The sisters have fully recovered from the beating from the tropical storm. Nearly 90 percent of pistils are red and the harvest window is approaching. Slight bit of nute burn on Patti but the others are loving it. Water only for the rest of the run. This week the ladies will have some cold stress training.

She is frosty… 25 more days she getting the

20cm growth this week. Flowers are forming and I can see purple on them 😍 The bad news this week is I was bending her lower branches.. trying to spread her out a bit. I've managed to snap both of them! She has been repaired best I can do, so will monitor it over next day or so to see how effective the fix is. I don't hold out much hope for one branch.. Looks like it's wilting already 😞

Day 76. Another week to go

I just cant get over how well things are going!!!! I've come so far in only 3 generations of plants! Today I did my FIRST DEFOLIATION EVER!!!!! It went so well!!! Shout out to Bill Ward for having some good views to brush up on! My first grow I didnt have enough leaves to defol and last grow I was to scared to lol. This time I made them my bitch!!!! It was EASY! NEVER BE AFRAID OF YOUR PLANTS!!!! I'm tinkering with the light so they aren't super happy atm. I turned on the exhaust and the Vaporizer. I also raised the light to 2ft and will try to consistently keep the light at that distance. I bumped up the nuets to 2ml. I'm a little lower than my schedule called for but i might bump it this week. Gonna watch the ladies! I tested the runoff and its 6.1, perfect. Starting to see how the plant is gonna look. __________________________________________________________________________________________ The plants came down with some spots. i did some reading and i came to the conclusion that they needed a bit more cal-mag. I also had noticed some of the newer growth had reddish stems too. I checked my discords and that's what they thought too!!! I was going to bump it anyway bc I've seen alot of diaries on here with ALOT more Cal-mag than me. Otherwise they look great! I got them out tonight for a light watering and noticed they had grown like 4or5 inches! Go Baby Go! __________________________________________________________________________________________ I fed them this evening and gave them a small haircut for some light penetration. I put a few spacers in that I printed and they seemed to help salvage my LST. I think the stakes dont hold up to the plant. Next Grow I will use wire. Still monitoring the leaves and while its slowly spreading I don't think I will see the effects of the extra calmag for a while. I have double downed on my videos, working on editing and hope to really develop my dairies! __________________________________________________________________ Things are going great as we wrap up the week. The plants are almost fighting for space in the tent, and i'm dialing in how much water the pots hold, I think this is the sweet spot size. Defoliated about 20 leaves, just a trim and tuck. I didn't do well at LST at all this round, i noticed all the main stems are ramrod straight, but using the spacers seems to be making the plants into pretty nice lil trees. I think the best part is right around the corner!!! Its about to get very pretty up in there!

Noticed some more pink/purple stems on the plants and decided to increase the phosphorus content in the feed by mixing in half grow and half bloom from the nutrient lineup. I'd use the PK booster I have but its to high in K for my liking. The entire lineup is very high in K. mixing grow and bloom gives a NPK ratio of 7-7-14 then done 1:1 equal parts. Grow=8-4-15 Bloom=6-10-14 Boost=1-15-30 Run off was a bit high for my liking but only seeing minimal signs of nutrient burn. Still watering once with feed and runoff and then later in the week with water and no/little runoff for my watering cycle.The number in the nutrient section are wrong but the EC and ratio are correct. Also impressed the roots have started popping out the bottom of the container already after only being transplanted for a week. Good root growth on these ones. Lights doing well. The V1 spectrum is good on the medic grow mini sun-2's 240w. No issues so far, dimmed at 80% . Strawberry Amnesia is growing great. I did a neem oil treatment on the whole room yesterday. Another plant was having issue and the prior treatment on it seemed to help a lot. So I wanted to do everything to ensure there was no survivors, or any that can reproduce. I will likely change to flowering in a week or two. The last 2 weeks was good, grown bigger, but like wedding cake not enough i thonk. Think 1 week to go. Give her just water since 2 weeks

Defoliated and trimmed lower fluff from The plant day 20 flower , Lots of air and light can now get to the plant and hopefully grow some nice buds

Still having a little issue with deficiency and hoping that the top dressing takes hold soon. Getting close to finish. Possibly 3 to 4 more weeks maybe a bit more. Will be adding a top dressing schedule to my next grow after these 4 are done.

April 4th 2021 is Day 55 in Flower, Niagara's Own Seed says their Wedding Cake takes 50 -55 Days. These seeds are great 5 beans for $35 or $40 Canadian. Can't beat the quality and the price! Wish some seed company on here would offer such great prices! Trichomes are mostly milky viewed with a 60X loop. Plants are sticky and smelly. Buds are dense not an airy fluffy bud in sight😍. This is the frostiest bud I've grown to date I think. Some pistils are still white and sticking up straight while others look they are curling in. Since I didn't put up netting or bamboo stakes the branches aren't holding the bud weight so supporting with rope from ceiling hook works OK.

Getting the chop next few days going sitn her in darkness for a few days too see what happens

So I cut top colas last week. And managed to get some nice looking buds, still up to 30% of those afected by white mold. They dried up and mold is not growing in the buds, don't know if I still can dosomething with them? Smokycylin? Pinicidope? ))) maybe I canbake them in to gurme cookies? The rest of the plant as seen on this week videos was saved. It looks ready, smells like crazy, sticks like gorilla glue) Thera quite a share of amber trychoms, and even thos couple of self prodused ceeds look ripe. So I think it's time. My plan is to keep it over this weekend. Then give it a 24 hour of darkness and then chop chop. Should I try longer darkness period? 2 days, 3 days, more? Is it doing any good?
