Day 21 : I had planned to do a 21 day defol and strip her out to encourage her to grow below more but in retrospect , this is not in her interest while she is working the buds . The transfer of energy needed to regrow what I take out will be pointless as she isn't tight for space at all. The height has been kept down well with the LST and supercropping which has allowed the strongest secondaries to become the vertical mains. I am going to be taking some lower scrap out and won't be letting half assed buds take her energy to create popcorn. She has gulped the feeds down with no issues at all and shows signs of being a good yielder. Her budlets are fairly loose structures at present but her node lengths are ripe for joined up big Cola's. She isn't smelling of anything yet and at 21 days I am pleased with her progression. nice chunky stems and plenty of mains. be safe and sane Growmies

Harvest at day 69/107. Honestly, I'm a bit disappointed with the mainlining technique. Final yield is good overall, but the 8 colas got really different from each other, which is not supposed to happen in this method. There was 1 huge cola + 1 very big + 2 slightly smalled + 4 medium/small

Day 54-64 (June 14th-24th) (Day 55) I got a good look at all of the plants in the dark and all of them are quite faded out except for black garlic and the blueberries. Running multiple different strains that all feed differently would be a nightmare on a larger scale! (Day 56) Everything is looking on point and happy. Plants are drinking about a liter of water every 36 hours. (Day 59) Jack Herer #1 has some of the most wild looking foxtails I’ve ever seen. Not a very desirable trait but it’s cool to grow. It’s smell is pure bliss, it’s now matured to a mango funk. I will do a more in depth look at each strain after dry. Jack #2 is starting to pop fresh nanners. I think it is from stress due to lack of nutrients and/or heat stress from where it is in the tent. Both jacks are feeding really hard I’ve noticed. If these bananas get any worse I will just harvest early. Blueberry #1 is developing miniature seeds in its calyx’s and is starting to foxtail like crazy. It almost looks like it’s reveging. Earlier in the season I pulled off an entire bud that was covered in developing seeds but I couldn’t find anymore after that. I will likely find a few bag seeds in this pheno and Jack #2. Blueberry #2 is still terpless and frostless but it’s really starting to fill into it’s structure now. It’s getting impressively dense but that all it has going for it. This one needs to go 65-70 days at least. BAOGC #1 is so beefed up and chunky I love it. The main cola will be a good 6 grams and the lowers are thick gram nugs too. I will let this one go until day 65 BAOGC #2 is much smaller but a super hard feeder. It was one of the first to start yellowing. This pheno is pretty average in my opinion. It stacks a little tighter but has small buds TWOG #1 has this strange velvety look to it’s frost, something I’ve never really seen before. Although it’s a little on the leafy side. It filled out super early and is ready to harvest now. Both are fading out with black streaks on the leaves. TWOG #2 checks every box for quality so far. This might be the perfect strain and I’m sad I didn’t get a clone of it. The only thing wrong with it is the long trichome stalks and lack of resin heads. It is also an early finisher. I will probably take both TWOGs down on the 21st. Black garlic is just mouthwatering. This plant literally looks wet with resin. It was super airy at first but slowly filled out to the point it’s one of the denser plants in the tent. Cant wait to smoke this stuff. (Day 63) Well, every plant in here is looking done except the jacks and blueberry #2. Since I’m harvesting my other tent tomorrow I might as well give everything the chop before I risk bagseeds. I’m going to give a final watering right now and harvest tomorrow. I’m going to be drying in my flower tent kept between 60-65F and 60-65% RH. I will do a full plant hang to extend the dry time for as long as possible. Guess that’s a wrap then. I will give a detailed breakdown of my errors and final thoughts on the run next week after the dry is completely done. ✌️

I’m starting to see both the dosi & bride cakes nodes reaching taller everyday, more & more pistils are forming! No signs of deficiencies or pests. I will be keeping these ladies on the Jacks/ Autopot feed but the seedlings shown in the update video are going to be receiving the Athena program via hand watering which I’m very excited about!

Was an easy plant to grow , a pretty one too imo, she smells delicious and has a great taste too, she gets me real sleepy though

Hey now, this week went very well. I transplanted her on day 16 and her leaves were praying as soon as the lights came back on. I still have the Spectrum X in V1 at 30% which is doing an excellent job of keeping her low to the ground with nice tight nodes. She is only six inches tall and pushing her 6th node on day 21. I transplanted her into a mixture of Coco Coir and Perlite and set up an auto watering system that is currently feeding her 4 times per day, Once at lights on, and then every 5 hours thereafter until the 4th feeding, then it repeats at lights on. I will top her just above the 6th node as soon as I have room between 6 and 7, which will hopefully be in the next several days. I know some people don't agree with topping autos, and I would certainly agree it's not the way to go in all setups. However, when utilizing high frequency fertigation in coco coir it is absolutely necessary. The issue is vertical growing space if you are growing indoors, as outdoors this is not an issue. I use a combination of LST, topping, mainlining, manifolding, and super cropping to try to keep my plants from growing into the lights, but it can still be tough especially when growing Sativa dominant strains. Hopefully I can top her above the 6th node but that will depend on how many nodes she pushes out before starting to flower but I think I will be fine. I will begin LST as soon as she recovers from the topping which typically takes about 24 hours. I am definitely very happy with this medic grow led so far, I have not even started the UV/IR spectrum but I will be in about 1-2 weeks as soon as these last two seedlings hit veg. She does show some signs of over watering. Yellowing leaves at this stage usually indicate wet feet. Will continue to mist spray a few times a day for the next week with no additional water added to soil.

End of Week 6 Added CO2 with regulator and controller! Added the trellis net to spread out the canopy and get more even light to bud sites. The ladies have lost some momentum and they're drinking less because of the pest issue. Although they should be growing faster because of the CO2 supplementation I'm sure when the thrips are gone they will explode. I also performed some HST by removing fan leaves and softly pinching and bending some of the stems to open up the canopy whilst keeping the stress at a minimal. Pest Report: Still fighting the thrips... Every time I spray Bio-Insek and Xterminator (Agro-Organics) it deals with the problem for a few days until the eggs and larvae that the thrips left behind hatch and start munching on the plants again. The ladies are strong and healthy and get a slight wilt when I haven't sprayed IPM for a few days this tells me that its not a major issue but I need to get rid of them especially because I want to flip to flower soon. It seems that the problem is under control. Now I will apply it weekly to make sure those buggers are ELIMINATED.

Now we cut the second Tropicanna XL auto plant, the first cut you can find in week 17. The plant from week 17 weighted 2.6 kilo wet, this one finished at 2.1kg. wet. The girls where autoflower but thanks to me starting this grow in cold day temps (14 degree Celsius) the started flower really late and grew and grew :) I enjoyed growing this strain immensely, smells so sweet and fruity, she has the most intense and most delicious aroma ever She brunches off like crazy, gave me a ton of big and dense bud.
