Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. Hello hello! This past week was filled with explosive new growth; these clones certainly live up to the standards set by their mother. So much so, in fact, that I decided to take two more cuttings. We'll see if they root. This will be either the final or the second-to-last week of veg for these plants as they've nearly filled the space completely and are beginning to shoot upwards. A lesson I learned with Carl&UKBS 1 was the "perfect window" of veg time- filling the space and maximizing yield while still allowing airflow to prevent mold. HST and LST will continue into flower, HST will stop at F7. LST will continue until harvest as I'm not scrogging the plants this time around. -9/20- Tomorrow the new week will begin and the clones will be flipped to flower. Wish me luck!

The ladies have fully recovered from whatever nutrient issues I was having. I think the answers hit the nail on the head when it came to ph imbalance, too high EC (too much nutrients) except for a lack of potash. I cut my nutrients down, lowered the PH, and added in more bloom this time around. So far they look great!

***Note that I started to count the days when I placed the seeds between paper towels. The seeds were planted 3 days later and sprouted from the ground 2 days after being planted. D80 (13/05/2021): I'm looking at the trichomes every other days. Glue Gelato is starting to show amber on top buds. No amber for Banana Kush and Gelato. This time I will chop them all at the same time so the one I will rely on is the Glue Gelato. As soon as she is ready, I will harvest them all. Banana Kush and Gelato would probably need more, but in term of logistic, I need to harvest all my plants at the same time. D83 (16/05/2021): Not ready yet. I'm checking trichomes closely! 😬 - Light: the lights are at 100% and at 12 inch form the plants. - Temperature: during the day: 24-25C ; during the night: 20C. - Humidity: the humidity is maintain around 46-48% all the time. - Air circulation: There is an oscillating fan on the ground, one fixed fan pointing on top of the canopy and one fixed fan to help cool the lights. - Water: I gave water every other day or when the ground feel dry or the pots feels light. - ***IPM: I never mention it but I'm using nematodes pouch as an integrated pest management. I had trouble with pest in my first grow and I learned from it. That's the only thing I do for pest and of course watching closely and regularly at my plants 😊

I've defoliated a few leaves, they are starting to show viable trichomes now.

The grow was smooth, employed some new techniques when growing and they performed well! Nice bush plants

d.50 a few spots appeared on the leafs. gave a 10 ml dose of bio p k and waiting a week before giving a dose of orgatrex and bactrex edit: d.50 i also gave 0.5 ml of calmag from Biobizz edit d.53 will i be giving her the orgatrex and bactrex treatment ✌️🌞 d.53 she got 20 ml orgatrex, 1g of bactrex and 0.5 ml of biobizz calmag d.54 added scrog and did lst with clips to even out the height and space… still need to adjust it.

Day 38-45 (Day 39) Almost overnight, nearly a third of the white pistils turned red. Not sure if this is something do with environment but it wouldn’t surprise me if it had something to do with the feeding I gave it yesterday. Who knows (Day 42) I was going to give a fat defoliation today but I’m second guessing myself. I might take a few of the leaves that are sitting on top of each other but that’s it. After that, I’m on cruise control until the end. I’m watering in a gallon every other day and 1 day off when they look a little overwatered. All plants look happy and herm free. Bud size is still lacking overall. In my experience, buds don’t really swell that much after day 45ish so this is pretty much it. Can’t say I’m too happy but I’m certain the quality will be on point. (Day 43) I’m seeing a little more fade each day now. It’s almost pinkish right now. (Day 45) I’ve been taking a few leaves per plant every couple days or so. Once I can see that almost every budsite has adequate light I will stop. Just for good measure, I’m going to give a final feeding of seaweed extract. We still have 2 weeks of fattening up to do and they could definitely use a K surplus. And since this is a water soluble nute nothing is lingering and breaking down for more than a few days. Earlier in the season I had a seedsman white widow and a local m39 plant I was going to flower if I got less than 4 female BBB’s. I was lucky enough to get 5 so I gave the insurance 2 plants to a family member. M39 is now done after 60 days of flowering. And the white widow, which was really stunted is going another 10 days at least. Both plants were flowered in a closet under 2 cheap amazon blurples totaling about 200w. They were in 1.7 gallon pots with amended soil nearly their whole lives. They were only top dressed once around day 30 of flower. M39 must be a low feeder because it really didn’t get any deficiencies after it left my hands. It was consistently the most vigorous plant in the tent during veg too. From what I understand, it has the classic fruity m39 smell and because it’s not grown with paclobutrazol it’s not freakishly dense. Awesome. I will post some more pics and report on the smoke once it’s dried.

Week 7

Tried to thin these guys out as much as I could this week due to the humidity. It has helped a little. Probably could have done more, but inexperience stopped me. Buds are getting thicker and have become sticky to the touch of the skin. It got full nutes this week, but I’m leaning on flushing out over the next two weeks.

Have got the soil good ph i am pretty sure. I have got good growth out of the last week and few inches and some fan leafs and they look just barley burned and they are way happy standing up so I am thinking (fingers crossed) that I have got it under control. Going to do a trim and take some clones in the next week. Then a train for a couple weeks and put her in in flower tent get used to that light and flower her see what I get. Still just doing declorinated water at 6.5 let the soil do her job. LOVE

Started with 2 Sour Chelumbians and 2 Lemon Haze Autos. Neither of the LH autos wanted to live so I started a bubba kush and a white widow to be in the same tent. They will be about a week apart in life

I'm having a hard time judging an approximate finish time with this plant. Its definitely in its final push though. Starting to yellow off quite a bit. I've never grown a plant that has stayed this small. Makes me wonder if I did something wrong along the way. I'll honestly be very happy once this thing is out of my tent.
