Hi guys! Here we are again, closing report for week 12, or 8 of flowering, as you prefer. This was a great week! I'm super happy in first place, to be home again, and that gives me much more time to look after the plants, the conditions, and really take great care of the grow. All the 5 plants had great development in their bud production and amounts. The grow tent looks small for this 5 girls and now they're struggling a little with the space. About the feedings: I started flushing already. Might be early for many, but I don't see the need for more nutrients when the plants are looking so nice, and I'm also satisfied with it, so now just water until the end. Curiously, the 2 shortest ones are showing signs og being ready very soon as you can see in the close up shots and video. I might give it another week and will chop them both around december 13/14 The remaining 3 ones... they're still work in progress, growing enormously big for my expectations, and filling up the empty spaces with sweet, fruity and tropical aromas in the room. Damn it smells nice when you open that grow room. So yeah, basically now she's just finishing up, drinking water at 6.3 to 6.5PH max, 28 to 38ppm, the temps are good, 18 with lights off, 27 lights on... The only 'issue' this week it turning the plants a bit because they're bending with the weight. Besides that, all good. This happy grower is done for this week, let's see what week 13 will bring us. Ladys growing Great strong and bushy.. doing light defoliation and lst and they handle it well. Promising strain💪 can't wait to start flowering.

This strain smells so sweet and mint like, I love it. It’s my first time so I have no parameters for comparison, but I sure learned a lot.

December 8 2018 day 76 from seed light burn but still going good

Today is Day 50 !! We have started flower an they are just looking amazing! We have switched up the nutrients for flower, instead of 1 tsp bloom and 3 tsp of veg , we just swap 3 tsp of bloom and 1 tsp of veg !! Can’t wait to see what these laddies do this week!!

Day 70 of flowering It has only been three days since my last update.. But hence the confusion of days past, I'll update it now again since this is day 70 and that markes week 10. The girls are looking very nice, if I may say so myself. The smell has intensified very much during the last days, yesterday when I opened the tent it really hit me hard in Tha nostrils in a good way. That smell that I couldn't set in words are still present but it smells lovely! I'm not at all sure how fast the trichomes are developing, so I'm checking up on them every day. This leads to alot of uncertainty of when I should start to flush. Some leaves have been yellowing for a while, at a slow pace and I fear that I might start the flush to early or late. But I'm thinking around day 71-75 will be the last day with nutritions. I have uploaded a picture of the trichomes, please let me know what you think?

N deficiency but it’s ok

Flushed HARDCORE this week!! Ladies are not looking well nor do they seem like they’re reacting to the flush well either!! Almost seems like they’re locked out but also having deficiencies! I could use some advice on this. 3/5 of the taller plants have yellowed out and the other 2 look great!! Pretty much all the same watering and neuts. I think the issue was that I’m using fabric pots and not allowing enough penetration to the bottom and it created a salt pocket. Correct me if I’m wrong Updated a few more pics of the deficiency/lockout issues all the help is appreciated thanks to everyone whose chiming in and helping!! Y’all the real deal!!

Beautiful seeds from previous weed i smoked

This wonderful plant is amazing man, I have fallen in love with this strain and the hard rocks nuggets she has produced, beutiful orange pistils, it's just pure fire. Very dense and compact nuggets guys, she's been 100% organic grown, she has been watered with pure water and beneficial bacteria all the way and also with guano liquid by guanokalong, the aromas are very complex is very gassy stinks like a skunk however it's got some piney in and kush aroma,definitely awesome man need to keep growing this strain many more times no doubt.

Week 2 of flower 12-5 She is growing nicely. She got a good dose of microbes yesterday. 2k ml she got cal/mag 5ml per gal, Drops 1ml, dusting of yucca, Kelp 1/16th tsp, EM 1 1 ounce per gallon and 1/2 tsp recharge. Top dress is soon. She will only get water x2 waterings. 12-7 2.5 liters plain water ph 6.2 removed any leaf pointing inwards. Fully watered love it. Doing great. Hope not to touch a leaf for a week. Fat chance, but heres for hoping 🤞 12-10 Removed some leafs 12-11 Looks like water tomorrow.

There is not much to tell this week :) A few came to the flowering tent, 2 are still in the vegi phase for 2 days and then come last to the flowering tent :-) The Blue Cheese and the Kosher Tangie Kush smell very good and how they should 😍👍 It will be difficult to choose 2 mums :-). The harvest of my dear Stella was supposed to happen on August 4th, but didn’t begin actually until August 9th. I decided to allow her to dry out a bit before beginning the harvest, but I had some other difficulties which made her dry out a whole lot before I ever even got started. You can tell how dry by looking at the pics and video. Luckily, the dryness was limited to her larger leaves. She was already quite dry on the 9th when I started, and was more so by the 12th when I finished. Even after the advanced drying, her wet trimmed weight was still quite a bit. I’ll list the weights all together in a bit. It took 4 days to get the whole plant trimmed, weighed, and hung up for final drying. She was hung up from August 12th till Friday, August 19th. I got busy harvesting another plant while she was hanging up, and just let her be. On August 19th I took all of her branches down and removed the buds to get the true harvest weight of her buds alone. Let’s get to the weight of the whole thing. The overall wet-trimmed weight of the plant was 18.329 ounces with the buds and branches combined. I was a forgetful idiot and forgot to get the weight of the dry buds on the branches before removing the buds. So all we’re left with is the actual harvest weight of the dry buds alone. The overall dry bud weight, or actual “true” harvest weight of the smokable bud is: 7.317 ounces. That’s a wonderful amount of freshly harvested bud to cure. All of the buds were put into 8 quart sized jars filled roughly 3/4 full, and 1 pint sized jar, also 3/4 full. Each jar has a hygrometer as well as 58% bóveda packs to help aid the curing process. This is the 2nd DarkStar plant I’ve harvested, and both were very large plants. I used a scrog method the first time with a net that spread the whole plant out taking up the entire 4x4 area of the tent. This time I wanted to let her grow more naturally. She got so large that I had to bend almost all of her taller branches over using HST methods. I had to bend 3-5 branches over more than once. By doing that, once her buds began to fatten up she got too heavy and needed to be supported just to stand upright. Toward the end she had to literally be tied up to the side of the tent. Stella (DarkStar) was a wonder to grow, and she gave me a good amount of clones that will soon be harvested themselves. It has been a journey with Stella, and I’m happy that the journey is now complete. Happy growing everyone!
