This was a beautiful week. The girls started to flower, they feel really nice. There were no significant changes, everything goes as expected. A ladybug visited my garden, I decided to keep her as protection from mites. I never had problems with them, but we can never know. :)

My OG Kush plant is a medium-sized beauty, but it's definitely the star of the show when it comes to growth. The nodes are nice and tight, and it's just exploding with new growth on every branch. I've never seen anything like it! Okay, This past week has been absolutely fantastic! The weather has been incredible, and I've been able to keep the windows open almost the entire time. My plants are thriving in the humidity, and the VPD has been perfect. Everything just feels so balanced and in check.

4/8 - They are doing great. PPFD at 800. Debating if I want to do CO2 this grow, because I could easily get 1000 PPFD out of this light. That means adding a dehumidifier to keep a sealed environment, but don't think there's enough of a cost benefit. Might just add more far red at lights on and lights off to try and get a little more vegetative stretch before I switch over to 12/12. Clock is ticking. Mother-in-law shows up 6/15, and I'll want it chopped by then. 4/8 - on further calculation, I'm switching to flower today. Never switched this early before, but we'll see how it goes, eh? 4/9 - prepping for vacation. Bought new 10 gal Roughneck storage container, mixed new nute mix 2:1:2. EC 1.40 with 0.3 tap water. 11ml of pH down to get PH from 6.4 to 5.8. Ditching the auto fill. Too high risk for flooding without flare fittings. Don't trust cheap-ass quick connect push fittings. 4/10 - turned off "seedling vpd mode" which kept humidity artificially high. Turned on 2nd bank of LED lights, so system is pulling about 370W with lights on, still significantly dimmed down. Turned on light cooling circ fan, which is a sealed aluminum labyrinth tied to two 4"vents. Although, almost all the heat this lamp generates is from radiation, not thermal loss of the LEDs, so the heat sink is barely warm. Lights up to 16" over canopy to allow growth while on vacation. Ppfd at canopy 800. Room temp 81, humidity 73. Auto water time is 30 sec per pot.

Germinated for 24 hours in a glass of water, 48 hours in a paper towel and then I planted them into biodegradable seedling pots. Northern Lights looking a bit ahead of the Dosidos seeds but that was expected I’ve grown Northern Lights before and they sprout real quick. One of the Dosidos’ first true leaves is looking a bit wonky but we’ll see how it goes I suppose.

Unfortunately, I have very clayey soil, which does not drain well. All the plants in this greenhouse had root rot. I tried to skim it off, but unfortunately I was unable to save the plants. Gorilla Zkittlez, Lemon Drizzle, OG Kush, Blue Dream, Purple Punch died :( 😤😥

First 7 days of the Strawberry Gorilla from Fastbuds. She was germination in glass of water than move to cotton and in 2 days it had more than an inch of root so i moved to her home 12 liters pot with biobizz,coco peat and perlite for the vegitation she will have the Marshydro Ts 600 in 80 x80 grow tent.

Sour Diesel Haze it taking over! She's huge!!! Bud sites have started to fatten up a little. I think she's done stretching (at least I hope so, I have my light cranked up as high as I can go in my tent). Looking forward to watching her fatten up during flower! 😃

This girl has definitely stopped stretching, so now almost all of the growth is going to be located at the buds. I plant to increase nutrient concentration, but also light intensity (this one by pulling the LEDs closer to the canopy). This week it will hang at 30 cm from the top of the canopy, maybe next I will push it further to 20 cm next week... By the way, the thunderstorms are over so now I can consistently keep the humidity around 45% with just the 3 cpu fans ;) I am experimenting with trying to clone some branches even after 5 weeks of flowering. It's just for the LoLs, and to learn a little bit. I took a lot of clones from the bottom of this plant before with great success during defoliation, so I decided to up the challenge. I know you shouldn't stress the plant too much during flower, but she seems healthy enough to take it without a problem. // on the nutes of this week// So this week I decided to up the nutes again to 1.0, as the lower leaves are showing deficiencies, and this time the EC of the runoff is low (plus I've been feeding only 0.8EC or 400ppm, which is much less than people generally feed at this stage), so I'm more confident that it's not a nutrient lock out. We will see how she likes it. Remember that my noob friendly approach is that keeping my plant on a diet is better than killing it by overfeeding it.

Defoliated a few leaves but nothing major . The smell is starting to get strong funky and like orange juice (very different smelling from other orange smelling strains ive grown , trichomes are forming and the plant is sticky to touch ! One plant has very few stigmas a trait I've only seen one before after crossing kalimist x super lemon haze . Anyone know why it happens ? I can't find much online regarding it . Anyway I'm into week 5 now see you at the end of it

Edit: 1st January 2020 I started playing with making time laps video. You can see the first trial video over 28h period. It starts a bit slow cuz I was still figuring out the shooting interval. The second half of the video is shot with 1 picture every 1,5min, and I love it! It’s gonna be fun playing with this! 😁 31.dec.19 Happy New Year everyone! 🎉 And let the show begin, the girls are half way and starting to show pistils. I’m doing my best to tie them down to keep an even canopy. The Ph got finally stabilized at 5.5-5.9, I’ll start getting it a bit higher next week 5.9-6.2 In order to accommodate them all the ppm seems to be in the sweet spot around 650-700 at this point. It looks like the Criticals could use more, while the slowest of the Gorillas... well, she is slow, so she needs less. The temperature gets a bit low here, but won’t do anything about it, I don’t want to spend more on the electric bill then I already do. I’m looking forward for my friend to come and pick up the DWC GZ so I can have some more space to stretch out the rest of the girls. We're starting off this week with more thunderstorms. They will only be for the first two days of the week. This week is much cooler. The rain kept me from feeding my generative one formula nutrients with their water. On day 2 these are still feeding on the 800ml of coop poop 2-4-3 I top dressed with. They are nice and green and the centers are showing it was a little hot but it should grow out of that in a day or two. Day 5 of this week. Everything grew into the fertilizer. Buds are stacking and trichromes are beginning to show on the leaves. The smell is very noticeable now. The #1 plant has a smokey cheese smell. The #2 plant is skunky and sweet but more skunky. The #3 plant is a little behind the other two and isn't really putting off any distinct smell yet. Day 7 I'm starting to see trichromes

finally they are in flower! Yay final foliar spray applied. They are still smelling like chocolate and peanut butter. Did not get 1 drop of rain this week. It is getting so frustrating plants are 1/4 what they should be this year.

Day 64 since seed touched soil. Bomb is real bomb, on natural light she is coated !!! Girl got 6-7 liters in, all run off collected, that should last for 5 days holidays. Day 69. They survived !!!
