. Es ist noch dezent, aber der Prozess ist ganz klar im Gange. Ich schätze, eine Woche braucht sie noch, um richtig fertig zu werden. Wenn alles so weiterläuft, wird nächsten Donnerstag geerntet. Ich werde das natürlich noch ein paar Tage weiter beobachten und mich dann endgültig entscheiden aber mein Gefühl sagt, nächste Woche ist es so weit. Die Buds sind der Wahnsinn, richtig schön fett, kompakt, steinhart und voll mit Harz. Sie glitzern, kleben wie Sau und verströmen einen unfassbar fruchtig-süßen Duft 😍 Und was auch cool ist, ein paar Blätter haben sich leicht ins Lilane verfärbt, nicht ganz so stark wie bei ihrer Mutter, aber da geht vielleicht in der letzten Woche noch was. Mal sehen, bin gespannt. Ich kann mich ehrlich gesagt kaum sattsehen. Es ist einfach jedes Mal wieder ein Genuss, die Box aufzumachen und diese Pracht zu bestaunen. Ich bin super happy mit der Entwicklung und freu mich riesig auf die letzte Woche 😊

Day 80, 2nd of December 2020: Hi there! Ladies are cool everything is alright. In one week buds strated doubeling and the developement is dope haha. The 2 Zamnesia ladies are pretty Gelato is so nice bushy and the smell is great as well. Kalini Asia will be a green pheno I think and she my be hermied a bit on me.... I am still waiting to see I see some strange develepement lets say. Sweet Seeds girls are dope unfortunately Red Mandarine and Tropicanns poison don't show any sign of colouting yet but it is okay even if they green phenos.... It may happen in the end of the flowering cycle let's see. Basically that's all I wanted to share. Oh yes... this one: All good the lamp is now on 11 hours and off 13 hours. Every week 15 minutes was taken off and after 4 weeks here we go. Strated 12/12 and now 13/11 wanted try to imitate the nature as the light days are getting shorter. Fertilization has changed no more epsom salt from this week and I will stop giving nitrogen as well from next week. Great job Sweet Seeds and Zamnesia! Nice genetics :) Lovely plants!

Had knee surgery just trying to get the tent is rough. Gave nice strong feeding of booster concentrat lot of p-k… making a point with adjusting with potassium hydroxide. The potassium should be just the thing I need for these dense buds. Some nice growth happening and these 2 plants look to be rebounding.

Medium: Look, I love coco/soil, organic/synthetic just as much as anyone. I’ve never really hated on any particular method and each has its uses depending upon the environment. That being said.... hydro is likely to be the predominant indoor method for us going forward. It ticks all the boxes that the average hobby grower is looking for. Maintenance is generally pretty easy, while I’ve found myself monitoring ph and tds more frequently, I’m still only mixing nutes once a week instead of three. The hassle factor is crazy mitigated here: 1:. From a sustainability perspective, nute consumption is wayyyy down, saving more dolla bills y’all! Added bonus is that veg. Growth rates are just insanely fast. Easily a 2 week savings in time pre-flower🤟😎😳. It is a little bit of a tricky medium but once you dial in the ratios - smooth sail’n the whole grow. I can focus on training/maintenance instead of feeding🤟🤟. If there’s a drawback to DWC it would be that I’d have concerns about leaving it for more than a couple days when she’s in full flower. They just drink so much that It’s a constant top off. All told, far and away the most effective and economical medium we’ve used😎. Method 🎚️🎚️🎚️🎚️ Under this COB light system, the best method to date has definitely been a mainline. It’s got so much canopy penetration that we’re pulling down 16” long colas packed with well developed buds. The mainline training didn’t take long in DWC - roughly 4 weeks of veg. And she was ready for the flip. We only extended it a further 2 weeks to keep pace with another grow in the same space. Otherwise, I would’ve cut the veg. Time back to 4 weeks which would’ve made the behemoth of a root ball a little more manageable. We also iceballed the res. With frozen water bottles twice a day throughout the grow. Just to keep temps down and avoid any potential issues. Whether or not there’s a better, more efficient way to get these kinds of results remains to be seen. We’re still trying to strike that balance between faster veg. Times and maximized yields. If anything, I wouldn’t be at all surprised if the hermie issue at the end had something to do with the root ball binding on itself due to size. The true culprit was an unanticipated light leak but still - The ball could’ve been 2/3 the size and likely have produced similar results🤷‍♂️. I’m giving the method a slim 4 because it was a great success but too long a veg. Yield/Harvest🌴🌴🌴🌴 Regardless of the final number, we had hoped that the yield would’ve been bigger. She’s a beauty of a plant but didn’t really puff out as much as we were hoping for. At least not a mainline on a 6 week veg. At 5.125oz we’re obviously not complaining and the colours in late flower were some of the best ever seen😎👌😎👌. What she did yield was frosty, dense and surprisingly stinky AF. I see no discernible difference in the quality of the terp. Profile vs. Any of our previous organic soil grows. For those who tout this as an advantage in soil media, I say get urself a bucket and a bubbler, then we’ll talk. Hydro is just straight up awesome: 1:. 4 palm trees on the yield - any haul north of 5oz is a great addition to the cellar: 1:😎: 1:😎. Very happy overall, had some difficulties hitting the sweet spot through the cycle but managed to pull it through brilliantly at the end. This is definitely a very deserty and cookie like strain. Oven baked freshness!
