6-23 Went from humidity dome to net pots. I used tap water and cal mag that I ph too low by accident, i thought I needed 5.5 but was at that for the day and top feeding, I may have put into net pots too early. I am making mistakes for sure but leanring and correcting them. I continued to try and dial in my VPD the next few days as well as temps and it took about two days. Now my temps and VPD are constant at around 1. Made some mistakes with the not calculating my ph pen and struggled with that the next two days from like 5.5-6.4 swings. 6-26 RO system came in and got it installed. Started to notice yellowing on the tips of my babies and decided I was going to flush everything and add my first dose of nutrients with the new clean water. 6-27 System flushed, nutes added, ppm 500 and ph 5.8, water temp 69, temp in tent is 79, humidity is around 67 % and are dialed in almost perfectly, its annoying dealing with this vivosun humidifier. I dont recommend, it doesnt work with inkbird, it shuts off randomly, its humidistat is highly inaccurate, but I have found a setting to make it work with another humidifier I have in the tent until my ac inifinity one arrives that I should be able to hook it up and be completely good. Ive been adjusting everything for night time right as the lights go off so i can keep my vpd around 1 at night as well, then wake up in the morning at 7am and refill my humidifiers and adjust my settings for day time. Its been working great for getting that dialed in. 6-28 Things have been going great since flushing the system and feel like they are improving and starting to grow a bit faster now! Adjusted my Ph from 6.2 back down to 5.8 and everything seems to be going a little better, at least i feel a bit better about it all. 6-29 Things have been going smoother, they seem to be loving the the nutrients and had a bit of growth quickly! PH was at 6, I'm letting it rise to at least 6.2 before I adjust it back down. Temp and humidity have been great, no issues maintaining that as of now, the little system and settings I have are working nicely. The AC infinity controller is awesome but takes a bit to figure out the right settings for where I wanted it, but going well now. 6-30 No issues, things going well. Temp and humidity in control at 78 and 65sih. Water temp 69, ppm 520, and ph 5.8. I have not had to adjust the ph the last two days, its stays between 5.8 and 6.0 typically. They seem to be doing really well to me and growing fast, but this is my first grow so not sure, but I feel decent about it.

Day 46: Looking healthy and fresh. Didn’t get fat as expected. Although they are beautifll and full snowed. Got some trips in the plants so im using Neem Oil and Potasic Soap organic blend.

