Today is Day 50 !! We have started flower an they are just looking amazing! We have switched up the nutrients for flower, instead of 1 tsp bloom and 3 tsp of veg , we just swap 3 tsp of bloom and 1 tsp of veg !! Can’t wait to see what these laddies do this week!!

Buds buds and more buds!

Like my other auto I'm growing, I've learned these are much different from photo plants. They don't like heavy feedings or lots of light. My other photo plants enjoy both. I've feed some liquid seaweed and molasses over the past week, and have continued the LST. So far so good.

Both Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants have developed well and carry hefty top buds on each side branch and also the main cola. The lower regions also carry buds, but those are a little more fluffy and not so big and dense as the top buds. In total the two plants harvested 91,3 grams. Every bud is COVERED IN TRICHOMES and the plants glisten in the light, they are FROSTY AS HELL! The plants have a STRONG AROMA now, which is sweet and peachy with hints of sandalwood. They smell ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and the dried weed carries the flavor of this aroma also in the smoke! VERY PEACHY! All in all I can only recommend this strain, its not the biggest yielder, but definitely delivers connoisseur grade weed. Hats off to Mat from House of the Great Gardener in Canada, he has made another GREAT cross and I hope he will release this variety soon! 👍😍😎.

5/3 - topped between 5th and 6th node, removed first node, pinned branches out flat, removed 2 big fan leaves blocking the lower branches, watered and fed, gave a bit over one quart. She's showing pistils already! 5/5 - repositioned the training wires and removed the top 2 large fan leaves. One of the lower branches reached the side of the container, so I topped it there.

7/7: Transplanted plant to final pot! Roots showed out of tray. Accidentally pulled a root off during transplant 😢. After transplant I top feed/watered medium with a half gallon of treated water. I mixed 2ml of Rapid Start in 1 gallon water hub. Poured half in half gallon jug then poured half gallon over medium. Added 2 gallons of water into reservoir (1st white line) to promote root growth to bottom and to begin capillary reaction. 7/8: Bumped light intensity dimmer to 30%. 7/9: Left for Vacation.... 77 Days have passed. Heatwave in my country, so im just relaxing and enjoying life. - I hope you do too! Did a heavy defoliation, gonna be making some nutritious fruit smoothies with that. - 2 week ish before i switch to flower. ---1st time growing with FLO - Florian Living Organics.--- They claim that there is no need to pH when watering and that their living fertilizer is the only thing that i will need throughout the whole grow so i only need to mix with soil and just water with plain water. If this stuff works then it can simplify my future grows ALOT! Happy growing. 😎

13th Week Report 09/01/20 - 16/01/20 16/01/20 Filled the reservoir with just 4L solution since probably this will be the last week before flush. Now CMXL is just fattening and I can see differences in thickness from last week! You can also see some color changing in her pistils, she's getting beautiful! I'm checking trichomes color to be sure to harvest at the right time, I tried to take pictures at magnifier, but it doesn't look clear. However there is any Amber trichomes and there are a lot of clear "mushrooms". They will be checked day by day to harvest when more or less is every trichome is cloudy and to be sure about buds potency. Hope to harvest next week 😉🍀 Last Update 16/01/20 See you guys ;)

Plants are looking good so far, added about 2ml/gal to the reservoir this week and plants responded well. They are all keeping short and stocky so far and should be able to start LST training in a few days I think. I also turned up the light to 750w and the air temps are now hovering between 24c-25c. Water temps are creeping up though in the 21c range, gonna wrap the buckets tonight in foil insulation and build a water cooler for this setup soon as well. Had some Ph issues during week 4 because my pen decided to go wonky. I tried to calibrate it again and had a hard time. So I busted out an older one and decided to calibrate it and see if it worked still... calibrated in a few min and sure enough res ph was well bellow 5. So water was changed as it was time anyway and ph’d proper just before lights out so we will see what happens tomorrow.

The ORP probe is not calibrated and values are to be taken with a grain of salt. Values are average of the day.
