Trying to dial their veg in. Nutes may be too old or too high. Changed with 4ml CaMg per gallon of RO water. The rest is MaxiGrow. Ever since adding rockwool to the grow, I have struggled. I don't have the dry back timed right yet. I moved my fan to dry the top of the pot surface instead of in the root zone or at the canopy height. After about 10 days I dumped out the rockwool and have replaced with hydroton. My initial though on using rockwool was to give the roots more space during late life stages. My experience has been with hydroton and I notice that the roots eventually get bound because the hydroton is a durable material and will not crush or compact. Rockwool on the other hand will compress when squeezed so I was hoping that in the late life stages the roots would compress the rockwool and make more room in the pots. The issue was dryback. If I used chunks instead of croutons, this may help but the other reason I used them was because I had them here already. If anyone is trying to slow their dryback down, they should consider adding 10% volume of croutons to hold moisture in the medium a bit longer. Notice anything different? They are starting to adapt to their new media. Hopefully by next week I can get them to perk up. One plant has looked better than the other three. I have no idea what these plants need to “perk up”. Possibly a different grower. If a grape terpine wasn’t in the end results I would have culled these long ago. Hopefully they perk up when we get to flower. 3 look ,,,, meh, the fourth is descent. Trimmed all four back down to 12” tall. Flower next week.

So far, so good. Plants are slowly gaining on height. The first set of leaves is done and signs of the second pair already showing. Got a small issue with tips yellowing. 26.9 - 2.10.2023

Everything is looking great 👍 The top buds getting more and more wonderful colours and man they are dense at hell!!! The overall size of the buds is not the best but in the next 1-2 weeks (maybe 3) I expect that they will get finally fat like a kid in the Hershey’s factory. I just ordered a better fan which will come in the upcoming days. I hope that will help with the bud rot prevention. Let’s hope for the best and happy growing

Hey everybody. Day 41. I have been really busy, the garden has gotten out of hands. Tomorrow I will start flowering stage. Just need to go get the flowering nutes. Still havent gotten the hydroguard, my creditcard is locked so cant order shit now. But they still growing and not dead so I take it so that they can still be saved. Hope that they wont freak at the lights swap and scrog training. All the best, yours truely, MrPlow! Day 42. Today was a BUSY day. It was the last chance to clean the rez. I was a bit worried to put the net over them because it means there will not be a chance to clean them in any case, and there has been a battle with the algae and other root issues but if I want to grow them in scrog then now it is time. And I am a Scrog guy all the way, balls deep. And the shitty thing is that I still dont have the Hydroguard, BUT I bought every freaking root product Advanced Nutriets has ever made and added them to rez, hope that can keep them alive another 60 days. It has to work, I like the Scrog style so much im willing to take the risk of not cleaning the buckets until harvest. I think its a must when growing weed, if you are a commercial grower, it gives you the possibility to use every inch of the tent efficiently. Today is day 64 and our baby Kabul is living her best life! She has got the whole tent to herself to do her thing... For being an only roughly 28 Oz of dirt she's doing very well I'm expecting around an ounce from her... So a gram for an ounce of dirt sounds good to me let's see if we could pull it off.. Divine seeds thank you so much for this competition and for the chance to have some fun with your genetics.. as we can see the genetics are very good as I have her in such little medium which is a stressor plus I did HST and LST and she didn't miss a beat.. good luck to everybody in the contest and to everybody else hope your plants are doing well as well and until next time as always happy growing ✌️😎

Bud are getting thick and very frosty!!! All of them are full of thricome and I can’t wait to harvest !! Smell is very strong in the house but honestly they are beautiful !!!! Happy growing all!!!!

Harvested 1 & the other will be in a day. Grew long and heavy buds that I tied to bamboo. No issues, just did what she wanted. Harvested 2... Watched friends and hung out by the Xmas tree.

Molasses is still the main ingredient of the fertilizers I feeding them. I just have only a small amount of the "ready" Advanced Nutrients Bloom fertilizer. I will still go on Mycoterra Kraken, Earthworm juice and Molasses. And of course my handmade fertilizer - it stinks like an 3-days-old cup of very strong green tea - this comes from the wakame seaweed ! Extra tip: The smell of wakame is much stronger than the cannabis smell! So you don't need any carbon filters etc. 😆😋 So the molasses does: I once done the water with molasses mix and leaved it for 2 days - it began to ferment! The smell of this remembers me of beer making process with a little bit of the very fresh smell of a essential oil from green carrot tops. Yes, I know - these descriptions are the bomb, haha! Reduced the temperature on my thermostat gear: from 32 to 26'C to see what happens - the reduction should help improve the flowering. As you can see some of the leaves are broken - caused accidentally by watering the plant! I am trying to do my best on this small area 😅

All going well

This is the last week before harvest. Using just water. Cut off all fan leaves (should have done that weeks ago). Keeping pH @ 6.0. Daphne is still doing well. Impressed with how I was able to slowly bring down humidity during the grow cycle - it's now below 40%. Maybe it was the charcoal. Excited about harvest. I am very happy with the first test of the A.B.L.E. (All-purpose Botanical Life-giving Environment) Grow Chamber. Any problem with the plant was due to me and I believe the chamber helped in every part of the grow cycle.

Day 48. They look as sad as pitty UK summer. Days are in low 20, nights as low as 11.... constant rain .... Have doubts about that strain, but #1 is getting somewhere ;))))) others in shade and dont grow as big as they should by now. Picky strain in my mind. My friend has last bean in greenhouse and she is weakest from 3 strains he tries . #1 lost two sets of bottom branches , #2 and #3 lost three sets each. They needed good clearing from worthless sides. Cleared all garden from fresh grow, aerated soil, put slug pellets and thats it. Came late so leaves are droopy. Plus i think heavily represent overwatering ;))) but with such air ..... I see some preflowers, so count this as last veg week. Will visit in two weeks to top up with PK boost. Have some crazy person in city , look what he does to one post box ;))) Happy Growing !!!

very strong resin production, a heavy hitter, nighttime stuff! a real great strain, highly recommended! you can certainly smell the grape with a creamy touch! ps. one of the plants was a mutant, it was very weak, had almost no resin on it and absolutely no scent at all....but it had alot of potency and a awesome yield!
