I made these seeds myself, letting the Male pollinating the Female in the same tent. I dropped pollen with a paintbrush on 2 different occasions, then shook the male over the female a couple times as well. Harvested most the seeds after the female plant died of thirst, around Bloom Day 65-67, but some earlier around Bloom day 53-55. These seeds were soaked then direct sowed. Originally using 6 seeds but settled on 10. Success germination rate of 100%. Bred by Dark Horse Genetics, purchased Chem Berry D from Parkland Flowers then reproduction by moi. Who knows where this project will go. I collected a whole bunch of seeds, they seem to be very healthy.

Week 4 flower: all 3 plants left in the tent are pollinated - it's hard to tell to what extent but bud formation has slowed down 😞. Middle plant (Mimosa Evo #2) is definitely the strongest pheno and its trichomes smell like tangerines which is really nice! We did an intense defoliation on Day 24 of flower in an attempt to lower humidity and increase airflow but RH is still dangerously high at 80% because of the current weather. Also gave them a bloom PK top dressing on day 26 because canna coco does not provide a PK boost in their coco nutrient line. Hope to see the buds dense up over the next few weeks without too many seeds ...

Watching their progression from clear to cloudy to amber provides the ultimate insight into maturity. • Currently, we’re seeing a fantastic mix of cloudy trichomes with some clear still hanging around – a perfect sign that they’re gearing up for their final push. • Fun fact: Trichomes serve as the plant’s natural defense mechanism, protecting it from UV rays and pests while being our treasure trove for cannabinoids and terpenes. Spectrum Tuning: The Science of Light Light plays a major role in shaping the maturation process, and this week, we’ve dialed in the spectrum for optimal results. These subtle timing tricks help reduce stress while optimizing light absorption, ensuring every photon counts! 🌞 Environmental Conditions: Precision is Key Here are the dialed-in parameters for the week: • Temps: 26.3°C • RH: 70.1% • CO2: 800 ppm • VPD: 1.03 kPa With these numbers, the ladies are thriving in their sweet spot, absorbing nutrients efficiently while maximizing trichome development. Lighting Power: • Lower layer at 800 PPFD and the upper layer shining bright at 1500 PPFD. The canopy coverage is perfect for even development throughout the garden. As usual, it will stay there for 10 to 14 days before being transplanted into its final 11-liter fabric pot. This week has been all about shaping the plant. I’ve learned from last that the colas weren’t the same height, because I let the plant do it’s things with just a bit of training. Now I know what to look for so I’m trying my hardest. I top dressed this week with crab meal, Gaia green all purpose 4-4-4, insect frass, kelp meal, bone meal, azomite, and covered it with a healthy serving of worm castings (about an inch to 2 inches). All of which was sprinkled on all the chopped and dropped leaves/branches. I believe in adding biomass to soil, especially for an indoor growing who is money conscious. Doing that can help save me money going back to the store for more soil.

Notes for flower week 11 (12/29-1/4, days 70 to 76) Can't place side-by-side progressives since website update.... disappointed 😔 Lots of yellow and purple leaves now - SKOL Vikings! Watching the Terps every other day now and feeding reduced nute flush water until harvest. I dont plan to 'fully' remove the nutes, but drastically reduce. Watering Days. Day 142/72 (last feed was day 137/67) Tested and Calibrated my ph pens. Fed 3 gallons of de-chlorinated tap (starting with 223ppm) mixed with 428ppm of 100% Bloom Mix Concentrate. Due to this soil showing a possible calcium deficit, I am still using 1ml per gallon add-in to test on all plants using this soil, so I added 3.0ml of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) and then I ph balanced before feeding. The ph on this feed was balanced to 7.05 (7.0 last feed). I used knitting needles to help both aerate the soil and create new water pathways for the roots. I got ~17 cups of runoff (~19 cups last feed). Runoff was tested at 6.08ph and 1700ppm (5.96ph and 1640ppm last feed). Top soil tested at 6.26,6.23,6.55,6.50 for an avg of 6.385 (6.545 avg after last feed)

Switched to flower nutes too early. Back to full strength terp tea grow 711. Atleast for the next 2 weeks, maybe less. 5/1/24 Plant is stretching now. FYI just to clarify, I switched lights to 12/12 on 4/20 but I am considering her being in veg still until I see more pistils. Probably the end of this week. After a 2 week transition period 5/3 2 days later and I need to get my damn camera in the tent! This stretch is starting to look like nursery explained. She’s supposed to triple in size. I thought I tied her down too much and she would stay short. I swear she’s grown an inch over night. Starting to dominate the tent. Literally 2 days ago, I said that I didn’t consider this week to be flower and still the transition phase. Now she looks like she’s fully in the flowering phase. She’s beautiful and I’ve been impressed since veg. Since I chose her as a clone I liked the way she was. Hoping she follows through🌱💚

A little bit of defoliation and LST to day to give the wrangly clones some shape and some mains. These girls will bush out this week, hoping for about 10 to 14 days before I switch to 12/12. Feeding at 1000ec, some calmag, twice daily top feed drain to waste. The roots are sitting in aerated water all day thanks to the hempy's. Harvest time has come. It was an excellent cycle without any problems, in fact the plants were doing great and produced some beautiful buds. Now I will dry for 2 weeks plus cure for 1 month.
