It's been 23 days of flower now and The gals are still loving the fc4800 and their new 8x8 mars hydro grow tent as much as I do👍 leaves are sticking straight up towards the light. Love how easy the zippers are to open and close. Nice and strong and guaranteed to last. It has extra material on the backside of the zipper that helps for light leaksand enough ports and vents for anything you need in it👍. the tsw2000 is still going strong and is also a very good light. Its been going almost nonstop for 6 months and still working the same as when I got it👍. not much heat off both lights but the fc4800 is alot cooler and the heat-sinks work extremely well. I have it daisy chained to the tsw2000 and 1 dimmer controls the other and i don't need to be reaching in too far to dim the other light, it's awesome and I can't wait to buy more lights to daisy 4 together👍. I would recommend this light to everyone that grows with leds and have trouble with temperatures getting too high. Even if you grow with HPS lights I think any mars hydro light is a MUST TRY. I like how heavy both lights are because I know it means they are built soild and strong 💪. Very good sign with the frost they are starting to get thanks to bith mars hydro lights. I can notice more frost under the fc4800 and I'm thinking it's from the UV DIODES they put on the fc4800 👍. 2 days ago they all smelt like my nuken, sweet marshmallows. But now I can smell the monkey dough and gorilla glue and skunk monkey coming through👍. I touched a bud on the gorilla and monkey fingers smelt like fruit loops👍 really pleasant smell. Lingered on my fingers for atleast 30 min. I'm glad mars hydro is under priced compared to some brands and for how popular they are usually companies would charge more. Dehumidifier is going almost non stop to try and get the humidity down. I love how both lights on 100% power only raise my temperature 2 or 3 degrees 👍. You can rest your hand on the lights and not much heat comes off them. Obviously there is some heat but for the brightness of the lights and only raising the temp that much is awesome 👌.  And if I wanted to I could remove the driver from the fc4800 and run it on the outside of my tent because the cord is so long but 2 or 3 degrees is barely nothing👍. The girls are starting to bulk up abit now and only 3 weeks of flowering, these lights are awesome 👌.  My last run of monkey dough and gorilla glue didn't start showing alot of crystals until week 4. Trimming started on day 11 of drying an took roughly 5 hours to complete. The yield was 644 of dried flower and another 8 grams of dry sift from the trim bin. I pressed 6 oz into flower rosin with about 20 percent yield with a total of 35g of rosin.

Lessons learned from week 1 of my first grow so far: the best watering solution I found so far is a mix of distilled water from the store and filtered tap water. with a final ph of 6 and ppm of 20-40. a little ph buffer goes a bloody long way. Use with caution. performing tasks like mixing solution and potting a germinated seed are best performed without a phone (camera) in one hand. the seed germinated within 24 hours using paper towels. I planted after 36 hours. After 24 hours of potting, the stem was already shooting up, and I turned on the lights, set to an 18 hour schedule. I wasn't quite ready for this, so it took me some time to research and get the desired humidity and temperature. At this point I added more nutrient in even quantities of FloraGro, FloraMicro, and FloraBloom, according to instructions. Perhaps a little early though, although after just one 18 hour light cycle this plant is shooting up like a rocket and showing leaves. I bought a fan for the inside of the tent and propped it up on a box, and a humidifier to bring the humidity from 40-50% to around 70%. Since it's a winter grow, I have to periodically increase the temperature to keep it at 25 °C. The intake fan, humidifier, and inside fan are significantly lowering the temperature. I'm also experimenting with finding the right humidifier settings since the humidity seems to increase a lot when the lights go out, and the machine is still new.

The feed on this week's post is for the RQS Wedding Cake Auto. The FB And Bruce Banner got 1 tsp of BAS Coconut powder and 2 tsp of molasses. The Wedding Cake also got a small top dressing of 2 tbsp of craft blend a buildaflower. Im not too sure on what's going on with the wedding cake but im letting it ride out.

So Melon Gum finished. This was not one of my better grows. I had root rot in flowering. This really messed up what she could of done. It was a 17 week grow I still got a harvest. Guys, I did it! I managed to get to the end of my grow with no problems and a whopping dry weight of 189 grams (6.6 oz). I am over the moon with the outcome, especially considering this was my first time. The buds have been curing for 12 days now, breaking down extra chlorophyll for a smoother smoke. The aromas are subtle when putting your nose in the jars—nothing crazy—but when you break into a bud, it smells absolutely amazing. It has an aroma almost like Stardog, with a diesel, piney, and gassy scent. As for the taste, the buds are just as impressive! They taste exactly how they smell: diesel, piney, and gassy, much like a Stardog. The effect is incredible; it numbed my whole body and put me in a couch lock state. This strain is probably not the best for daytime smoking due to its potent, body-numbing effect. I can't wait to continue this journey with my next grow!

Thank you ViparSpectra providing me this outstanding quality XS2000 light. 16/09/2021: Seeds are placed in the water and now I will leave them in it for approx 18 hours. 17/9/2021: Hiiiiii! They had been in the water for almost 18 hours. Tested them after several hours just a little push if they sink. They did so they supposed to be viable. Spliffs Strawberry was a bit more nasty the seed didn't want to submerge easy but it did. Northen Light is crazy tap root is already out of it was a race she would have already won it lol.... less the 18 hours tap root out in the water nice... Rest of them are normal nothing much to say! So I placed them between damp paper towel and we waitin' Let's gooooo 19/9/21: The winner of the race is Northen Light tao root was out even the day when I placed in the water. Cookies Gelato is the second and then Mastodon Kush and the Spliff kids. Well, 2 of them coud not make it they submerged in the water but then that's all not sprouting at all. This 2 Afghani Gold and Spliffs Strawberry have been replaced with another try /seeds/. So hopefully those will be alright. Anyways, rest of them are planted with today.

Week 4 for the indoor black Lebanon by SSSC Phenos 4 & 1 are for sure the ones packing on the size of buds first. Hoping the other 2 catch up. They were only feed plain water next week ill probably give them a feeding of greenhouse feeding bio enhancer for some extra boost. They are all smelling of a strong nutmeg type spice atm.

Week 13! We made it to harvest! The buds are looking gorgeous..bright green super crystally from that 48 hours of darkness prior..and oh so many hints of purple all thanks to my efforts of cooling down temps at night. Smelling absolutely dank right after drying which was a nice teaser for me when I get to finally smoke her! I have two plants chopped one is still drying and I’ll probably add one more photo because it had one fat cola that needs to be shared LOL! Unfortunately this plant was 6 grams short of giving me 2 full ounces but i’m still learning and they weren’t trained at all and I’m happy with the result! I think the plant still hanging will give me an ounce or less..it was my corner plant that didn’t get much tending. What a fun strain to grow will update on the smoke eventually!
