Day 77 Last week for the northern lights phenos... NL3 is showing amazing colors.. terps very loud... very gasy and citrus...(very in line with the NL! that i had ) NL2 comepletly diferent terps... more fruty and sweet&sour ...i can smell pineapple background with a very sweet tone... cant wait to try that one after curing... Lemon cherry cookies... smells like a killer.... lemonine... gasy.... very strong smell.... this one has 2 more weeks to go... but tricoms will tell... Like was stuned by acumulated salts... i did water with acti-vera , alg-a-mic & bioheaven twice... and now she is drinkin like a champ again... 4 liters every 2 days on light mix soil..

Good morning growmies! I am finally back online after moving house and being without internet for weeks. These ladies took a battering and bruising in transit, and were left in the dark for 4 days, starved of water and food for 9 days TWICE inside 3 weeks. Still, can you believe the progress despite all that? Wowza, when RQS say these Epsilon F1s are fast they are NOT JOKING, and OH MY the smell is soooooooooooooooooo good. It's really a complex sweet and fruity scent with delicate notes of spice and sandalwood. I am super curious now. All five plants are within a couple of inches of each other, the tallest being 72cm currently (Dinah!). I am so very impressed with these plants that I am considering running a full tent of Epsilon F1s for my next grow! I wonder if I can get a bulk discount?! 😬😁 Day 54: Fertigated 10l Day 56: They are not slowing down. Ally, Normani, Lauren, and Dinah are all similar size, Camila is a bit smaller but in terms of development they are all very very close to each other. I am really impressed by the uniformity here, more impressed by the speed, and most impressed by the scent. They are not strong smelling, but if you get close or have a squeeze it wafts over you like an exquisite perfume. It is the most complex cannabis scent I have experienced yet. Really really interesting, I am really excited for the eventual smoke review so that I can properly understand the complexity at play here. The breeder and sponsor of this grow Royal Queen Seeds have offered to sponsor a full tent of this strain, if that works out then I will be doing another grow series right after this one. Fingers crossed!

Hopefully, this is the last week for the Gelato Cookie D'ohpe. Fan leaves are getting yellow and the pistils are getting brown and also keep checking the trichomes that are getting milky. Watering 125ml 2 times per plant, so altogether 700ml for 2 plants, and now the Gelato Cookie D'ohpe. is being flushed so no fertilization. Purple Punch will be fertilized with the same way before I did and now it is flowering. I removed some yellow leaves from the Gelato Cookie D'ohpe that was dried so the lower buds might be able to receive more light. Monday: Sunday is the scheduled harvest day for Gelato Cookie D'ohpe. I can't wait to happen. Petty much everything is okay. Last day of the 9th week so I trimmed the Gelato Cookie D'ohpe before harvest and also this is the last day when I gave her water so I added extra today 2x 250ml. Until Sunday no more water and Saturday no light also so 3 days no water before harvest and 1 day no light. I removed the oldest biggest fan leaves from the Purple Punch because those were getting yellow and the plant looks much better, let her focus on her buds. :) As I cut off the leaves the Purple Punch has like citrus smell in really like that. The Gelato Cookie D'ohpe is stronger, very strong smell, for me stinky, but the flowers have fruity smell I really like it. So the end of the week Purple Punch is 40 cm, Gelato Cookie D'ohpe is 70 cm.

