The tops of the colas are recovering well from being burnt. One is probably going to foxtail. The others are kind of growing around the burnt parts. I don't think any more damage has happened since that first time.

Great to see you and I missed you, I had some time so I created a video to thank our lovely foster company, who were so kind to let us try their light in return for a review. Now, most of you don't know I'm also into making music, mostly Techno but I also love HipHop and Gangster rap, mainly 90's Westcoast, although I'm fond of East Coast and a little dirty South, so this was an excellent time to showcase one of my tracks. If you don't count the about a thousand fungus gnats I have been fighting. I'm manually manifolding and training the girls, into the desired shape, which is a bit hands-on but I see it as a collaboration more than a 50 shades approach to training. You can't just bust out a rope and domination on girls like that. We ease it in there, going to the limit every time, making them stretch and curl underneath the touch of our tender but firm hands. And when they are used to a little groping and fixation, we might bring out a few ropes here and there to spice it up a little. Anywaaaays.... I'm getting carried away here, back to the grow. I had bought some coco-peat, after leaving none for the top layer as I suggested to all of you in the previous weeks of my grow (if you missed it, click one week back for a full recipe (the yellow image) for everyone in Europe) left me with enormous amounts of fungus gnats. Its seems to alleviate the problem already. As it did with my previous grow the Gelato 33 Golden Canopy from Heaven. In the meantime I notice my temperatures going down so Im trying to fix that too. All in all it had been a good week and this Orange Hill Special is promising to become something special! Thanks for visiting again, see you soon!

Small update, starting week 4, 22 days. Tying down and training a lot. I've learned so much, I'm excited more for my next grow than this harvest. In the past week no major changes, Gelato finally start budding, it was last. Drinking around 7-10 litres a day now. Mainly just filling res and training/pruning here and there. Sooo bushy especially Gelato. Around the halfway mark after this week so hoping everything stays as is. Temperature here has dropped out side now about 5°C on avg, so leaving tent temps right down 16-17°C at coldest lights off point. Needed an hours heat to boost at lights on some days to push to 21°C after that the lights will bring to 24-27 and maintain. Humidity in the tent jumps but the air is a consistent 45-50% so not worried at this stage if seeing readings high. I'll be moving dehumidifier inside the tent towards the end. Plant responded well to increased nutrients.. I digress it's still too hot but im going off the plants reaction. Pistil size has doubled with them sustaining double the thickness with all new growth. Ill keep going. Harvest time is still a few weeks away. I should probably mention that I've suspected for a while now my seeds got mixed up at germination and im actually growing a White Widow Auto and not a Purple Kush Auto. Whoops 🤦‍♂️ If you look at week 3 and compare it to other CKS WW Autos its a very distinct pheno that leans heavy on the sativa side early in veg before its indica dominance takes over.

We startet good, i love how perfect she grow under the sanlight evo-4 80, open up her cannapy, so she can get perfect Light. As soon she dry up we start to use the Master recipe from advanced nutrients.

11/3/19 - These bitches are sooo strong! Everything is going very good. Feeding is changing this week. I am so excited to see what they do! The stretch has slowed. I will lower the lights next week. Added a new light for the one I moved to the corner. We will see on how it affects the evromntals. 11/4/19 - Gave a feeding tonight 4 cups per plant. 2 cups are Coco Bloom A&B with Silica Blast. The other two cups are terp, candy, cal, big, sens. This combo of nutes and water volume every two days seams to be doing very good. I premix my nutes in gallon water bottles. I love the Crystal Geyser bottles. They only $1 and have nice handles. I refill each bottle with a Zero Water filter pitcher. That keeps the TDS down low. 11/5/19 - WOW, I just love after a good feeding. The girls just JUMP right up. When I took the environment pic, the temp was a little high while the RH was a little low. It has now laid down to 75/55 with the lights on. 11/6/19 - They are drinking a bunch. Gave them 1 cup each of the solutions to keep them good till Friday.

