Day 90 since seed touched soil. Girl is on final stretch, took all nutes out last watering. Today gave 6.3 phed water for last time, maybe if few other girls will show signs of bulking, ill do one more watering. Last week installed dehumidifier, so all environment is way better. Most mature girl from all, youngest, but fastest to bulk up. Cant wait to take her out from scrog and see real beauty of her. Happy Growing !!!

First week of flower is over. She handled the light change and nutrient change without any issues. last bit of LST was completed and last major defoliation had also been done. From now on I will only defoliate when leaves are covering other shoots. She was already smelling strong before, but it keeps on getting stronger and stronger. Definitely not a stealthy strain in the smell department.

I had buds every where, a lot of flower and she smells really good. am very excited to taste her, i hope she has a good high with very nice taste

25/12/18 Week 5 Flower Merry Xmas! All 4 plants are doing well, growth seems to have slowed down so I think the next few weeks are just packing on weight and then ripening. Gonna give them all some pk 13/14 on Friday - had a small problem with fungus gnats in my bathroom which eventually led them into my grow tent. Been waiting extra long between waterings to minimize the chance of them spreading - I know they love wet, mouldy coco. Got some peroxide just incase they become a problem any way. Looking to chop 15th-22nd Jan, depending on how the trichomes are looking. Lots of users commenting on how much weight GZ packs on, really hoping to get some nice dense golf-balls. My previous grow, which was two plants yielded just under 1.5oz, would really love to see a yield around 2.5oz with my current 4 plant set-up. Merry Christmas - more updates in the new year!

- Day 71 I increased the height from the lamp a bit further trying to get about 600-700 ppfd across the canopy, just to help her finish and prevent trichomes from degrading into CBD too fast. Hopefully She will be ready to cut down this week. Day 72 Still seeing a lot of clear trichomes, think we gonna be waiting for a while still. 😅 There's quite a few white pistils node still as well, which makes me believe she is still not done swelling.

It was easy to know when to harvest and hang to dry because of all the other great diary’s on this strain. I do wish she was bigger but the high quality buds make up for whatever I lost in yield.

La planta crece muy sana. Decido hacer poda apical en meristemos laterales, en 4 nudos. Al ser pequeños no sé si será apical o FIM. También un poco de LST en inferiores para que busquen mejor el sol. Estoy haciendo pruebas a ver como reacciona. Si veo que sigue en altura doblare un poco la a punta. Me planteo malla scrog. El riego continua siendo lluvia, una pasada los días de sol con pequeños momentos de lluvia.

Decided to harvest her she had some nice buds but unfortunately now she's a bit leafy & airy buds due to the light timer stuff up.

The three girls are almost switching into flower, so this week i'll start with a low dosed flowering mix in terms of nutes Differences between the three are huge, there is no doubt that the three different environments we've put them in are definetely putting their mark on the growth and overall character of the plants. the signs of light deficiency on plant number 3 are showing clearly: its brittle and very wide spread, you can tell its looking for more light. Number #2 gets the most light and is hardly stretching at all. it seems like a crop of lettuce. Number #1 gets plenty light, not showing any signs of slowing down however i'm noticing that this one consumes less water (probably has to do with temp/RH levels being different due to the different lamp) than number #2. Probably should give #2 some more straight water because its consuming so much water and i do not want to overfeed it. I think #1 is doing fine and can do with a little less water, but with nutrients. #3 is hardly using any water it seems like, i'm thinking of moving it next to a radiator so it should be able to get a quicker absorbtion and vaporisation of water in its system, hopefully charging it with some more power. Just did some LST on day 29 as well, including removal of 2 leafs of both #1 and #2. Not sure if it should be considered defoliation though.. Don't think so ;) ------------ end of week 5: i've flushed plants #1 and #2 as seen on a video on youtube. the idea behind this is to flush out any leftover grow nutes and start with a clean slate when the girls transition into flower. as an added benefit i've discovered that it is much easier to maintain a beneficial VPD value when the earth is completely soaked once a week instead of watering it with smalller portions more often. The earth contains a lot more water and evaporates it into the climate, easily reaching a 60% RH without a humidifier in these fridges. I've even lowered the lamps to get the temps up, because the VPD was reaching values below 0.90.

Week 1 of flower is in the books! What a great week of growth! The watermelon Zkittelz is by far my favorite of the 3 so far. She's super tough and bounces back with grace every time she's stressed out. SHE LOVES RETURNING THE LOVE I GIVE HER, CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THE FLOWER SHE PRODUCES!! ( SORRY FOR YELLING. IM EXCITED) LOL! No issues this week other than I sucked up a fan leaf in the vacuum when cleaning the tent..next time I wont clean it with them sitting in there..lesson learned lol. She screamed when the leaf got sucked in..I felt so bad!! I'm almost positive Watermelon Zkittelz finally showed her sex and she's confimed a female..unless you see different but I see tons of white pistils coming from her sites..no balls that I can see. This is the 8th week. Thursday will be 9 weeks of 12/12. Some trichs are amber. They just added a good bunch of girth over the past few days, but most of the pistils are red now. The rest of them have been dropping leaves consistenly but the canopy remains full so they must be putting out more leaves. I just flushed to 80% runoff and found out that I had 1200ppm. I just got an ec meter but my last reading said closer to 600 so idk what happened there. I flushed until I had runoff ppm of about 150. Now they're back in the grow tent. I don't want to keep assaulting them with my microscope. I think they're ready. Just gonna let them settle another day or two to dry out a bit. I took one small branch off the small Wedding Cake plant on Thursday and I've just been watching it dry on my counter. It's been 5 days and the stem snaps but still leaves a fiber connecting. I put it into a small jar with a 64RH thing. I just want to try it. It already smells amazing. The leaves on the big CBD Blue Shark plant are going really yellow and some other colours are starting to come out as well. The buds all fattened up and got more frosty again. I was worried they were foxtailing but they got more calyxes underneath the peaks and have been making more of a pyramid shape. They're really close to peak. Harvest day will be March 17 or 18. March 17 1023pm chopped and hung after lights off all day. RH was 65% before I chopped and 50% after I closed the window and cut the plants off the saturated pots. I did a wet trim to prevent mold. The buds are sticky af. Gonna hang them to dry for 7-9 days before curing in jars :) March 18 : checked the RH when I woke up and it's chilling at 45% 😎 March 19 : just checked to see how they were drying. There are seeds in every plant. RIP I'll update when I put them in jars and again a few weeks later for final review. Overall it was a good grow despite the rocky start and a good introduction to the mainline technique and my new grow space. Next grow I should have everything pretty well dialed in. March 23 They were hanging for 3 days. Rh was around 45, then spiked to 65 overnight when I forgot to turn the fans back on. Temp was high at around 26.they felt wet after 2 days, and bone dry after 4 days. The stems still didn't snap but I put them in jars anyway. A day later, jar RH was 50%. I burped all the jars and there was a smell from the new jars. I took all the weed out, washed out the jars, and did a dry trim on the weed. One of the Wedding Cake plants must have gone hermie. I didn't see any bananas and didn't even realize there were seeds until the very end. The seed pods looked just like calyxes while the plants were growing. Many of the nugs are unusable. Under the sugar leaves are just layers and layers of seeds. Some weren't hit that badly. The CBD Blue Shark is much better off but still has some seeds. I'm trying to stay positive. It's a bit of a shock though. I'm anxious to try the finished product. If the flowers at least taste good and have a good effect, all is not lost.
