Not a lot to update the seedlings have came up out the soil at this point they are still to small to tell any visible differences. I started all the seeds from all 10 packs and and I put 26 of them in soil I now have about 20 of them left I still have atleast one left if every strain. I just kept the 20 plants that all started off at the same time it’s so much easier when there is not some plants behind from the rip. In a few days I will pick out the best one from each of the 10 strains and toss the rest so sad there is a plant count here.

Week three and the plants are doing better, still some signs of nutrient burn but the new growth is coming though lovely. Temperature has dropped this week outside and even with an extra heater I can only achieve 23c. I’ve re topped a few plants to try and maintain an even height and let the smaller ones catch up a bit. Apart from that all I have done is take some burnt leafs off and watered with de chlorinated water at 6.5 ph, the “all mix” pragron soil is very hot compared to the light mix. I’ll probably stick to using light mix once all the all mix has gone

Variety prone to suffer from Botrytis because it develops super thick and compact buds. I harvested it a week earlier than expected when the first infected buds appeared. Beautiful plant, with a spectacular structure and that when green lives up to its name and smells delicious. The harvest was on 02/March equivalent to 02/September in the northern hemisphere. The yield was 1016 g of dried and bottled buds.

Both are growing great showing good color and no major signs of any issues. Over all been a very easy strain to grow up to this point with no special treatment needed. Jack Herer x Ruderalis Day 1 Sprout on Sept 16, 2019 @ about 8-9 pm- Canuk Seeds - Jack Herer Fem Autoflower September 13th at 6:30 pm: Planted in a 5 Gallon pot that was previously flushed, loaded with Gaia Green slow release nutrients and soaked down with a PH of 6.51. The pot has many fine roots remaining in it from my Amnesia XXL grow. I filtered through and took out a lot of the larger roots, while I tilled the soils with a fork and my hands until the coco medium was fluffy again. Lighting is a Phlizon 1000w LED/245 watt power draw, including 2 cob lights. It sits at about 25" from soil. During my "First Grow" of Amnesia XXL I had kept my lighting really low from the start. I wanted a shorter plant that allowed light access across the canopy tops and less popcorn bud. With this grow, I am going to keep the lights higher up until I see how she's taking off in height. I would rather she does not reach more than 20" ...for a few reasons. Another thing I'm going to do differently this grow.... In my Amnesia XXL grow, I played with her watering PH values during her first two weeks of germination and vegetation. I watered her at values of PH 5.8X-6.1, trying to bring the PH of the medium down. In my reading, plants are able to uptake nutrients at different PH levels. With this grow - I will be watering her in a PH range of 6.6 to 6.1 from start to finish.

I placed the 2 seeds in a damp paper towel and placed it into a closed Tupperware. The tupperware was placed in my stereo cabinet (warmest place I could find) and less than a day taps roots were showing. I then placed them in my humidity dome and within 18hrs I had roots sprouting thru the bottom of the sponge. This has been the best start I have yet to have. I also built a new RDWC system with waterfalls to veg and flower these two in. I have photos and video above on the new tent setup. I have it running with just regular tap water until the seedlings are ready to go in. I have also installed a 90gpd RO system (APEC brand) under my kitchen sink. The water comes out 5.8ph and 7ppm. I will be using this RO water thru the entire grow with some Cal-mag of course. The system holds about 25 gallons total of water. The main res is 17 gallons and the two buckets are 5 gallons. I will no longer be using air stones. I have a recirculating pump in the main res, waterfalls in the buckets and of course the main pump running the whole system. Should be plenty of air for the roots. I used 2 in return pipes in the hopes of avoiding roots clogging the pipes. I scrogged last time but I'm not sure I will be going that route. I might just top and train. I will be doing a major defoliation on one and just simple trimming on the other. I am trying to find out if the risks of stressing the plant are worth the returns. Well wish me luck....and away we go. day 1 - shes getting her sugar on the leafs now clearly and you can start to really notice her smell after just a few minutes of the tent being open. not too strong of a smell yet but there is still much time to improve, really happy with the bud developement so far!!! day 4 - trichome producktion is just kickin off since 1-2 days, love to smell her sweetness. stretch has come to a stop a few days also. day 6 - when i opened the tent today she was showing me her flowers big. there was a big diffrence visible for my eye from last open yesterday to today and i like it! the pistils on the main bud start to get orange color and the others also seem to get a few pistols with color totay!
