Overall very impressed with Ethos line of plants, the Gorilla Glue from Barney's Farm i am not super impressed with, they said on website 63-70 days.

I had a lot of fun with this strain and it was grown against 400 growers so let me say PHENO hunting is a true thing. Overall the Bud was a nice dense structure and the smoke on it was smooth and the high nice and even.

Day 32, I deleafed a couple days ago once I first seen flowering starting.

Ok finally all caught up to date on this diary lol. She’s getting pretty close to harvest and I can not wait. I ordered a jewelers loop and once I get that I expect it should be pretty close if not ready. I can not wait to see my final weeks. Wish I had more purple though.

Switching them into flower after 8 weeks of veg. Going to get some nutrients this week as well. I decided to downsize and keep the biggest strongest plants and adopting out the rest.

Week 9 flowering

The effect is quite strong, I just smoked a joint to write a description and suddenly the day ahead of me is feeling quite difficult! I feel flowing with ideas, and very happy. The taste has still yet to develop, as I am only now going into curing. I'll update this once the flavour is a bit more developed :)

Que pasa familia, vamos con la cosecha de estas FBA-2506 de FastBuds. Por dónde empezar, es una autofloreciente que es normalita de cultivar, tiene un periodo corto de crecimiento y de floración igual no es largo. En cuanto a la alimentación , pues la aplique una vez por semana y a sido suficiente, se a comportado bien en interior, la flor pues no es muy prieta porque no deja de ser una autofloreciente, pero es una flor que va repleta de tricomas, y tienes unos colores morado intensos. El periodo de luz pues de principio a fin a 18 horas, fue suficiente para completar el ciclo de vida como esperaba. Hasta aquí todo, Buenos humos 💨💨💨

Aug 30: it’s still hot (too hot at peak for photosynthesis) so lots of water, watering outside of growbag, etc to cool things off a bit. Sep 1: almost ready. Found a dried leaf and a spot of bud rot which was immediately removed. Main tops are almost ready and I’ll start harvesting this one later this week. Sep 2: buds are looking pretty ready (at least the tops) and the pistils changed colour last night. Heatwave is now past and now we’re into a couple days of smoke from fires in the NWT. Sucks, but at least this is the first serious smoke here this year. Sep 4: decided to do a chemical flush this year. Great buds last year but didn’t burn well because of excess P in late flowering. Considered another flush product but looking at the MSDS sheets that stuff had ‘editic acid’ which is an obscure but acceptable name for EDTA. That is a very strong chelating agent which will remove salts effectively but I’d rather avoid it. In contrast, Final Flush from Grotek has potassium sorbate (generally recognized as safe food additive) and good old citric acid which is a chelating agent but not as strong as EDTA. Similar products but citric acid is more gentle and the plant still gets some potassium. Sep 5: don’t take flash pics of photoperiod plants unless you follow up with a far red light.

Wow wow wow... Apollo what have you guys made at SweetSeeds... My dear this strain is a monster and a keeper. Do you want regular-sized plants and buds in 8 weeks? No problem! Do you want plants that can handle any condition even as a noob? Check! This beast of a strain is out of this world and I'm over the moon with the results. I can't believe it. Normally I've seen auto's do 30 cms and some buds on top... This is simply alien tech... I think I have never seen any plant grow that fast... This is something to try if you haven't already... Completely amazed... And this is while making all sorts of mistakes: too hot, soil also too hot in nutes and temp, hotspots in tent by lacking fans, less PH buffer. Stuff I learned: - In my climate: at least 20 liter grow pots, maybe bigger. - Add hydro corn, I forgot this - Less bloodmeal and bonemeal - More perma tea since mine is now too old to use, it will rot the earth. - More often more water, in smaller pots - Better ventilation and routing of fresh air. - Light a little higher also during flower. - No training is needed, a little defoliation is enough. 17 Oct 2021 Today is the 45th day of flower, and according to Humboldt Seed Company, my Ladies should be ready to harvest!! I took several trichome pics of each plant today to check and see if they are ready; and they are!! Awesome! I’ll upload all the pics today for your viewing pleasure. Week 15 officially kicked off yesterday, but today is the first entry of the flush in order to get my girls ready for harvest. Each of my plants received a gallon of water with properly adjusted pH. The initial pH for C1 was 6.9, C2 was 7.0, and C3 was 7.1. I added .2ml of pH DOWN to each gallon which adjusted all of them to 6.4. The TDS going in for C1 & C2 was 85 ppm, and C2 was 84 ppm. Runoff measurements were as follows: C1 - pH: 5.8, TDS: 1796 ppm. C2 - pH: 5.7, TDS: 2086 ppm. C3 - pH: 5.6, TDS: 1979 ppm. The tent temp was 82F, and humidity was 42%. My plants are doing great, and I’ll be flushing with fresh water for the remainder of the grow until it’s time to harvest in a week or two. Hopefully they’ll be done in time for the Diary of the Month contest, but in reality, I’ll just be glad when they’re done! Happy growing everyone!! 21 Oct 2021 I have been a lazy bastard lately. I wanted to water my plants two days ago, but didn’t. Then I wanted to water them yesterday, but again, I didn’t. There isn’t any reason really other than just plain laziness. Today I’ve decided to stop being lazy and to continue the flush of my lovely plants! Each plant is getting a gallon of properly pH’ed water and nothing else. The details for each gallon are as follows: Initial pH for C1 & C2 was 7.0, and C3 was 7.1. I added 0.2 ml of pH DOWN to each gallon which adjusted the pH of all 3 gallons to 6.3. That’s what they were given; a gallon of fresh water with a pH of 6.3. The TDS level going in was 58 ppm for C1, and 86 ppm for both C2 & C3. Runoff levels were as follows: C1 - pH 5.9, TDS 1234 ppm. C2 - pH 5.8, TDS 1326 ppm. C3 - pH 5.7, TDS 1182 ppm. The TDS level for all three plants fell significantly from the first flushing a few days ago. Hopefully the levels will continue to drop quickly so the harvest can commence! My ladies are all starting to show their age now by looking at their fan leaves. Some of them have begun that late flower stage dry out, but not many. The plants are still looking great and their buds are starting to weigh down some of the branches. I’m going to get a few more support sticks to keep them from being weighed down too much and breaking. I’d hate to lose anymore branches before I cut them off on purpose. Week 2 and the girls are looking more yellow and funky than I like. I also think the Baox clones may have died. So far the plants looking the best are the Cherry, Blackberry (one of them) and the baby NYC Diesel. I'm pretty sure my soil is just way too hot. I tried flushing it through, but that just seemed to lead to general overwatering issues. I'm planning on transplanting to larger pots with more neutral soil this weekend and hope that will help straighten things out.