Hello growmies! Welcome to week five of An Epsilon Adventure! Massive thanks to both Shogun and Royal Queen Seeds for sponsoring this grow! The girls are all at different early flowering stages, but they are only days apart from each other. I have a bit of a quandary now though, as I am no longer following the nutrient schedule as these plants are too fast for it. So I am unsure whether to start PK warrior or not yet. I have also realised I have probably underfed them in the last week or so, which to be honest isn't a big deal for me right now as they are already waaaaaaaaaaay bigger than expected. Let's talk about that a moment. This strain has an average height of 50-70cm. I wonder if those numbers were for soil grows? It seems for coco you will get even bigger plants. Case in point these six girls measured at 3pm 24/7 day 30 as follows: Plant 1: 111cm Plant 2: 99cm Plant 3: 90cm Plant 4: 89cm Plant 5: 85cm Plant 6: 84cm Plant 3 appears to have stopped stretching and is the most advanced into flower. Plant 4 is right behind it and has slowed down but not yet stopped stretching. Plant 2 is next in terms of flowering development her stretch is slowing. Plant 5 is still stretching rapidly and is coming to the end of preflower. No concern really at 85cm she has some room yet. Plant 6 is still stretching rapidly and is still in preflower. Slightly concerned despite her 84cm stature as she has been the most beefy looking plant all along, so I am expecting her to grow a good bit more. Plant 1 is still stretching rapidly and is still in preflower. Extremely very concerned about this one. The light is about as high as it can go. 111cm!! I have scoured the internet and the tallest Epsilon F1 I have found was 95cm. It's great that she is so happy this plant, but if she gets much taller I'm going to have to super crop her main cola. Whatever happens I am starting to dream of smashing my yield target out of the park, these girls are all impressive. Hard to believe they are just 30 days old. Plant 1: 126cm Plant 2: 107cm Plant 3: 93cm Plant 4: 94cm Plant 5: 97cm Plant 6: 96cm Plants 3 and 4 have stopped stretching now and are fully into flower. At 93cm and 94cm respectively, by the end of flower these girls may hit 1m but they wont go much more than that. Plant 2 looks to have just about stopped as well. It might go another 10cm overall. Plant 5 is still stretching but I think not much more. Plant 6 is still stretching and I am still expecting quite a bit of growth from her. Then there is plant 1. 126cm and still stretching. It has now grown beyond the height of the light. I hope it can somehow finish itself before it hits the top of the tent. I mean the secondary colas are over 1m already. It is a great shame this giant plant doesn't have more horizontal space to itself, either way it is absolutely shocking to see. I really do not want to super crop her, but am out of options. This grow, incidentally, constitutes the first and last time that I let any indoor cannabis plant go untrained. With basically 4 x 4 x 4 of usable space, training my plants is not really optional - and now you can all see why. This "50-70cm" strain has rapidly outgrown my space. RQS it may be time to revisit the height claims on this strain. Just saying. ### Week 5 Day 6 01:00 28/7 Rearranged the tent and photographed. I have been regularly rotating the plants and periodically moving them around. My problem is now plant one has already hit the top of the tent and there is no easy way to give it anymore space... still not sure what I am supposed to do but it's fine for now... tried to capture the problem with the photos. As well as plant 1, plant 6 looks like it's going to keep going for a good bit yet, and plant 2 is still putting a bit of height on. I took plenty of photos today to try and capture the essence of the jungle. It is quite unbelievable what these plants have done. I just cannot stop looking at them, they are magnificent. I have not fed for 4 days, will probably feed later I am just trying to slow them down a bit by not feeding them. It doesn't seem to be working. ### Week 5 Day 6 23:00 28/7 Defoliated heavily all plants. Fertigated 2l each. Removed some more lower side growth off the smallest plant (plant 3) to make space. Might leave it a few days before I photograph again. Plants 2, 3, and 4 are all well into flowering now, plant 5 is not far behind them, but plants 1 and 6 are still in preflower. :( What is really remarkable right now is the difference in colour between the plants further into flower vs the plants still in preflower. W19 (Harvest) 6-6 Last day before harvest. 7-6 Harvest day! Installed a humidifier outside the tent, set to 55% aiming for a 60% humidity inside the dry tent. 17-6 After 10 days of drying she is ready to be trimmed. While posting this a couple of months later i found out that i totally forgot to make pictures and video's of the trimmed buds 😅 End result #1: 37 Grams of dried buds. 35.84 Grams of dried trim and very small buds, into the freezer. I would describe pheno 1 as normal frosty, almost stone like buds, smells chemical with hints of dish soap (i really like it!) I cant describe the taste but it was very tasty out of the box, before the cure, very sad i only had 37 grams of it haha. End result #2: Around 70 grams of dried buds. 43.23 Grams of dried trim and small buds, into the freezer for bubble hash. I would describe pheno 2 as very frosty buds, little bit fluffy, smells very gassy, with a nice sour taste after curing a couple of months. Very interesting strain, i will definitely grow it again! I have some trim and small buds saved up from different strains and i will be posting a diary of the full process making hash of them! Welp I overdid some things the past couple weeks. Bumping up the light schedule to 20 hours so soon after adding the second lamp definitely caused some lightburn. At the same time I over watered before going out of town and came back to fungus gnats yuck. Only really signs of root rot on ok be plant. Changed lights back to 18-6. Went a whole week before feeding any again, until bottoms felt dry. Last nutes for white (hard flush w/ peroxide next feeding), normal nutes for blue and yellow (last with grow big). Topped and mended in an inch of perlite and sprayed Neem oil around fabric pots, top of soil, and plant base as well as hanging fly traps. Seems to be coming under control. Harvested 4 small spears off of red and began drying testing potential setup. Will do another partial harvest on red and potentially a spear or two off of white as well this week.