La tierra utilizada es al mix top crop, por cambiar. De 3 ejemplares seleccioné los 2 mejores para completar el indoor y apliqué el tetra 9 vía foliar, cambié el fotoperiodo a 12/12 y también apliqué una poda de bajos, se ven bien sanas las plantas, tienen un buen color progresan a muy buen ritmo por el momento. Finalmente complete 1 semana más de floracion(semana 18), guiándome por los pistillos abundan los blancos y no asi los oxidados, por eso decidí no cortar todavía, (he inspeccionado con lupas los tricomas y aun les falta madurar un poco mas, según mi criterio),esperare un poco mas.igualmente sigo regando solo con agua. Hi Growmies, I'm excited to share some big news today! Although there have been some unexpected twists, it's all part of the incredible journey of gardening. I've just completed the harvest, a tad earlier than initially planned, due to finding a bit of mold in one of the buds. Despite this minor hiccup, the trichomes were already at a decent 10% to 15% amber. So, all things considered, the timing ended up being pretty spot-on. The harvested weight was a solid 609 grams after trimming, which is quite a feat! A lesson learned for next time: perhaps I let her grow a few too many buds, leading to a denser canopy than ideal. But on the bright side, the aroma is absolutely divine. I sampled an airy bud that had dried a bit, and wow, it packs a stronger punch than its clone mother. And the flavor? Pure, unadulterated cheese – no hint of pineapple here! Now, the anticipation builds for the final dry weight, which I should know in about 3-4 days. It's always exciting to see the fruits of our labor fully realized. A huge thanks to everyone who's been following along on this journey. Your interest and support mean the world. Sooo! Now i started the mainlining... what a bad feeling it was chopping her down! :( But i guess its a bad for a good (you get the idea of the expression..) So I will clone the little side branches from the top apex to get some more babies, but i won't be very much focusing on them since the girls i want to show for the contest, are the two mother plants. I did a small video, hope its gonna be viewable. Sorry for the pics taken under the grow light... After a long time I think we got to an end of this story. Especially the gelato was tough battle. It started with no clones surviving from the veg of original plant. Then of course it turned out to be the best one from probably 20 or 30 seeds ive had of this strain. Reveg of this one was very complicated. She didn't want to grow from the buds I left on. Maybe due to them being very meaty not much leaf there just a couple of very chunky calyxes. I was kind of accepting it's not going to happen. Unexpectedly tiny growth started to show near the bottom of the main stem. Steadily but surely it slowly grew. Unfortunately after reaching around 15 cm new problems arose. She started drooping badly. I think I she started having root issues. It was rather big pot of roots for such a small growth and they started dying. I also might overwatered it a little. I must have taken action or she would be lost again. I took a chance and took clones from the small and droopy growth. After a long few days there perked right up. I knew they started getting more nutrients and water from the cut little stems then they've had from the dying roots. Another few days flew by and, success the withe fuzzy growth appeared from the easy plugs. We had roots! Now I have 3 beautiful clones of her and she's going in for the next round. Ice cream cake was a breeze in comparison. Maybe it was due to rock wool cube breaking a little better than 7 l coco. Or the buds were more prone to reveg. She started growing beautiful shoots left and right fast. I took probably 30 clones off of her. 9 best are currently growing in small turn and are stunning. Very healthy, very vigorous, praying all the time. Just perfect. Can't wait to see these dark purple buds again. Till the next time.

Obviously I need a new strategy - I’m just not sure what.**update: It’s been lowering a bit - down to 51% approx. still want to get lower Only a few more days to complete my plan of one week of Pk 13/14 with multiple daily fertigation. - Highest base nutes and highest EC for the entire grow. I think I’ll start lowering it on the next tank. They’ve got some tip burn for sure. - **update - **update: finished the week of pk13/14 - added terpinator; lowered base nutes - I’ll be adding sugeree on next tank (instead of terpinator)

My pictures seem to have re organized themselves, just give me a few here and I'll get the full rundown . So this week ( day 21-23) was MAJOR defoliating. What my first step is to start taking the largest fan leaves . My next step is about halfway through the canopy I'll stop and then I'll start working on the very bottom of the plant now at this stage in the game anything that doesn't even have a nice Bud site so a nice white hair sticking bud at the very bottom like shoots I'll just cut them right off. This is the first steps of a main line but I don't complete the actual full main line I probably will try it sometime soon just not this time. So you take off anything that is a small shoot coming off the main stems and then your next step is . STOP. It might be a minute it might be 10 minutes, 20 min , it might be an hour or more ( my tip is don't wait a full day I try and do it within the first 12 hours of starting it) but I always stop just to look at what I've done sometimes if you get going too quickly you can end up doing way too much. Stand to talk to canopy and look what sites are getting hit by light what places are these families beneficial to use for photosynthesis. Anything that is not doing as much good will be taken off and at that point I'll probably do another you know 5-10 minutes of defoliation maybe take one or two more shoots at the bottom to ensure what's left there is a huge fat cola that's going to give you those huge buds . After this you're going to want to do your best to support those stems that are going to hold a lot more weight as if the plant would have been with all the shoots so you're going to want to just make sure that you have staking in place or some sort of support system to keep them from flopping over a breaking them in the future because that's one thing yeah it's great but then it'll get to a point where oh no stuff falling over and then it's just more hassle than it is helpful. Day 78. Just runs fine. Day 42 for Control garden. Biggest Incredible Bulk is amazing plant, very strong, should be really nice to harvest, 3 weeks veg is my shortest ever.... Thinking to leave them untouched, hope they will mature quicker, even without direct light, they grow amazing.. For now just heavy feed, reached 1100, normally 1200 is my max. Day 79. Girls are fine, plain water today. Thinking to leave Control Garden with all leaves, but despite them growing not under direct light they are 70+ cm height. Now they cause shadow and block air move... In doubts a bit... Day 83. Control garden is a lot behind and still stretching , took 12 leaves in total from 3 plants. Now second canopy will have more light, should really chop bottom branches and leaves, but maybe will do it on second defoliation round... All girls getting heavy feed 1250 ppm. Gorillas still too hungry, Cookies overfed as always... Hard grow for lazy hard stoner :)))

I am increasingly convinced that I will have to cut GG3 first (probably at the end of this week, given the darkening of all those trichomes) and in at least a week (if not more) GG2 come on girls!
