This is the second week of germination, from here I think she's about to start her veg. Hopefully by next week we will be able to top a few if not all the ladies in the garden. Yesterday was their first full watering, we only gave them 1 gallon of ph'd water.

Looks like I had a small deficiency of sorts (calcium I think) and I'm feeling optimistic about the corrective actions I took. However, I think it is time to change my nutrients up, the sooner the better. plants are sagging and are in need of soil to hold the nutrients so ill re-pot mid week

I had a great feeling of accomplishment as I harvested Daphne today. She was the first plant I have brought to life in many years and I was impressed with how the A.B.L.E. Grow Chamber worked. I will let her dry out for a week then I will update more.......It has been a week and I am more than happy with her smoke. VERY SMOOTH no harshness. Great after taste. Even though she was a small plant she still did extremely well in all other factors,: great color, no disease, good tie down technique made for 6 tops with one main one. I will use a single 5 gal bucket for my hydro next grow to see if I get better root growth than with the 6 plant reservoir I used for this operation. The grow chamber allowed me to control the humidity, air temp, pH and PPM with relative ease. I am very happy with my first grow operation with the ABLE Grow Chamber and hope my diary was informative and entertaining for everyone. Main thing i did wrong was my fuck up with keeping the LED too close when she was a seedling. I had it at 10". (it was my 1st time w LEDs.) Secondly, I never got good root growth but not sure why. my theory is that light was seeping through the white plastic cover on the Rainforest 66 reservoir. The best thing I did was controlling all the factors needed to grow with my A.B.L.E Grow Chamber Prototype. It made great use of limited space and saved electricity with its low power usage. Look forward to using it one more time before we make the first salable model. 0

6/17 Buds are forming fast and furious now and the stretch has stopped. I’m happy with how it all looks so defoliation is over for the duration of the grow. The smells are starting to ramp up too. Opening the tent now gives off a subtle orange and vanilla smell. Only issue is that it’s been raining off and on now for the past week and my humidity levels in the tent are a little higher than I’d like. Not the end of the world though. 6/18 Upped the light a touch. The highest reading I can get is 670 PAR / 29 DLI, but some other bud sites at the top are only getting around 600 PAR. I suppose that’s a consequence of having my bar light that close to the canopy as the areas between the bars will have less light. I will just have to keep in mind to veg a little less next time. 6/21 Fan leaves are in an aggressive praying stance. I did start to see a few leaves with small yellow spots appearing. Before just assuming it’s the light I did some additional poking around and discovered my VPD was a bit too high. I broke out the humidifier so I can more easily maintain the correct RH and so far things look perfect and are now dialed in. I’ll leave the light as is for now since we’re still technically on the low side of things. 6/22 Looking in today I saw a few problem areas with leaves stacked up on top of each other. I decided to do one more round of defoliation, focusing on any leaves that are right up on other leaves or any leaves that were egregiously pushed onto the side of the tent. By the time I was done my forearms were sticky all over. Lots of additional frost on every bud site too. Everything is going nicely.

6/2 she is in flower and doing well. Not sure how I feel about my lst method. Most of the plant is only a few inches above the soil. She is spread out well and with some tucking and defoliation all the sights are getting good light. 6/3 she is stretching and looking good. She received a top dressing with Gaia green today. Her pot was damp. The next time she needs water, she will get some great white and will see what else I have to dump in the pot. I'm happy with her so far. Top dressing her was a bit of a challenge. She is so low to the soil, that it's hard not to get the amendments on some leaves. Not very important leaves that should probably be removed anyway. She is in flower, so I can probably take some of the lst spikes out. Let her get off the ground some. Have the light turned up to 80 percent. She has been spending a lot of time outside. The sky has been so clear for the past 3 weeks. It's weird there has been no clouds in the sky, until today. She comes inside when the sun starts to go down. 6/4 she seems to be growing well. She is starting to fill the pot and growing up. Buds are coming along, she is starting to be aromatic and smelling nice. 6/5 not much to report today. Cloudy the past few day so she stayed in the house under the se3000 on full blast. She seems very happy, she was fed this week and I expect to see a jump in the next week or 2. 6/7 she is 35 days old today. She has great color and buds look like they're going to be dense. Mesphito clams this is a pungent strain. I did some stem rubbing and the smell seemed very weak. I have a cheese from seed mafia growing in a 1 gallon 1 week younger and is very pungent. Guess that this could all change.

Por el momento efectividad del 100% de las 3 semillas de los capos de Royal Queen Seeds cosa bastante importante porque aunque me las hayan mandado para hacer el seguimiento gratuitamente no es una variedad barata debido a su rapidez de floración y alto contenido de thc. Produccion aceptable no de las más altas de las variedades de RQS pero tampoco de las más bajas. Amigos las calidad se paga y elegir una buena gentica es básico y algo que aprendí en mis inicios ya que puedes echar a perder el tiempo que es lo más valioso con el esfuerzo y el mimo que empleamos en su crecimiento y desarrollo antes de poder degustarla. Decir también que se puede clonar cosa que hace más que rentable gastarse algo más de dinero que en otros bancos que tienen menos reputación, por algo será. A tope !!!! 🌵🌴

