Growing growing growing. So, I have an extremely stressful job, and even though working with plants (of all types, not just weed) is how I unwind, it is coming to a head. Therefore, while I am still trying to get my updates up on Saturday or Sunday, sometimes, I spend the weekend just short of catatonic. However, enough about that shit. These plants are BUSHY. B-U-S-H-Y. Thankfully, the plants have realized where each other are and aren't really growing into each other. We're getting closer to one square yard by the moment it seems like. Other than that, not too much to report. Whenever I open the tent, I am hit by a blast of smell. I can't wait to see what these smell like when they're actually flowering. I have already decided what I will be adding in for the flower cycle, so we'll see. Update: after a bunch of deliberation, I spent a good chunk of time between the past 2 days defoliating, LST, and supercropping these plants to stop growing into each other. I'm happy with the results, and pictures will be up soon.

Week 9! Day 65: 2L (pH6.8) + mild organic fertiliser from kitchen scraps. Remember the potato water I spoke of earlier? I blended it up with some ruined sweet peppers from the garden and some applecider vinegar & eggshell to give her one last, very diluted nutrient solution. This feed was aimed more at the soil than the plant. Bud bulking has come to a halt, she's fading. Nonetheless, I discovered some purple leaf edges on one of the buds in particular, I wonder if this might be related to nutrition or temperature.

So this lady was the biggest of all and the fastest. The smell is very nice, sweet and lemon. Was very easy to grow, all natural, only good soil and water.

Another breezy week however, we had some hot weather here, temps were up to 34°c in the room for a day or so which caused a bit of tip burn. When plants are forced to transpire more in a high VPD scenario, one should reduce the EC of the water by 10-20%, this helps the plant take water easier through osmosis without taking up more nutrients than it needs, unfortunately as I spent most of last week high and didn’t notice it until the second day. Will start to post more pictures every week now they’re looking a bit more interesting 😁 EC is currently at 1.4 due to hot weather, and I’ve noticed when it hovers around 1.6, the EC drifts up to 1.7-1.8 after 3-4 days so thought it was best to cut it back a little. UVB during lights on will soon be introduced, possibly at the start of week 15. Thanks for stopping by!

Day 56 from seed( 16 in flower): Merry Christmas Groomies , Sponsors and Grow Diaries Crew. Another amazing week of growing and developing has given me some of the most beautiful bud colours I have seen in a long time. Their singular structure on us is amazing and they look very psychedelic!!!. The smell coming off them at a touch is a very potent varnish and sweetness. They leave my hands tacky too now. Seeing their quick bud growth against my usual photoperiods is a shock too. I forgot how young they were and had my worries over their close finish time and current size. This was very short lived as from talking to other auto guys , it seems that Autos usually flower for as long as they are in veg period for before their actual flowering buds start , i.e 4 weeks veg-4 weeks flowering. These girls showed real flowers at day 38 from seed which would mean Day 76 for the finish potentially. That means another 20 days to get fatter and more frosty for a Jan 20, 8-9th finish. I expect from seed is a good start point but can add a week if seeds take their time to wake up ect.. I know it isnt an exact science so let's see. #1 This girl is stunning up close. she is covered with buds and her Los has been feeding her plenty with just water added. The pot is mulching all her old leaves too now so she will be helping feed the next plant in this pot ( fast buds fast flowering tester!!). She is very bushy but I love her look and am resisting the urge to defoliate her at the moment. I will do some at flowering day 21. #2 Is doing well next to her huge sister and certainly looks as many sites too. The coco and Mc are brilliant. her vibrant green will be pulling all that light in and working wonders towards her bud building too. # Is an oddity and looks like a cuckoo baby in a nest of blackbirds!!! She had none of the colours or psychedelic look at all but some of the smell . She is a good size and was a pale girl initially so I didnt train her much. Have a great holiday with people you love. till next time Merry Christmas UPDATE :DAY 22 flowering. now feeding them with an addition of shigun warrior pk 9/18 and Simon boost too. hoping it is still in range with the npk. I think another 2 weeks on these ladies so will be giving them Dragon force for the last week at least , might switch it next feed if they look ready for it. hoping to keep them happy alongside the Mc so rabbit of an experiment.

Wish the buds would have got a little bigger but feel like that’s particularly my fault for a short Veg but overall I am blow away by the outcome for all the seeds to just be random bag seeds! 2 of the plants are drying now 3rd one will be cut tomorrow & the other 2 got probably 2 more weeks! Will do a taste & smoke report and also give a weight as soon as they dry & cure a little bit but honestly couldn’t be happier with my first grow! Thanks for all the support & help along the way & happy growing friends!🤙🏼✌️🏼🌱 Update on 1st plant - dry weight 42g, still smelled pretty Earthy when I put it in the jar but the smell is definitely coming out now, extremely sticky & frosty buds❄️: 1:🏼🙏🏼 Update - plant 2 Dry weight was 40 grams! Extremely happy with the out come this is honestly some of the best bud I have ever smoked! Amazing to me this came from a random bag seed, it has a very citrusy flavor, smells & smokes amazing! Honestly a 10/10 in my book, wish I could knew what strain this was so I could grow it again!😫❄️✌️🏼🌱 Update - plant 3 Dry weight 34g, smells & look phenomenal, the buds are much smaller & had the smallest yield so far but this is by far the best smelling so far! Will have a smoke update on this one soon, stay tuned friends & happy growing!✌️🏼🌱 Update - plant 5 dry weight was 52g it dried a little faster than plant 4 which I will probably jar tomorrow! Will update again with a smoke report soon, this plant brought my total so far up to 168 off 4 plants👍🏼 Thanks for following friends & happy growing! Also the butter I made from the trim was 🔥🔥

Esta semana tomé poco registro. Descarté la planta mas atrasada y transplanté una a su maceta definitiva. Fue transplantada en su día 19, estuvo una semana en maceta de 3.5L, la otra será transplantada en un par de días

June 5: Cooler temperatures and no rain this week. Wind has been strong and a couple of nights near or at freezing temperatures. The greenhouses worked really well, but now to expose these seedlings to the full elements. Windy day today so expect them to get a bit beat up. Watered in with well water and covered the stem quite high with soil for more support against the wind.

8th Week Report 05/12/19 - 12/12/19 In photos CMXL is on the left and LSD on the right 05/12/19 Didn't changed reservoir as is more or less half capacity full. I plan to change it on the beginning of the next week(12/12/19). 09/12/19 Added a small and cheap diy dehumidifier kit built with a Peltier module (search on Amazon Peltier dehumidifier) 10/12/19 CMXL got a light defoliation where I removed bigger fan leaves covering lower bud sites 11/12/19 Even if they look healthy I added a small Humidity and Temperature sensor to be sure humidity doesn't get too high and let the mold form. However you will get an average humidity level the next week after some tests/readings. 12/12/19 I plan to change reservoir solution and increase its strength to 90% tonight, but diary will be updated with new values with the next week ;) For tomorrow (13/12/12) is also planned a stronger defoliation to CMXL before she gets in full flower, I hope it helps to achieve a better light penetration into the canopy and also it could give an extra stretch to the plant since I noticed that even after a small defoliation she stretches a little faster for a while. As you can see from photos/videos LSD is just doing good and probably she won't need extra training. Her sugar leaves are getting frosty as ice ;) Last Update 12/12/19 See you guys ;)
