Both phenoe are pushing on nicely. Really good growth from both phenos from 1 seed, 1 had more girt. So, there wasn't an exact even growth ratio. But no pheno was hammered in any way that affected its push through pre fower and into mid fattening. I expect another 3-4 weeks and I'll harvest. Atm there's a nice Lemon exotic smell. Really dank. Musky (earthy). And popping off fruits. Really lovely set of plants. Xpert nutrients are bringing out the best in my grows. They smell, taste and pretty much everything in that regard has improved. These are my new nutrients. As hard as I've been strain hunting. I've always used a different line of Nutrients per crop. And I'm glad to say. These are by far THE BEST nutrients I've used to enhance my crop. Feeds Are pretty much a week in week out with change (all explained with my weeks, DLI and other factors), master root/enzymes have been pult. Master Root no longer needed. Enzymes are all gone. Maintenance This wk, i applied LST bamboo sticks are have done some basic node bending to get the best out of the space in the area above and around its base. 01/22 day 15 start of week 3. Everything going great. Tomorrow is a feed day. This week is a team week also.

Beginning of week: Can't tell yet if the branch i broke is going to mend or die yet. Light defoliation today focusing on the upper canopy and tapering to the bottom to allow the lower branches to catch up as much as possible. Midweek: going away for 3 days. Put my net down to help breakup the canopy more though it wasnt really needed this thing loves to grow sideways. Added Cycos suga rush at 1ml/L and a light defoliation. The branch i thought I broke hasnt shown any signs of dying and has continued growing 😁 I also have started watering with worm casting tea in between feeds.

Strain: Lemon AK Breeder: Fastbuds Started from Seed Feminized Autoflower Seed Count: 5 Week 3 11/10/2018 - 11/16/2018 Nutrients are now at 100% strength and plants are all growing nicely and showing good color. Plant #2 had a curving stem issue so I've added a small bamboo stake to straighten her out. After 3 days it seems to be working. Also, I brought the light down to 24” now that the seedlings are well established and used to the spectrum. Speaking of stems … the Fastbuds description mentioned weakness in the first few weeks and the need for support. I've had 2 6” fans creating “windy” conditions since the seeds were planted and I've added some silica to the nutrients to strengthen the plant structure. So far it seems to be working because all of the plants (even the one with "scoliosis") seems to have good support and thickness in the stems. The plants have doubled in size this week and now range from 4” - 7”.

Eternity Grow Cup - Week 11 VEG Report This is a pivotal week in our Eternity Grow Cup journey as we wrap up VEG and prepare to transition into FLOWER. Our goal has been to ensure that the plants are thriving and optimized for the next phase. This report will detail everything that took place during this crucial week. Mass Defoliation & Structural Training We began the week with an extensive defoliation session. Every leaf with a stem was removed to clear space for optimal light penetration and airflow. This process was done mostly by hand, clicking them off in the opposite direction of growth, while some stubborn ones were snipped with scissors. By the end, it felt like we had taken out nearly half a kilo of leaves! The room now looks clean, structured, and ready to fill out the ScroggNet. To further enhance the plant structure, branches were attached to the pots, allowing for better horizontal growth. This technique helps maximize canopy exposure and prepares the plants for even light distribution once flowering begins. Defoliation before flowering is a key step as it reduces overcrowding, improves airflow, and sets the plants up for efficient energy use in the next phase. Light Schedule & Adjustments This week, we introduced a subtle but effective light adjustment. While still maintaining an 18-hour light cycle, we initiated a 15-minute delay with the whites, allowing the reds to start first. This gradual shift signals the plants that a change is coming. Similarly, at the end of the light cycle, the whites turn off 15 minutes earlier, leaving the reds on for an extended period. This strategy mimics natural sunrise and sunset, helping the plants transition more smoothly into flowering. Additionally, at the end of the week, we will be implementing 48 hours of darkness before the official flip to flower. This method has worked exceptionally well in past grows, helping plants recognize the transition and encouraging a strong start to flowering. However, it's important to emphasize that this is a personal technique and not a universal rule. Every grower should experiment with different methods to find what works best for their specific environment. Environmental Conditions & Challenges Currently, our temperature is at 27°C with 60% humidity, resulting in a VPD of 1.50. While slightly higher than the ideal for VEG, our CO2 levels are over 1000 ppm, and the light intensity is at 570 PPFD, making it a manageable balance. The solution pH is 5.79 (essentially 5.8), EC is 1.38, and water temperature is 17.7°C. One challenge we are facing is maintaining optimal reservoir temperatures. Currently, it's a bit low at 17.7°C, and we are exploring solutions to raise it slightly. However, the medium temperature sits at 22.2°C, which is a good range. The humidifier is still in use, though it struggles to increase humidity further, so we are working with what we have to keep the VPD in check. ICL-300s Integration The ICL-300 lights are now fully active. Unlike the last grow, where we introduced them later, this time they are on from the start of flowering prep. This adjustment is an experiment to see if the plants respond better to an early introduction. Learning is at the core of this journey, and each grow offers new insights. Whether this proves to be the optimal strategy or not, it will be a valuable lesson for future grows. Week five of my first cannabonsai/mother project. This young lady has been having nothing but tap water for the last few weeks. I am going to start feeding her as soon as she shows the first signs of deficiency. After all the training on day 20, then the root reveal on day 26. I left her five full days to recover before messing any more. Then I took all her fan leaves off and adjusted the LST. I need to train here more over the coming days.
