This was week 4 of flower, she smells nice! I use living soil so there isnt much to do. I just observe make sure all is going well.

5/25: It rained again today for most of the day, but I managed to get back out there and take some photos after it let up. I also shot a short video early in the a.m while it was sprinkling and the lights were on... I heard that this strain flowers really fast, but I really don't think she can finish before June 21 (the summer solstice). The other two seedlings (FFT#6 and FFT#7) are in the same boat. The 5 clones outdoors might be able to finish before they get the signal to reveg. I may end up bringing as many of them as I can fit into my closet to finish and starting another batch of beans to grow outdoors this summer... 5/26 - 5/31: I did some training on her early in the week between rain showers, and foliar fed with Microlife maximum bloom formula. She's more than 36" across now... She was looking a little N deficient, so I assume the dry amendments have petered out. I top-fed her with another couple tablespoons of cavern culture and on the 31st, they were dry enough to feed them. I gave them big bloom, tiger bloom, grow big, beastie bloomz, silica, endoboost, signal, humic acid, liquid kelp/fish emulsion, and liquid molasses. It just feels so strange that I'll be harvesting outdoor photos in June!?! That's it for week 8-

Day 43 purpling petioles is back. Root zone ph tests are perfect 5.9 6.0. She is fed at only 650 ppm on constant drip feed. Anything higher and was seeing some tip burn. May try low low low dose pk boost. I've read up on adding at 1/8 strength and feed middle 3 weeks can help. Think I'm going to give it a shot next reservoir change. Day 44 res change. Implemented Canna PK boost at 10% strength. Filled res with 2 gal. Will monitor plants signals. A couple bottom leaves yellowed and died. Not concerned as the leaves where well below canopy and low light conditions. Day 45 .75 gal consumed. All is well Day 46 she drank another 3/4 gal last night. Maintenance flush completed. Adjusted fan to above canopy and while doing so my hand inadvertently brushed against a bud and she smells of pure lemon candy at the moment. Stunning. Day 47 another 3/4 gal gone and the top of the coco had a few dry splotches. She's out drinking my feeder. I may have to add a second carrot to the pot. Day 48 she drank a gal last night. I think I finally got her flowering nutes dialed back in. Initial runoff ppm coming out same as going in. Overall appearance strong and healthy. Added 3 gal to res. Day 49 checked her at lights on and she was bone dry. Somehow got an air bubble in the drip line. Immediately drenched her. she looks fine. Fingers crossed. Added some pics/vids of some propagators that I'm playing around with. No MJ yet, but its spring and planting my herbs and veggies.

GLF - 2g - 24” mainline OLP 2 - 2g - 20” topped OLP 3 - 2g - 18” topped (and broke 2 branches!) OLP 4 - 2g - 15” topped, LST & super cropped OLP 1 - 500ml x4 - 10” super cropped Little bit of defoliation on bottom and centre. All doing well. Increased water needs. Flowers starting to develop. The OLPs are a week behind because the timer in their tent was flipping back and forth between 12-12 and 18-6 for about 10 days.. ooosie! Moms are being maintained as little bonsai plants in solo cups in my back bedroom near the window with a single 100w panel set to 18-6. Being mostly neglected, infrequent watering, lean fertilizer, heavy defoliation.

Pics are labeled at the beginning and end of week 7. The flowers are maturing. About 50% pistils are amber. I’m still having some lite green color in 1of 6 plants. Seems to be correcting now with nitrogen. 1 of 6 plants was a free seed. I lost track of which one but I think it’s easier to pick out now. Pic labeled with the one I believe is a different strain. It looks like a later maturing strain and heavier flowers. The smell is very very strong even with a new carbon filter inside the tent and one outside it in the room.

Budlets have formed now on each branch, 8 days after 12/12. Its quickly grown back into a bushy bastard. I do plan to do 1 more semi heavy leaf strip sometime between now and end of week 3. This girl has been strong. Sitting beside my Gorilla Glue which has had a small pm problem but nothing here. Update: found pollen sacs this evening. This is a hermie 😫. Sadly i cut her down and into the trash she went. Luckily i have been flowering one of the family since the beginning of September so I will be able to finish the journal. Also, if you peak around her on the side I have 1 of my Crocketts that i threw in here a month ago. I dont know if I should put pictures of her up on here because i dont want to confuse anything. What I can say is she is smaller but incredibly sugary for being only a month after 12/12

"Chugging" along this week. Weather is hot, girls are loving the all time drip system. Forgot that my nutes and hot sun dont mix well and created a bad case of algae. Will monitor more often and maybe increase the drip flow

Well firstly the team at seedstockers has some great genetics and they perform well , this girl could have been a real producer if it was grown better.. but that being said the customer service was great and so was the strain selection ...She had no real issues except I was growing in a unfinished basement which really hurt me in the beginning and I had hot soil so it was a rough start ...These are weds though and they bounce back as fast as the go down hill ..The plant has a great structure a main fat bud with many side branches that could have really gotten fat ...The colour and the smell is fantastic so is the taste when you smoke her ..she dried for 6-7 days and is easily burned with grey / White ash , flushed for a week prior to harvest .. I would defenitely grow again just in amore stable environment to get the most out of her but with all my mistakes she still gave me some stinky and sticky buds cheers canna family ...

The Mandarin Squeeze sisters are making good progress. I did a neem oil treatment on everything in the grow room 4 days ago. I am doing it again today. I have a pest but have not seen it directly. I find super tiny white clear sacs on the leaves. Might be eggs. Regardless I have everything on a treatment plan that I can treat. The video was done after all treatments, and training for the day. How is it growing, my fun(k) loving friends? ***INFO*** For more on my setup, why it was monster cropped, and how I made the canopy, see Germination page and subsequent weeks. They had 48 hrs of darkness, and the time has come to say goodbye to my friends. I thanked them again, spend some time with them, and under the sound of Amazonian shaman's harvest and healing songs (will post link), asked for their gifts, and apologized for taking their lives. I do this while in contact with the plants, touching, smelling them, observing every detail, no thoughts, just in the present moment. I feel emotional as I do this and remember how they were a companion, a source of distraction in a time of worry, sadness, and loss. How they already comforted me and kept me company in a time of painful insights about honesty, commitment, and staying true to myself. I thank them again for their wisdom and gifts, viva Santa Maria, viva Planta Maestra, may the mother of all beings give us healing and protection. And I proceed with the harvest as I visualize my intentions with every cut. Branch by bud laden branch is tenderly untangled from the scrog net, taken with a clean-cut and immediately hung upside down in the grow tent, which will now double as a curing and drying room. A couple more weeks and we will have the final cured and dried weight. More photos and movies will follow, this is where we are so far!! Big hug, lots of love and take care! ***UPDATE*** The final weigh-in is ready. I hadn't seen them in a week, because of my vacation. The humidifier I set up, had failed. So the grow had dried in 7 days, what I wanted to be 14 at least. Thankfully, its Sativa ancestry shines through, the smoke isn't harsh, the buds a sticky and smelly, no hay smell at all. We ended up at 246 grams, excluding a shitload of larf and popcorn bud, totaling at 310 grams all in, a first at a gram per watt for me, but for the Zambeza seed competition, I stated we would only weigh the quality bud. Overall I'm very happy!! Should I have to buy Gelato of this quality at the dispensary that I frequent, it would cost me at least € 15,-- per gram. 246 x 15 = 3690 euros. also, 49 car rides of 25 miles there and back, 250 euros in gas saved.
