Day 49. Starting to frost up on the upper buds.

I rate all nutes at their maximum coz i think they all did a very good job and no nuteburns or defficiencies along the process.. More pics will come so stay tuned :)0

From the looks of my top of the coco it seems like I was over watering. I seem a bit of algae growth, my coco stay moist for 4-5 days it seem like. So should my nute feeding be huge or give them small daily feeding in between the large watering?

crazy week found drain gnats which explains the green hue of some of my plants the larve are attacking the roots raising the p.h. and the diffecencies are showing in the leaves being lighter and or brown dots on the leaves. using mosquito dunks and spraying neem oil washing the roots to help these ladies out. also im doing things different with the soil vs dwc, i havent done much if any defoliating with potted plants just letting them grow only mainlined once and since in flower very light if any defoliating. any questions comments information feel free to ask or inform im open to critque

I fed her 100ml of phd water due to wilting leaves I will wait for the pot to dry up again before I feed her again! The next feed will probably be her last before I repot her. She still is receiving natural sunlight!

She's looking lovely this week. Buds fattening up nicely. Pistils slowly changing colours, still many white though.

Almost there probably another 20-30 days for blueberry and white widow im guessing while peyote zkittles is taking her time

Hello. This the end of the 1st week and the start of the 2nd week of flowering. Just a fast entry... I'm starting harvesting of the front 1/2 of this greenhouse tomorrow. So, I'm getting ready for that. These plants have still got 6 or 7 weeks of flowering to go still. These plant will go in the front of the greenhouse when I'm finished with the harvest in there. Did a stock rub test of these plants and the smell reminded me of the good old days of buying land race pot. It smelled like The Columbian sativa from the 1970's... mmm wonderful. OK. Have Fun. ***Sponsored Grow*** = Medic || https://medicgrow.com || Grow = ***Sponsored Grow*** This week has been interesting, I was getting some weird runoff numbers in terms of EC/PPM and PH, so I decided to try and bring the PH up with a flush of high PH water into the medium. I did not have any PH up on hand so I used borax, PH of 9-10 plus it will help kill off any microbes in the soil that I believe is causing the PH swings. After doing this and getting the PH I wanted in the solution I released that the amount of B in the solution was to high and would cause more issues down the road, It was late in the day so I left the next flush to fix the excess B till tomorrow morning. Morning came and when I processed to flush I added in a bit of peroxide to the water and a dash of dish soap to break the waters surface tension so it flows through the pots more easily. This was going fine till it started to not drain out at all. I think it was foaming up in the medium and preventing a normal flow, plus on two of the pots I lost my perlite that sits on the top of the medium. I had to massage the pots "like when you transplant" to make then start draining again and then purchased a Yucca extract to help it flow through. Everything is back to normal. The pots are really root bound and should be transplanted but its mid flower and that's not going to be happening. I also don't know if I'd even have the space for it. I added in a b1 vitamin as well on recommendation of grow shop as apparently their other lineup I purchased did not have any. No idea if its working well only first week in the feeding. The Cytokelp is fun, but the one hormone in it is similar to a PGR but its not a real PGR. I am skeptical of it and not using it as foliar, just root watering. I also added in a bit of CaMg supplement that gave the plants a boost in N and Ca. The mg of this product was lesser then others I have seen about a 5:1 ratio of Ca to Mg. after the big flushes the runoff was hitting 120ppm so I gave it a good feed at 1.8EC Time will tell If i fucked it up royally by doing all this, this Kannabia plant is still doing ok, its been having some issues with N and Ca, can see on the leaves some prominent signs it needs more Ca, so hopefully the addition helped this week of CaMg. Some of my other plants are also discoloured but not to the same extent as this one. All the plants are still stretching but it seems slow to me. Maybe it will continue going but it only put on about 4cm in the last week and a half. Feels slow. I may see more stretching in the next week upcoming and it just had a ruff start. Lights still running at 100% with V1 spectrum, everything seems to be working just fine, no light burn. It’s spreading out really nicely and quite slowly as hoped. Defoliation and bending continues until flowering hopefully I should manage with space 😱😱😱😂

Strain was easy to grow. Had some herms but since I only have 2 plants I was able to pinch the balls off. Buds have no seeds and are a strong smoke. Really hits the lungs.

1/8/2024: so far the grow is not off to a great start. The browning that started on the cotyledon has spread to the other leaves and her growth has definitely slowed a bit. I used some water that sat out for a few days, so that may have been the issue, but I'm not sure why that would cause a problem. The ph was at 6.2. I also foiler fed them with some Tweetmint, which i think is the issue. I may hav3 not diluted it enough, causing the buring. I'm laying off anymore IPM until the olants bounce back. I also turned the lights down until i can get the plants back on track. It may just be the soil is too hot, but I have other plants in different soil that are showing the same symptoms, so it makes me think it's not the soil. I'm not giving up yet, but if things don't improve soon, I may just pop a new seed. This is my biggest issue with auto flowers. If the grow isn't perfect I could end up stunting the plant too much. I guess we will find out. 1/10/2024: Day 10 - the new growth is coming in healthy. I'm pretty sure the foiler spay I used last week is what caused the issue. I went back and realized I used way more of the concentrate than I should have, which likely burned the leaves. Let's hope that is the only mistake I make on this grow and it doesn't stunt the plant too much. 1/14/2024 - Day 14: she is looking so much better. All the new growth is as healthy as can be. I added a new light today. Replaced the Spider Farmer SF2000 with the AC Infinity Ionboard S44. I originally had the S44 in my 4x4, but recently bought a light with more Watts and better coverage for the 4x4. The S44 is probably overkill for the 2x4, but it fit, so I figured I'd give it a try. Only have it on at 60% at the moment and I'm getting about 500 ppfd, with a DLI of 30. Dropped the light cycle down to 18 on and 6 off as well. I have some photo period plants in the 2x4 as well, and I wanted to shift them to 18/6, so the auto is going along for the ride.

6/14/2021: - Just when you think the shit isn't growing, you're three nodes deep, lolll - Plant and soil seem to be taking well to neem, karanja cake & kelp tea soil drench and foliar spray - No negative effects of spraying diluted mixed lacto + wild yeast solution so far - Combined some lacto + yeast solution with tea in a separate container. After fermenting overnight, smelled of butyric acid. Tossed it - Starting to see red in the stems - Plant is growing well - Thinking about transplant beginning or end of week 4

Grown outdoors no nutrients just tap water (about 1Gal/day) on the days with no rain... usually around noon when I can see them sag and the weather forecast doesn't predict rain for the rest of the day. I add Terpinator (30mL/Gal) when I water manually. 2020 was an exceptionally warm summer in Quebec. Seeded on May 20th Sprouted on May 23rd Kept in nursery (watered with tap water + B1 vitamin (3ml/L) until Transplanted outside June 16th No Technique applied, she grows as she feels the needs.
