The plant is doing well overall this week! 💪 To handle a few fungus gnats that started showing up, I introduced nematodes into the soil and placed some yellow sticky traps, seems to be keeping things under control so far. She's growing quite tall now, definitely stretching up nicely, but not really filling out much in width. A true lemony skyscraper in the tent!😂💚

Well, the drought stress in week 11 really fucked my plants up, but Twiggy recovered, while Zoey was hurt pretty bad. If I did nothing, I'm betting harvest would've been 25% more, and Zoey's buds wouldn't look so crappy, but overall, I was so happy with this grow! I was under a time crunch, so only did minimal veg for 4 weeks, topping once. Daily watering with 1.8EC mix that was pretty consistent. Kept pH between 5.5 and 5.8. Kept tight control on humidity and temperature up to mid flower, then kept air circulation on to keep room humidity around 55% Things I'd do differently: 1. Veg longer - I'd love to try a mainline 2. Canopy control - wish I had spent the time on a SCROG screen, or at least a couple of rings. 3. More light sooner into flower. Waited about 4 weeks into flower before maxing out the light. Probably could've bulked them up significantly if I started earlier 4. Drought stressing - For Fucks Sake, keep a close eye on your plants, and the minute they start to wilt, get the water back on 'em!!! 5. Measure your run-off more frequently for salt build-up. Didn't have any problems, but it's a good best practice. 6. Set up proper closed-loop environment to allow for CO2 enrichment. 7. Set up a clone environment before you get to flower. Oops. Things I was happy with: 1. VPD control system (heat, humidity) during veg and early flower worked flawlessly. Never any nute burn, and super healthy plants. 2. Sterilized soil and grow-room before starting - never had a single bug or any mold/mildew issues. Used a MERV 13 filter on the air intake, exhaust through carbon to crawlspace. 3. Coco/perlite mix - super drainage, low build-up, very healthy roots. 4. Power meter - neat way to measure what's really going into the grow, so when your wife complains about power usage, you can show her the real numbers. 5. Photone app on Android S20 - Knew where my PPFD was for optimal growth control. 6. REX-C100 PID controller for toaster oven - super tight temperature control comes in handy for decarbing as well as toasting oak for moonshine.

Soooo week 10 :) These girls are looking reeeeaaal nice SS1 (on the left) is <25 days from harvest and SS2 has still a while to go id say 😄 But all in all things are looking super good buds are looking super nice and frooosty with SS1 starting to shift its energy into budding whereas SS2 is still throwing out some wild pistols :) The smell is super strong which I’m happy about, some staaaanky skunkalicious bud🤤 I have stopped giving SS1 nutes, giving her only water after her flush in week 9and she’s doing awesome! SS2 I’m still giving biobizz grow and bloom 0.5ml/l ea. And she is also loving her environment Got some mushies growing in the one pot though 😄 pulled them out just to be safe still have to do some research :) might have something to say about the enviroment at the surface of the soil. ??

Not much happened this week. The plant needs to establish a proper root system to gain some strength. I used a sprayer to water her. Did not use use in the water. The Kanamu Pacha soil has all the seedling could need for now.

These two have grown amazing. The one with the self water wicker system has absolutely exploded with growth. It's going to be a beast of a plant as the flower period just started and it's still stretching. Nice and healthy with no issues. All in all Happy Growing

Flowering day 3 since time change to 12 / 12 h Hey guys . My cutting heating broke 3-4 weeks ago, which was fixed immediately and everything went wonderfully. Now, 3 days ago, the central heating broke down in the entire room, so that at night I only have temperatures of around 13 degrees :-( . One or the other lady is slowly starting to see a phosphorus blockage, as this can no longer be absorbed at temperatures below 15 degrees, like many other nutrients :-( . A friend looked at the heating yesterday and came to the conclusion that a real company had to do it, which is by no means possible for a stranger to enter my room. I quickly ordered heating mats for all the boxes so that the ladies could at least get warm feet. That's all I have this winter full can do . Let's hope everything will be fine 🙏🏻. As soon as the heating mats are attached in the coming days, I will post them in the pictures. Now for the update. Despite the severe cold, the ladies are still doing well and have made good progres . The ladies only had to be watered once this week, each time with 1 l, because it absorbs the water very slowly because of the cold and I don't want to overwater it. I took every single plant in the pot to take a close look at their roots. These are snow white and look very healthy 🙏🏻. It was also the last time neem oil sprayed so that the last trips are finally gone. Otherwise everything was checked and a lot of planning was done, like I do with the heating mats. Since a friend had the same problem in one winter and the heating mats got 10 degrees plus on the pots, I am very confident that it will at least bring something for the last cold month 😃 🙏🏻. did some very minor defoliation on the senecas, both confirmed females. the afghan is the only male exactly what i wanted. got a super funky smell, definitely some skunky, hashy almost notes. almost like grinder hash smell. tight node spacing id say for such a small male, nice cluster of sacs on the top and on the bottom of the first node. turkish doing well too, nice fruity/dank/hashy smell too. i can see why they were cultivated for charas.

Switched from 24/0 to 12/12 at the end of day 14, also switched the 730nm Led's on. Its been 7 days the plants have started growing a lot faster but there's still no pistils showing. I started feeding biobizz grow @ 2ml/l At the moment there getting watered every 3-4 days. The light is showing 25000lux on a lux meter app.

GENERAL COMMENT. This week ran nicely for the two girls, of course one is going slower than the other. RQS NORTHERN LIGHTS AUTO The spotting got this girl hard, lock lock lock and stunt. She is packing the buds slowly, very slowly, patience is a key element with her now. But the good thing is that she is moving forward. I don’t expect top shelf or a huge harvest for her unfortunately. I couldn’t ID the early spotting reason, and the late spotting i attributed to salt buildup and acidic medium, but the correction was a real pain.
