I have to dry the buds in the dark, at 20 degrees, 50% humidity

Week 21 of the Pineapple Upside Down has been a slow, steady week of adaptation. Nothing dramatic happened, but this phase is crucial, because the plant is still adjusting to the new light spectrum. At the start of the week, I had bumped the PPFD up to around 500. But it became obvious pretty quickly that she wasn’t handling that intensity well. The apex looked tired, the leaves were curling downward like a soft saddle, and the whole plant was signaling that the metabolic shift wasn’t complete yet. So I made the decision to step the intensity back down to 300 PPFD. A gentler light, less metabolic pressure, and a better environment for the plant to recalibrate after the spectrum change. These adaptation phases always take time— forcing it only delays the recovery. Over the next few days, I started noticing some very subtle signs. The apex seems to be lifting again, and the leaves that were curling now look like they’re slowly opening back up. It’s still too early to confirm anything, so I’m keeping expectations realistic. Right now, visual impressions are all we have, and the plant still needs space to stabilize. For this stage, the strategy is simple: no adjustments, no extra stress, no forced progression. We keep the light at 300 PPFD and let her rebuild her momentum naturally. Only when she gives a clear, confirmed sign of vigor—not just a hint— will we start considering the transition to flower. So Week 21 was a quiet-looking week, but an important one metabolically. The plant is processing the spectrum change, resetting its rhythm, and hopefully setting the foundation for a clean, strong pre-flower phase. It is stunning. - She almost covered the hole of her roommate in a week. No defoliation, nothing. This soil and light combination rocks. I think Im proving at as we go here. I switched the light timer to 12/12 and turned the carbon filter on. I wish I had more space to grow vertically, but the height of my box and grow light distance limits me from vegging too long. I hope to have a larger set up in the future 😀. At the start of week 7 The girls are chugging along (Cal/Mag really seemed to help) and I'm looking forward to seeing the bud structure and that Blueberry smell! I will be going on vacation in a little over a week for 8 days 😅. This is also why I started flowering now..so that I can be home during the majority of the stretch period(12 days from flip). The day I leave I will apply nutrients and thoroughly saturate the coco and then the girls will be watered with the blumats from my 5 gal reservoir (hopefully that is enough and there isn't too much PH drift). On day 5 of week 7 I applied 1 gal of nutrients until runoff. Week 7 went well.

The plants were so crowded I decided to put them into a Larger tent to allow some light to the lower bud sites and to help lower the humidity amongst the plants. I'm sure they will love the extra space. The light has now been raised 20cm (20cm taller tent) Allowing me to turn out right up which is 45000 lux in the centre right below it. I will up the bloom to 2ml/l this coming week.

Both seem to be slowing down as far as stretching goes. They both are getting slightly taller every week. There were a few weak fan leaves and stems near the bottom of both plants so I defoliated a bit more. Bud sights look nice and healthy and are have a nice slight smell.

I did not top this girl, yet. Her top lowers started catching up to the top so I didn’t want to stop her yet lol. But all in all she’s looking healthy.

Here comes the first Preflower Update

28/3 Gave them a first feed and bit more training today they are really really looking good. Family/sisters for the win.

Harvesting Gx2 x CAG from Selfie Seeds was extremely easy. Not a very leafy strain and all nugs were solid as rocks, so it took no time to get in there with some trimmers and have a wonderful looking end result.

i did some defoliation because it did get som sunburn on the mainstem. but everything is good. she is gorwing and puting on weight.

I'm very happy with this weeks progress. They transitioned very well to the garden, which I'm chocking up to the row cover. They didn't need any water due to the thunderstorm we had last night, but I did make a ring around the base of each plant and gave them about 1-2 TBSP of the Coast of Maine Stonington Blend fertilizer. They also got their tomato cages.

Hello! For this setup i´ll use Optic 1 XL in a 80cmx80cm tent, (indoor grow), with temperature, humidity and air flow controled... Have heard great things about Real Cookies and now it´s time to grow it! Have successfully germinated 2 seeds out of 2 using the easy start kit from RQS, 100 % rate! (made a DIY box and used the wireless router to keep it warm) Notice this seeds have sprouted in less than 48h it´s a personal record to me! I´m using Janeco light mix and prepared the soil with the the easy boost organic nutrition before reporting the seedlings... It´s time to turn on the lights and let the mother nature do the magic!