Day 64, 12.06.2024 Today marks the start of week 10. I just saw that some of the leafs of Erika I are clawing upwards. I double checked the light distance to the canope which seems to be fine at around 30cm. I watered yesterday. As over watering might be the culprit as well I will watch closely wether it gets better during the next 24h. However, as we are approaching the finishing line I will not put too much effort in this issue. Day 65, 13.06.2024 Another round of drinks is about to be served. As Erika I is tacoing (edges of the leafs are facing towards the light) I went into analysis: It could be a) lights: after checking the distance again I an rule that out. Also the other plant does not show any clawing symptoms. b) underwatering: I gave 500ml extra water yesterday in the morning in hopes of recovery by afternoon. But no sign of relaxation so I ruled out that as well. c) overwatering: hard to believe as I only water 15% of the pot volume every other day and there is no drain d) over fertilization: Thats a point - I gave both plants the exact same amount of nutrition during grow. I think this plant might have had enough for a while. Because of d) I decided to not give Erika I any fertilizers today (she also did not show signs of low nutrition in the past). However, I will water both and keep an eye on them. No reason for panic though I guess. Also: Being on the final lap towards harvest I recognized quite a lot of the pistils are getting orange. I would say currently over all buds around 50-60% of the pistils are orange. I will wait until ~90% of them are orange and then take a look at the trichomes, where I aim for 80/20 ratio (cloudy to amber). Day 66, 14.06.2024 No action today. Day 67, 15.06.2024 Today I will water and feed again - providing 4/4/4 Grow/Bloom/TopMax + 1,2ml CalMag to Erika II. For Erika I I am still waiting for the leafs to un-taco - but until now there is no sign of it. This is the last official week with nutrients anyway so maybe Erika I already had her last meal, but without realizing 😂 Tacoing did not went away. Didn't really change at all actually. So they both get water & nutes. Next time I might skip nutes on Erika I. Amount of water: ~600ml each Day 68, 16.06.2024 No action on the plants today. Revised my timing and plans: - BioBizz nutrient schedule is made for roughly 10 weeks of flowering with flushing instructions on the second to last week and harvest on the last week - assuming the Erikas started flowering in their 3rd week that leaves me with facing the 8th flowering week up (which is also the last week they should get nutrition) right ahead - Decision: will give them 3 times nutrients over the next 1 week. Then I will stop giving them nutrients and start flushing every other day (water then until water comes out below the pots). - I assume/hope I will flush for at least one week until it is time for harvest This period of the grow is unexpectedly exciting! I do not have any experience from other grows but until now I think it went quite good. There were no pests, no big time nutrient deficiencies, etc. and the buds look big and firm (at least from what I can tell anyway). Day 69, 17.06.2024 - A round of drinks to the ladies: The usual 4/4/4 Grow/Bloom/TopMax in 600ml of water each. Will NOT skip nutes on Erika I. - Humidity is starting to pose a problem again: During night time the humidity does not go below 68% for 6 hours. I surely hope this is not a problem - but I do not have any other choice: there is high humidity currently outside (lots of rain & warm weather). I will hope for the best I guess. - removed 3 more leafs Day 70, 18.06.2024 No action today but to experience high humidity (~69%) without being able to do something about that 😢 This concludes week 10. The breeder states this strain is ready for harvest after 11 weeks. Well.. I guess I am about to find out.

This lil lady is officially flowering. Half way through the week she started growing pistils all over. Switched the lights to 12:12 half way through the week. She recovered from the LST of tying down her top. Room has averaged 85° F / 40% RH with a high of 89° F Ordered larger oscilating fan hoping to get the heat down a bit. Been dealing with fungus gnats in some other plants in the house so I sprinkled ceylon cinnamon on top of the soil, to act as an organic fungicide, and sprayed her down with neem oil as a pest prevention. 💧 Watered: Tuesday May 5, 2020 with 4:1 Water to Hydrogen Peroxide. Installed 6in oscilating fan blowing at the light. Heat is still too high. ~85° average Raised light to 18in above canopy. Shes responding well to the LST and several nodes below the top have now started showing noticible growth.

Bridal wants to drink more than 1gal per day, So I will be using almost 5gal-ish water per day not denying the plant needs-watering. I am very happy! defoliation took about 4h today.

Woche lief soweit ok. Die lsd-25 wird wohl die erste sein die fertig ist, gestern wurde gespült und in den nächsten tagen kommt sie für 48h ins dunkle. Die Mangelerscheinungen an den beiden mandarine sind nicht schlimmer geworden ,mal schauen wie sich das weiterhin auf die Blüten auswirkt.

I might switch the lights in the next days. Depending on her growth. Day44: Added some water and moved the camera a little further away. Day45: She felt lonely, so I got her a friend... Theobroma Cacao. New seedling that needs the warmth + humidity. Hopefully surviving winter. Day46: I decided to take some zoomed in stills of her. To show off her beauty. The purpling of the branches really make this lady something special. In some of the shots it might look like her leaves are yellowing, but it's just the angle of the light. You can see on the photo that I took from the top, that all leaves are a healthy dark green. At least I now have proof that she's a lady. She's short and stubby, but I'm not really growing for amount. I just neeed 50g, after all (hehe) Day47: She grew like a demon overnight. I'll check the height tomorrow.

The Gorillaz zkittlez (on the left) start to be really sticky. And smell like zkittlez... One of them has some really Orange pistils. The blue sherbet x purple punch (on the right) is a little bit slower. Less trichromes, less smell. Bud the bUds start to be nice as well. As the brand suggests at the 4 week of flowering I add 5grs/L of guano for flowering stage on the top of the soil. No pk booster this time for watering. Maybe I will put the minimum amount of power feeding booster the next watering.

Next week is the last week before 2 weeks flash:) I'm a bit sad that they haven't become any real fat buds, but the next run will be with extremely good seeds, you can look forward to it. Nevertheless, the cherry runtz looks great, it is covered with trichomes and has a very sweet and sour smell Cannaapeace
