The girls coped with the induction very well, we are starting the flowering period 💪 The plants are healthy and strong, and the extra light clearly serves them 😍

Well here we are at the beginning of week 8. Super windy today but I got my new rain tarp up. June 25th gave all the plants pretty good snip except for Cinderella number 2 which is still slow but coming along tomorrow I may top all the other little branches not quite sure yet. just fucked up my pH metre by hitting the calibration button by accident and now I have no solution to recalibrate it so I'm going to have to wait and kind of wing it until the new one gets here in a couple of weeks but my pH in my house water is around 7- 7.5 12 ml of vinegar in 12 qts should be the ticket. Friday June 26th well I found a way to use clothes pins to use them as wait to hold the branches down I kind of like it tell me what you think. well looks like everything is coming along okay I keep the newts down I rather have them a little too lower than too high. well this is the last day of week 8 in July 1st and everything seemed to be going along fine but it looks like my Cinderella 99 run into a bit of a deficiency on the nitrogen and somebody let me know if this is right or not and if there's somebody in Toronto who can test the tap water for pH levels and let me know my pH metre is broken right now

After harvesting this plant, I will be drying in a 60% R.H for the next ten to fourteen days. After drying I will be curing the buds in the grove bags!

Brought the second FC 3000 into the tent, gave the girls some space defoliated and tried to do some extra lst. One of the branches on the middle plant snapped, had to tie together. Took a few days to adjust them to the light all the while defoliating and opening them up. They were deff stressed for a couple days but once I got everything dialed in they started to take off again. Am only running the lights on 80 percent max capacity the light is so intense. It's a 5 x 2.6 x 6.6 foot tent. I wish I had a par reader oh well.

Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great week and staying safe. It was a nice week for the Glueberry OG as she grew to her 7th node on day 26 and I just popped off number 7 gently so she will end up with 10 main chutes from 5 nodes as i also removed the bottom node which typically is larfy popcorn buds. If she had not reached node number 7 by day 28ish I would have just topped her above the 5th node as I have had great yields that way as well. Dutch Passion says she takes 11-12 weeks but autos usually start preflowering/flowering between days 28-35 depending on strain so I try to complete all toppings by day 28 or so with autos because if you top them after they start to flower they will suffer. I have topped above the 3rd (for mainlines and mainifolds) as well as the 4th, 5th, and 6th with great results from each. As a general rule, the longer the autoflower is expected to take, the higher up I top her as she will have more time for more colas to develop. Some people think that topping stunts an autoflower, however as long as you allow her to grow a nice ball of roots and she is healthy, it only stunts mine for about 30-45 seconds. Glueberry OG Auto is absolutely loving this Medic Grow light so far, and I am super impressed with how tight she is keeping the nodes. I am running on 60% power in the V1 or vegetative blue stage. I will start working the UV/IR Spectrum into the mix as soon as my 2 seedlings go into coco coir and can handle some more light. The Glueberry OG Auto is currently 6 inches tall and was topped above her 6th node, and since the first node doesn't start until 2.5 inches from the coco, that is a tight group! I will start LST tomorrow on the two top mains, as it has only been 48 hours since topping and they are growing fast. I see alot of growers tie down their entire plant to the ground for LST and that is ok but not beneficial imo. My goal is to keep her nodes tight, and then just LST the mains from the uppermost nodes, as to allow the lower nodes to catch up., while I typically clip the bottom most node as she typically only produces larfy popcorn buds. These are certainly usable for bubble hash/edibles/cannasugar etc. but they do drain some energy from your top shelf colas. The goal of LST should be an even canopy as to minimize apical dominance. This will allow the plant to better utilize the existing light and limit wasted light that converts to heat. Tying a plant down restricts the airflow from the plant and impedes the growth of the lower mains. LST does not require pinning a plant down to the ground with staples, and although a cannabis plant will bounce back from this, it certainly will not reach its full potential. As far as nutrients go, I feed veg nutrients until my auto is almost done stretching then I transition to full flower nutes over about a 6 day period. The only exception is if my plant is growing out of control and I am unable to slow it down through topping, LST, super-cropping, etc. At this point I would make the switch to flower nutes slightly sooner. So she will be feeding on silica, cal mag, and veg nutes for at least a few more weeks here and just some LST. Both Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants are filling up more and the first pistils start to get brown, which shows the plants start to ripen and go towards harvest time. The smell they exude is STRONG now and VERY PLEASANT. The aroma is sweet, peachy with sandalwood undertones and is MOUTH-WATERING. The plants are TRICHOME MONSTERS and are covered in crystals, any little touch and your fingers stay sticky for hours.

The ladies light schedule was changed to 12/12 on Oct.30!❤️ The girls were doing great about 1 week after their big defoliation and SCROG being put in, I decided to flip to flower. I had been tucking and bending and had achieved about 80-90% canopy coverage, the last bit should fill in this week as they begin to stretch. During the 1st week of flower transition, I continued to tuck and bend where I could, trying to maintain an even canopy of tops, as well as fill in as many of the squares, as evenly as I can. It becomes a morning and night routine, I check on my humidifier, say good morning, and tuck away for about 5 minutes or so, it doesn’t take much at this point. Once the first week of stretch is through, I stop tucking branches and allow the tops to continue to grow upwards. I find that by using a SCROG method, there isn’t really a whole lot to do…I don’t defoliate until week 3, so it’s just feeding every 3-4 days and filling my humidifier! When I water is when I like to get under the canopy and check the stems and leaves for anything that shouldn’t be… and typically once a week after watering I’ll wipe down the tent and sanitize any surface I can. There is no reason to get lazy, that’s how you get Pests, Mold, and PM. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️

the temperature has risen to 32 degrees.. but flowering continues without problems.I have no way to lower the temperatures, just over a month and they should be ready. I made a mistake by adding the top dress, thinking it would help during the flowering stage. But since the plants only spent one week in supersoil before I switched to flowering, I added a tablespoon per 7 liters during the third week of 12/12 light. Given how short the vegetative phase was, I’ve realized that the top dress wasn’t necessary. waiting until the end of September for the next run the height of only 150 cm of the growbox does not help in counteracting the heat. Tropicana Banana make a nice top

Dec 2: Backed off the liquid weight, only giving 1x per week, rusty spots have stopped spreading I believe. Bulking going well, one girl drinks significantly faster due to her size. Prolly week 12 finishers. These are some frosty ass girls I cannot wait to smell the cure transformation.

Hi all, Welcome to my 🍌💜👊 week update. Thank you so much for your all support on this bananas journey 💜💚💜💚 Week 12 Jan 1 - Jan 7 I am so happy seeing how my girls are developing. All it's going great. 2 waterings of 8ltr on 03/01 no runoff and second on 06/01 9.5ltr! Runoffs PH at 6.2. Purchased larger dehumidifier and installed on 03/01 instantly humidity decreaseed from 55-59 to 50-55 on avg. and at night from 62-69 to 54-60. Light from 01/01 on max power output 110 watts. Nutes slightly adjusted. Buds on both girls gaining size, weight. Trichomes on Athena mostly milky and clear with only very few ambers. Xena mostly 50/50 clear and milky, They are smelling gorgeously, not sure if I should smoke or eat them first. Next week will still feed with nutes and keep an eye on trichomes development but it seems that girls are not in a hurry at all. That's okay me neither 😁 Stay tuned for next week entry very soon!
