a new grow is on the cards. it will be a race between two fast-flowering varieties. On one side we have fast buds with gorilla cookies and on the other side zamnesia with green crack F1. i'm trying to create the same conditions for both as much as possible. it will be an outdoor grow in an autopot flexipot system. both will get the same fertilisation and have the same substrate to grow in. the substrate is a mix of expanded clay from Plagron and coconut fibres from Canna. The fertiliser comes from Hesi. germination went very well. i first put the seed in water for 24 hours and then placed it in a wet paper towel for another 24 hours. the seed germinated after a total of 48 hours. then i planted it in the coco substrate and after another 48 hours the seedling broke through the soil and got its first rays of sunshine. it will be my last outdoor grow for this year and i'm looking forward to seeing how the plants grow in late summer.😋

Germinating F1 Cosmos a success using humidity Tray & heating pad complete darkness!

Ladies and Gentlemen we are back!! This project started last Sunday an Germination week was a success for these Purple punch’s an Forbiddin Runtz from Fastbuds 😍! I went with my paper towel method, sprayed down paper towel with pure water, folded it up inside sandwich bag un seeled in a dark cupboard. Checked everyday to make sure paper towel was still moist and on 3rd day we had all 6 pop open! I planted them Wednesday and all 6 popped up in soil on Friday in my Ac Infinity pots using Fox Farms Happy Frog soil! Tomorrow we will give them a small dose of nutrients, will be doing nutes on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays only rest get pure water! So after this week the out break hit. I grow for self medicine as a Crohn’s Disease sufferer and am heavily immunocomprimised. I had to relocate to a rural location to truly self isolate and the plants definitely stressed.

Bigger plants are 3 weeks old. Smaller plants are 2 weeks. and just transplanted bigger plants into 1 gallon pots. Still looking healthy and the mutant is still OK. Go mutants👍

I'm pretty much on auto pilot at this point.. im still just feeding compost extracts to keep it simple. There's a couple things I want to point out this week; I've also included a video of my cheese auto and no extra cost to the reader 😅🤣 PROCESS/ENVIRONMENT CHANGES - I've lowered the temp inside my tent a little bit to help keep my VFD between a good range for flower (1.0 - 1.5). I also changed the RH on my humidity controller when the temperature goes down after the lights go off. It's kind of a hassle but it's the only way I can stay in the range I'm looking for. - I've started to raise the pH of my water slowly... I want it to be between 6.6. And 6.8 at this point. - I've increase all my lights.. my Sf4000 is at 85% intensity and both my Ts1000s are sitting at around 75% intensity. - I've increased all my fans running. My intake is maxed out, my exhaust is on '6' and my fans inside my tent are all maxed out.. the cheese auto is drowning my entire house out hahaha its crazy. -I've cut off a whole bunch of fan leaves, larf, bottom branches and a bunch of other unwanted stuff.. I'm hoping that she thickens up fairly like some of her sister's in the tent 🤞 cutting off all the unwanted junk might help at least move more air at the bottom of the canopy.. at most it will help direct energy to other parts of the plant therefore producing a better flower. If she does fill out I'll have to support her side branches so they don't fall over. - Every day I rotate the plants in my tent so that the get to experience the light in different ways. Lots of hairs this week had a bit of an airline issue on the airstones I fixed it and the leaves stopped curling downward so they are looking alot better did my usual weekly feeding 6 oz of each remo nutes and ph water 5.8 added as well cannazyne for the breakdown of old dead roots helps keep things clean and productive lots of hairs and new top development through each plant right plant started getting some yellow leaves I defoliated then and will continue to monitor for any issues but also going to re defoliate and take out those bottom useless larfe nugs

So here we are end of week 9 and is almost the end for Betty . I think 4-5 days and she I'll be ready for the chop . Has been 10 days flush so far and just been feeding her pH water . I will get some better pics up when chopping her down got real bad lighting in my flat and only take out at night .😀

Ya están cercanas a su última semana, ya tenemos a 30 cm el foco y las pequeñas están estupendas.😘😍

Mais uma semana de poda top e defoliação. As plantas que revegetaram , já voltaram a floração, estão em boa recuperação. Difícil ter que segurar a vega sem poder mudar pra flora pela falta de espaço.

The temperatures, humidity, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil. Day 1 we had rain all morning and intermittently throughout the day. The high temperature was 71°. This is challenging weather for cannabis. Thankfully these are in veg, and are thriving in it. Day 2 we had lots of sunshine and high temperature around 84°. Day 3 we had partly cloudy skies and a high temp of 72°. I watered from the hose about 2 gallons per pot. Day 4 we had clear skies, lots of sunshine, and a high temperature of 89°. Day 5 Day 6 we had rain the previous night and today lots of sunshine. High temperature was 86°. The rain took care of the watering today. Day 7 we had a high temperature of 88°F. Skies were clear and sunny. I watered 2-2.5 gallons from the hose. This week was a success. The plants added almost a foot in height. They've gotten much bigger and appreciate the phosphorus that was built up in the recycled soil. I added more stakes to support the two main branches. This supports the branches and spreads them out to get the light in to lower branches. We are having warmer temperatures and these girls are loving it. I expect an explosion of growth next week.

Didn't bother with the defoliation this week....maybe this upcoming week let's see how she takes to the food first😎

Gorilla Cookies has been doing good up till today. Has a little ph climbing issue. So I increased nutrition some to help keep ph in check. She should be ready to go now. Everything is going well with the G3000 light.