Update from last week that I forgot: I gave her a final feed at 75%... WEEK 25 DAY 1 ... omg... 😂😂😂 It really took me half a year to finish this one... unbelievable... 😅 Well, so far I'm still super happy. Everything seems to go just fine but I'll never do this again..haha.. (vegging under a 50W bulb xD)... Soooo... looking at the trichs, I think the harvest window has just opened. There's still a lot of clear but the cloudy ones are starting to come and there's already a little amber on the leaves. I suppose I'm really close to harvest now. I'll be flushing her next time for sure. First, I'll feed her a low nutrient solution, maybe around 25% and half of the usual water quantity because I'm not that sure about when she really finishes so she dries out more quickly. Next, I'll use Grotek Final Flush right before I'll chop her down. I don't want to use this right away because last time my plants were dying a bit too fast so.. not to be repeated ;) Getting impatient now. Hopefully it will be a White Christmas...haha! DAY 2 Gave her one last feed at 25%. Poured only half of the usual water quantity. Left the BloomComplex totally aside because she seems like she's doing a little 'clawing'. Maybe there's too much Nitrogene? Trichs are beginning to get cloudy, with a little amber in between. I'll flush her with plain ph'd water tomorrow probably or should I wait some more days? What do you think? I'm never sure when the time is right... :/ DAY 3 I just took some more pictures with a macro lens attached to my iPhone. Seems like the buds in the middle do have way more amber than the other ones around which have swollen more compared to the ones in the middle but have less amber. The last days, I didn't check the ones in the middle so I changed my mind. I just flushed her with Grotek Final Flush. I'll wait for some hours for the solution to break down the salts and then I'll flush again to get rid of the flushing solution. I'm also gonna switch the timetable to 8/16. (16 hours of dark) and I'll drop the temperatures some 2 more degrees.

So far so good, I guess. I think magnesium deficiency in some plants but I’m not quite sure yet. I have plan to feed some nutrients in next few days. And I’m really looking for some suggestion and that would be my pleasure.

5th week of Flowering is over. Still observing some darkening on the tips of the Yellow Orange. On the other hand, the plant seems still very healthy and it’s growing frosty flowers. Its smell is dominating the tent with a citrus scent. It is smelling more citrus than a real lemon… Target VPD is still set to 1,5 with 23 Celcius Target Temp. What to say about this week? For starters LST was started this week. Initially I used garden ties but soon after replaced them with 6” garden staples . 2 of the 6 girls began throwing pistals resulting from the LST starting around day 15 YIKES 😬. The Zkittlez & the Runtz both from (Expert Seeds ) began giving the 5x5 its first smells . The LST so far has been a pleasure no ooosy daisies so far & the girls are showing what they are made of . The secondary shoots have great potential to form a nice round bush that I can train out into an even-as-possible canopy . Today is day 21 & day 20 for this bunch . They are only using Gaia Green dry amendments for feedings but I decided to take some advice given to another grower & supplement my girls with some compost tea . NO I DONT THINK THEY NEED ANYTHING ADDITIONALLY IM REALLY HAPPY SO FAR WITH MY NUTES bbbbuuuuuttttttt in the short chance that my ladies may take a liking to an occasional tea & reward my pampering with large , long , frosty, stacked cola’s . . Thennnn I’m supplementing , I consider this all “4-play” for my ladies Ik a giver 🤷‍♀️😭 My only concerns are racing against this clock to get as much size & solid structure before flowering sets in I’ve really got my heart set on a certain outcome & I’m one for a good challenge. Finally , atleast as much as I can remember, I increased the dimmer knob on the light from 65% to about 78%. I won’t increase the watts any higher until bloom sets in fully & at that point I’ll be turning it to 100% raising it a maybe 6 inches & watching patiently for my girls to start praying 🙏 to it . Week 3 in the books !

Week 8...Plants look great...Was in Aruba for a Week and they survived on the Water spikes I had in there. They have grown so much since the last time I saw them. Going to start to prune the unders of the plant in the hope they spend more energy on the top budds

Und Ende! 75 Tage nach Einsetzen in die Erde ich die Banana Purple Punch fertig. Die Terpene riechen sehr lecker. Wahnsinnig viel Ertrag kann ich nicht erwarten, um im Legalen Rahmen zu bleiben wirds trotzdem etwas zu viel sein. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Strain den ich definitiv wieder anbauen würde! Auch die Greenhouse Feeding Bio line hat mich absolut überzeugt. Den nächsten Indoor grow werde ich allerdings auf Kokoserde mit Athena Pro line starten. Seid gespannt 🏼 ______________________________________ And the end! 75 days after planting in the ground, the Banana Purple Punch is ready. The terpenes smell very delicious. I can't expect an insanely high yield, but it will still be a bit too much to stay within the legal limits. All in all, a very nice strain that I would definitely grow again! She’s been a thirstier girl more recently...been drying out every 3-4 days, 5 max. Getting real full. I’ve been putting minimal effort in due to the organic soil I decided to use, but she’s responding to everything really well.

Pheno 1 dark purple : On the nose, it reveals a sharp burst of fresh lemon, layered with a powerful eucalyptus aroma that’s both invigorating and camphorous.