This week was ok nice short internode space and quite a little bushy plant .it's a shame about the little holes by the bugs I'm gonna try covering the soil with tin foil to stop them from coming out this is why I normally growing coco. I'm just feeding it some silica and root expander at the moment because the PPM in the soil is quite high but instead of flushing it which could over water the plants immediately I'm just going to let the plant eat it. it has showed no sign of burning or toxicity I've been mixing up soil for free years mainly for the outdoor flowers I thought I would give it a try in the soil but the PPM is hi not massively amount it's just about a thousand ppm but other than that all things are well . What a great plant growing like a perfect bush growing good not a whole lot update I did a whole lot of topping on this plant she’s taking everything I’m dishing out as far as training plants doing good happy with the outcome so far should be a good harvest Day4 of week8. Veg is going great she is really going fast it’s not a very big plant by flower time she be ok on yield so far it’s looking good I’m happy with grown no problems to report

End of week 22: Overal it was a good run with the Shamans from @DutchPassion_Official . Didn't had mayor problems besides having to harvest them earlyer. I really wanted to flower them another 2 weeks but the weather/climate didn't allow me to. Still the buds came out decent as you can see for an early harvest. I will cure those buds for some time in my pots before they get smoked and will update how much weight I got out of the two plants. As you can see I made the bigger buds smaller. There is no use for me to keep big buds for showing off. Big buds just have big long stems in it, harder to dry and to fill your cure pots with.

Start of week 4 of flowering. Week 3 went well, even with temps reaching 35°c in the closet. I've since added another fan to circulate more air, temps have dropped down to 31°c. Despite the heat stress, the plants are growing rather well and bud sites are developing nicely. Light defoliation again this feeding. Based on the heat issues, I need to upgrade my exhaust fan, 100 CFM isn't enough to get ride of the heat.

Continued vegetative growth, preparing for topping, increased watering a bit more frequently to almost daily (just as needed.) Nothing crazy just maintaining conditions.

day 6 and 7 of week 12 after the nutes were added at the begining of week 11 and flushing once halfway through week 11 and twice before taking her down on week 12. Will do the harvest week in 5 days

D57/FD29 - So, at the last few days of week 4, the SCP had a good push to itself...put on about 6-9" so had to do some bending/leaning of some pretty stiff stems. Unfortunately the only way for them to go was towards the tent walls so drops the light but they're getting WAYYYY over the DLI they should be getting without supplementation of CO2 but its not doing them too much harm. They're drinking a ton but not taking on as much feed (as I've come to expect now in flower) so dropped the base and bloom by 10% (same recommended ratio of 1:1) and kept the PK9/18 booster in there at (what would be recommended) strength for this week...its the same as last week but week 1 (week 4 of flower) of PK9/18 should have been double...didn't want to overdo it as when I used recommended strength 1st time I got it, it created some serious root zone acidification (Which could have been all the K getting used up but was a mare getting the pH up from 4.something every day!!!). Did my usual root flush/wash before adding feed as the EC had crept up to 2.2 (and I know from experience, that starts messing with your numbers if you don't wash that out right) and took about 50L-60L to get the tank to 0.3EC (base is 0.2) was was a lot of salt sitting on/in the roots. Had a ton of underscreen dead leaf to pick up and just cut some wee straggly offshoots (I know, bad idea in flower but they were basically dead/no nutritional value left so basically a bug magnet). Still waiting on Bluelab to send me the RMA approved pH pen...been 2 weeks now since the RMA was approved and still no postage - using an "essentials" pH meter and just dipping in Calibration Fluids between each feed add to ensure some accuracy (As you can see from my recipe page, I like to know what the feed does to the pH - also gives an idea on what they're feeding on when you see pH swings in a different direction that expected). Geekbeast also got back to me. In all fairness, I've been dealing with them direct (Got the light fixture from Alibaba, direct from China - big gamble, right???) and they have been more than helpful. I have been telling them about the light randomly coming on at 5% (lowest brightness) and provided evidence; turns out someone else now noticed the same issue with the Remote App controlled variant and they believed it was a loose control board/wire. They said they did some stuff and that fixed it but I also thought mine was fixed by forcing the dimmer to 0% and it still randomly happened (even though it didn't do it for weeks) so the other person may still get a surprise!! 😋 So, I took out the driver today, pulled out the control board and all wires seemed good and no looseness in the control board (although it does look slightly bent as the Spade for the IR/UV switch isn't fully bedded in). But, like I say, in all fairness to Geeklight, they're posing me a new control board tomorrow from China AND giving me the longer driver cables so as I can put the driver outside of the tent! Give me a bit more room for my Flower Initiator and great to see them honouring the Warranty. Apart from that, wish the SCP would start to set flowers better, they're still looking a bit weak up top but stems appear to be stacking. Hopefully now that last push happened (and hopefully all pushed out!!!!), they will concentrate on buds only...this may be a 10+ week-er - which again, cant really afford as growing tent is drying tent!!! Its supposed to be a 75% indica so would expect bigger/quicker flowering but not showing too many symptoms of being mostly indica...maybe not quite a fully stable genetic line yet?? I dunno but its running slower like a sativa - even with the flower initiator and the late push would maybe imply that too??? Funnily, its tent mate, Red Hot Cookies is 60% sativa and has set flowers quite well so far - showing colour to the tips of the pistils...just wish it would start turning pink!!!
